I loovveeeee COSTCO!! I love the samples here! The employees have the greatest customer service. They have samples for certain foods so you can try it before you buy it. And they also have a gas station in the Danvers location and the gas prices are absolutely amazing I literally can spend a whole day in Costco its my number one go to store

The shipping and receiving team at this location are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I delivered several times from P&G to this Costco team and had a very good experience. I rate them A+++ in schedule and taking the product off the truck in a very timely manner...

If COSTCO doesnt have it, dont put it on your wish list. That sums up my satisfaction with COSTCO. They have a wide selection of name brands, and very good produce. A nice selection of organic products, and their buyers set high standards. The Kirkland brand offers even better value. My only hesitation in going is when a holiday or weekends makes it very busy. My biggest complaint are shoppers who are inconsiderate when leaving their carts in the middle of the isle while they look, or talk to a friend. [COSTCO Aisle Police, please]. The staff are happy and helpful. $1.50 for a hot dog and drink is evil. I shouldnt be eating that many. Hmmm . . I could eat one now.

Decent, with good and bad staff but too long lines at times when it shouldnt be .One or two counters open is not enough.Also, I wasnt able to find all I was looking for and can be found in other stores

Welcoming staff, and great service. Our carts were wet from the rain and a gentleman handed out rags to wipe the carts down.

One of the things about Costco that my family and I enjoyed in the past was the food. Unfortunately not any more. Theyve have cut down on the quality and even eliminated other foods out right. Pizza was thin and doughy. No more sausages and no more condiments besides ketchup and mustard. I know this sounds silly to complain about the food at a store but oh well. Very disappointing

What can I say, love me some Costco... Like that the liquor store is a part of the main store, unlike in Danvers

Plenty of parking. The store is HUGE. The fruits and vegetables are fresh. Of course, they have whole roasted chickens for which they are known. The Everett site is located in a shopping plaza with Targets, Home Depot, snd several other retailers. There is a big wine section and a cheese and frozen foods section. Checkout lines are usually long. They only accept cash or their Citi Visa card.

I love the quality at Costco I’ve learned that if it says Kirkland it’s the highest quality available.I also like that at one convenient location, I can get gasoline, new tires or just the right amount of air in my tires, a ring doorbell, a top shelf bottle of Vodka for $20.00 or new cell phone-regardless of my cellular carrier, eye glasses, all my vitamins at unbeatable prices! and the most delicious restaurant quality filet mignon, just to mention a fraction of what is available here!Amazing, I love you Costco ❤️Thanks for being you!

If you have ever been to Costco, this one is just like those + gas and a tire center. Nice.

Costco is an excellent big box store. I was able to buy some nice pool towels at a reasonable price. I love their grocery department, especially the famous $5 rotisserie chicken.

Selected hearing aids that were more affordable than most. Service was professional and friendly.

Went with my daughter who is a member. I myself hate warehouse stores and being treated like a potential criminal, and bumped into by people.

Great store, I used to have membership but the size a qty of their merchandise is geared toward larger families and small business, I found too many things I bought there going past the EXP date. I have friends that are members but something I find odd about COSTCO is that you cannot purchase a COSTCO gift card for someone if you are not a member. I tried to buy one who calls COSTCO his favorite store but they wouldnt let me. Seems foolish, even if I had gifted someone who was not a member, they could use the card to purchase a membership??

Costco is a great place to buy bulk items. They have a wide variety of meats vegetables breads as well as all types of other things like books and clothing and diapers and pharmacy needs. Theres even a hearing aid shop in an eyeglass shop inside.

Since I dont have a Costco near where I live in NH, I always try to go when Im visiting in MA. I saw some nice things, although they didnt have a couple of things I was looking for, some great buys, and made a few purchases. Fun shopping trip.

Great meat selection, always have fresh full packer cut briskets. Super cheap gas and wine/beer/liquor.

I witnessed as a disabled veteran and his service dog was turned away from entering the building as COSTCO has a sign that says they don’t recognize those type of dogs as service animals. That’s fine. I can understand that, but when the door clerk told him that they only let service animals that serve for the blind or for a “serious disability” that’s where I was shocked. I’m from Washington and have always known COSTCO to be progressive in their community. Apparently the Danvers location didn’t get that memo as they don’t see mental illness as a “serious disability”. Shame on you COSTCO.

Self check out doesnt work well if you have heavy items.I had cases of beverages. I called the helper to ask where I could find the wand so I would not need to lift each to scan code.She walked over, got a major attitude, lifted each case on the belt.I am older and not able to lift heavy items so high, nor so many, yet an additional time.Then I needed assistance, as per screen, to pay. Ok, another minute of attitude from the worker.WTH? These are new machines. Who wants to use self check outs with no wands and people with attitudes?Lousy experience on self checkout!

They close at 6 p.m. on Saturday! Many angry members turned away today. Almost antiamerican to lock us out of our shopping so early! I guess theyre happy bc they collect membership fees. How about extending hours like other stores?

Ive been an avid fan of BJs for a couple decades now and only recently decided to also aquire a Costco membership since Im right up the street. Anywho, Im giving an overwhelming, to the moon and back, shot out to the young man ALAN who assisted me while on his break in the auto department center. He helped me get air in my pickup truck. Even though I planned to allow my membership to expire after it was up for renewal because I barely use it, thats no longer the case. Thanks Alan youre a perfect representation of what an expectational employee is. KEEP IT UP BUDDY

Used a self checkout station. Something I scanned caused a need help situation, and no one would come to help. In the end I just left the stuff and walked out. Never had that happen to me in any store before.

Great place to shop and discover new items in food - clothing- and home all at most reasonable prices.Was pro-active and most cautious in protecting customers pertaining to the virus epidemic.Thoroughly enjoy shopping there.

