First time at this dealership and first time with Lexus. From the initial contact everything was very cordial and professional. The car I was interested in was ready for me to test drive. All the pricing was upfront. My sales associate John P was outstanding. I decided to go with a new 2022 that had just come in and they were able to match my credit unions financing so we were able to wrap everything up that night in less than a few hours from the time I arrived!
Kim was very helpful and clearly explained everything to me about my recent maintenance visit to Ira Lexus. The service took less time than anticipated which was great. When the car was ready, she even backed it out of the garage for me! Service plus!

Brought my car in urgently without a scheduled appointment because something was just not right the way it sounded and handled. BRENDEN was great and got the Chief Service Manager MIKE to take a test ride with me and he diagnosed a issue with a brake caliper. They fixed it that same afternoon. If you own a Lexus this is the place! The service was excellent. Branden DeAngelis was the most helpful and friendly person I have ever dealt with. Tom in parts went over and above. After my car was finished being serviced, they dropped off at my house, it was cleaned and it looked great and the price was very fair. Similar to what you would spend at an independent. Why own a Lexus and not take advantage of their incredible service. The price is much closer then you think. Check it out, you will be glad you did. This is the level of service we all deserve but rarely get. I forgot I wanted to get a few plastic clips for my engine compartment. The problem is my 3 year old son was a sleep in our car. I called and explained I forgot to ask for the clips when It was in for service. I was talking it through with Tom in parts and he said, “no problem, call when you are here and I will bring them out to you”. Best experience. It was my first time taking my car in for service, and was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly impressed. It was a seamless customer service experience from my initial call to schedule the service. Mark was attentive and took his time to answer all of my questions. They were also extremely accommodating when it came to transferring over two car seats. Overall—great service and clean location.
I literally drove 35+mins each time to this location just to do business here yet I was treated poorly. Spent $19k on a Lexus from a DEALERSHIP to be lied to about the car being cleaned when it wasnt during COVID times, I had to pay to have the inside cleaned even though I have on a recording that my car would be properly cleaned upon pickup. The engine bay seemed clean until you touch it to realise they used grease to give it that shine on the visible area whilst have a RAT NEST under the engine cover! At this point Im not even sure if my wire harness is damaged or not! The engine is filthy, there were stuff from previous owner still in the car. Honestly shouldve skipped this location instead trying to stick within the Lexus family. I was even get into the shady behaviour with paperwork forcing me to drive back and forth.
A great experience. I met Jen my service person and she was amazing. Jen explained everything in depth. A loaner was waiting for me. They stayed in touch with me with the services that were being done. Brought the loaner back and my car was ready! Would recommend Ira Lexus service to anybody!!

Disappointing is all I can say. It’s unfortunate to enter the building with a goal to talk to someone about buying a specific car and to then be straight up lied to about it. Every car was offered but the one I was inquiring about. A newer version was offered, waiting for an upgraded model was offered, leaving and coming back later was offered. But nobody could be straight up with me about it. Nobody was willing to discuss purchase details, a test drive wasn’t even offered on either car, nothing was done. Everyone acted extremely disinterested and unbothered. Someone said they would reach out, never did. I was lied to and told the car still needed to be inspected, repaired, and cleaned. However it sat in the same spot for 6 days after the fact. I inquired about it again online. Nobody reached out. Another car was offered. I specified which car I was interested in, was ignored again. 2 days go by. I check again and someone reached out to me to say it was sold faster than anyone else was willing to acknowledge any other inquiries I had previously made. The least anyone could do is just be straight up with people and tell them the truth. If someone were honest with me. I wouldn’t be angry. But apparently lying, making excuses and shoving people off is a better way to do business. I’ve bought a car here before, it’s not my first time. But I will honestly go elsewhere next purchase.
My experience at Ira Lexus in Danvers was amazing! First of all, they got the car I wanted, a beautiful 2022 RX-350 F Sport - White exterior and RED interior; (I know!!! ). Jaime De La Cruz was an excellent Sales & Leasing representative. He was very kind and professional. Even when things did not go as planned, he assisted in the best way possible. I also had the opportunity to work with Yomerys Lora (Yoyo) and she was awesome! She got the job done as soon as possible and nothing but the best quality. Peter Thistlewood was amazing as well and made everything possible for me to get the car on time and offered me the best deal. I had the pleasure to talk to the General Manager (Willy Moy) and he was aware of who I was and the situation with my car, and was very determinate on help me and make feel more the pleased with my new car. All of the were great!! Sales representatives, managers, and other staff were very professional and friendly. I will definitely come back and I will recommend this dealer.
The service at Ira Lexus of Danvers was there excellent. I needed an oil change and bumper to bumper check before driving to Virginia and Ira was about to fit me into their schedule. They changed my oil, check the car over for road worthiness, washed the outside and cleaned the inside. Fabulous service. A++.

I was very pleased with my whole experience today! Thankfully, I am not working, as I would have missed some phone calls, but I do very much appreciate the calls from Rodney and Tim to confirm details with me and to retrieve/return my car, respectively. Rodney warned me that they were very busy today, and he asked if they could possibly return my car tomorrow. My appointment was at 10am, and I got a call after 9am, so they were on time to pick up. I need the car very early in the morning, so Rodney assured me I would get my car back today. He was true to his word, and I got my car back around 2pm, thankfully before their 3pm closing time. Both individuals were courteous and professional, and I felt like I was well taken care of. Thank you!
Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was greeted by my guy Olti as soon as I got in and for someone walking in close to closing time very patient, full of energy & super funny and real. He got me everything I needed, next day I was able to get my car and take it home. Honestly never met anyone be more persistent on NOT wasting my time and getting me everything I wanted in a timely matter! I came in on a Sunday to have my wife test drive and see what she would like. I got there early before they opened to look around and was created by a salesman named Rick. I was surprised that he wasn’t trying to sell me a car right away but instead just said hi. I then asked about the RX350 and what I would like and he showed me all the vehicles they had for sale. Most of the cars were sold and they were down to a few. Just my luck there was only one left on the lot with exactly what my wife wanted. Rick is really what I call an A+ salesman. Not pushy but didn’t ignore you. Buying a car from IRA LEXUS was a great decision cause the made it simple for us. Well done Rick.

I brought my Lexus in for service today and was greeted by Jennifer. She is always warm, friendly,and knowledgeable about the car service which is needed. I borrowed a loaner car and returned a few hours later to pick up my car. I feel that the service to my car was efficiently done and looked nice and shiny. I have been going to Ira Lexus service department for 25 years and know they are doing things right.
Spoke to Service rep before going to service today and he gave full price for brakes and when I book appointment and went there he shocked me with big bill. When I ask details he made further more increased price and he said will give discount which is cheating customers. I asked all the breakdown details and those are still not clear what they did and not matched with what he gave the rough estimation in the email. Over the phone he said parts and labor charges are included and he sent an email, when I see the bill he said labor needs to add and he said let me give you before discount bill and after discount bill. I feel looks like he played all the games to loot the money. I really disappointed with the service. End up with paying double the price. Please stop cheating customers and be upfront with correct price when customers asks.
When we first walked in for our long ago scheduled appointment the first Service Consultant indicated we should leave the car and they would provide a loaner until Monday which we indicated was not acceptable as we were just passing through the area and were not prepared to return the next day. It was upsetting because we had received several appointment reminders and had indicate if we would be waiting for the car. So, next we knew Service Consultant Barry was on the case and assured us our car service would be performed immediately while we waited. He was the best ever consultant! We would go out of our way to use this dealership after being disappointed with both that are closer to us. Thank you again, Barry!

First time customer at Ira Lexus in Danvers. Overall great experience. Jennifer was the service advisor I worked with and she was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the different service items they offer. Ended up here to have some wheels/tires balanced that another shop couldn’t do, along with an oil change and recall. They were able to balance these tires with ease, drives perfect down the highway now. They seem confident in their work and it shows. This will be my go to shop now for our Lexus.
It’s very courteous from phone call asking for a same-day emergency service appointment to the arrival meeting the service agent. Very responsive and informative about the service I need. Always have a much greater experience in Danvers location, even though the Watertown location is closer and convenient. It’s definitely worthy to drive further away to get the car service

Bought a Land Rover LR4 preowned from Ira Lexus back in January and it was not the best experience. My sales rep was nice and attentive but did not let me drive the car until work was done on it (and a deposit was placed) This was fine just strange.They were firm on price because they needed to replace tires, do front control arms and brakes and I thought that was reasonable. What is disappointing is that since then I have had to replace almost everything they had done to the car through the Land Rover dealer. The brakes they put on it were cheap aftermarket and rusted and warped within 3 months

The water machine kept us hydrated during these cold dry mornings.I appreciate the special touch of those who vacuumed my car and the young man who polished it before I left.My Hesitation to five stars concerns an older gentleman who works at the facility, who first walked around indoors with his mask below his nose,and then when he said goodbye to me outside, had his mask off his face. I feel all employees as well as patrons must wear their mask diligently for the protection of all of us, especially seniors.
I really liked my experience at IRA Lexus. I was greeted warmly when I entered and my salesperson Olti carefully listened to what I was looking for and the price point I was comfortable with. He ultimately found me the car of my dreams at a very competitive price. When I came back to pick up the car there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything extra but because I intend to own the car for a long time I opted for the extended warranty which I felt was a very good value. Olti did a great job in familiarizing me with all of the great RX 350 features. I look forward to a great relationship with IRA Lexus.
I thought the work done on the vehicle was satisfactory. However, I noticed a deep scratch mark on the lower right door. I did not report it because having worked at a dealership before, when customers reported such damage, the dealership would always deny that they did it. I know the scratch was not there before I brought it in for service and will have it fixed myself.My auto body shop was able to remove the mark and the paint/finish was intact without any need for touch up paint. Fortunately, the mark was not as bad as it initially appeared. I reported to a service advisor that it turned out o.k. He stated that IRA would have addressed the issue if I had reported it to them, which I believe. I still highly recommend their service department, as their work is excellent.
Great customer service. No wait to check in, and car was ready within 2 hours. Comfortable waiting area with beverages (great coffee) and snacks. Plenty of seating options and WiFi. I was able to work while I waited. Very pleasant experience.

I purchased 4 new tires and got an alignment. To be honest, I was surprised at the price point going right to the dealer. Brendan was able to give me a super reasonable price on some great tires, and even said he would price match if I found them cheaper elsewhere. Would highly recommend.

I was under the impression that Lexus dealerships gave top notch customer service for customers. The experience I had was pretty average, and I wasn’t too impressed. When I bought my Honda, they at least gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne with my new car. With Lexus, you get none of that and have to chase around emails about a dumb cargo net. Whatever.
I waited for 14 minutes before any service desk receptionist talk to me. Because he was waiting for the number tag in order to pull my GX460 out, The guy servicing my Lexus in the bay had to go get the manager before one of the receptionist came and spoke to me. It was a Tuesday. I got there at 1230 and wait until 230pm for oil filter change @10K. There were only two people in the waiting area. See ya later, NEVER!