Love Costco. They need to open more in the area. Its always crowded all day long.

Find everything you want at a better price.Suitable for large families... Dont keep spending money every week or two at the local supermarkets, stock up, stack up on cereal, canned milk, pasta and crackers ... And while you shop or if its a busy day, stop by and grab pizza or hotdogs. They even have shakes and ice cream soooo why spend a fortune when things are better and fresher ? We stack up on water-paper towel-toilet paper... I even got my laptop at an affordable price.Love this store

Great prices on items I purchase. Very disappointed Egglands Best eggs are not carried. Also Fairlife milk not carried. Both excellent items I have to go to BJs for.

I would definitely recommend stopping by and checking this place out it does require a membership but take the tour of the place and I think you might like it because it has a large range of items from groceries to TVs pharmacy also stuff for your house so that isnt everything but I would definitely recommend this place 😉👍👍

Used to love this place but its gotten so crowded and hectic its now a chore to shop there. I also dont like how they STOP selling (usually less expensive) that theyve sold for years. e.g. conAgra flour.

You can always count on Cotsco for consistency and good deals.My review is based upon the snarky, even rude attitude of the lady in the optical department.I brought my elderly mother for eyeglasses.Part of selecting glasses is trying them on…The eyeglass clerk was quite put out apparently by the number of glasses my mom tried as she would need to disinfect them.When it came time to make the purchase, the rude glasses disinfector passed us onto the kind and patient and professional gentleman with whom she worked- thank goodness!I wonder if the rude Clerk has an elderly mom of her own… Or if she has a sense of humor… Or perhaps just needs to find a new job!

Wholesale club... need membership... I went with a relative, I would get a membership, but I rarely need to buy items in bulk.

Ive been shopping at Costco for years and I am also an executive member Cardholder. For the life of me I cannot figure out why after spending sometimes to the $300, then standing in line to go to the cashier, we are then forced to stand in a ridiculously unneeded line Just to have our receipt marked. There is nothing more aggravating than having to wait, than wait again and especially when your in a rush, this is needless and they need to stop Putting your valued customers through such an arduous and ridiculous process.

Great value. And they are bringing back samples, but you cannot eat them in store currently

Too many people for covid. Most people were wearing mask but were not obeying the 6-ft rule. Arrows pointing directions were too small and too few. People were ignored them anyway.

Instacart workers can’t use self checkout. There is no sign about this but I was told rudely I cannot use self checkout as I’m an Instacart worker. Why?! When I called and questioned them to confirm they said it’s true. I said they should really have a sign posted disclosing this as it’s unknown to shoppers otherwise but was told corporate won’t allow them to after their multiple requests to them? I called corporate and they don’t have a reason why Instacart workers can’t. Does anyone know why? I’m baffled.

Good shopping experience. Friendly staff. I recommend organizing your shopping list by regions of the store like pharmacy, dry groceries, fruit, produce, clothing, dairy, frozen, etc. Otherwise youll spend a lot of time retracing your steps.

It was okay. I dont find their prices to be great like they claim. You have to know your pricing. Some things you do well there and others I can get cheaper at Market Basket. Not crazy about the service. The service really wasnt so nice. The nicest person was the greeter and then it went downhill from there. I asked several people for help in the computer section and everyone told me to go ask someone else. I was looking for a desktop. The checkout man and woman team were throwing my items and were far from Pleasant. The gentleman checking you out at the door was slow as molasses but was nice. I waited way to long to get out of that store.

I rejoined the club today, after driving 2hours from my home in Maine, because this is the closest location for us. Customer service needs improvement, asked several employees where certain items could be found and never given any answer. Not what Im used to at Costco. The new membership lady was very nice and explained all the new services.

Felt like a lot of people in there. Employees helpful and wearing masks, however, I needed the service desk and waited in one line, then had to get in another. Great variety of products, good prices.

A great place to get meat and produce, including organic. Also for toiletries and OTC medication.

I waited 45 minutes to get the optical shop to adjust my glasses. Its too bad its not set up to let one shop while waiting.

Walking in from the front the worker who checks for Costco cards was very rude and arrogant learn to have some customer service.

What else can you say? Its Costco you have to love it!

Very organized. Social distancing and face covering observed. Well stocked and great prices. A short wait to get in as number of shoppers in the store is regulated. Thus a quick, non congested shopping trip. Ballet in the parking lot can be a bit challenging.

While the store was clean and well stocked experience was unpleasant from the beginning as I got in line to get a scooter since I am disabled my aide went to wait in the actual line so we wouldnt cut ahead of anybody but I needed to sit in the scooter just inside the door to stay out of the Sun due to some of my medical conditions. the person running the line when it was time for her to come in, as I was waving him down to remind him that she had brought me in in the 1st place argued with her that anyone can say they are a care giver it doesnt mean anything just cause were saying it today doesnt make it true.How Rude!!! Who was he to decide that we were lying about my aid helping me shop I cannot lift anything on my own and I have at least 5 medical conditions that qualify me to enter a store during elderly hours my aid has been with me for 5 years I have never had anyone question her before and I dont expect it from somebody whos only job is to stand in line and hand out shopping carts . Needless to say if I do decide to get a Costco membership and right now I am on the line it will not be to go to the Danvers store I will try Everett and see if maybe my own local people are a bit more respectful than someone who obviously thought he was better than the people he was talking to

Went early which had no lines for gas or returns. Amazing deals and prices here. Very clean and socially distant.

Excellent food choices; helpful staff, good parking and hours;the gas station is a members’ best choice for best price/gallon for gas which is high quality. Credit cards are accepted at the pumps. The lines move quickly and efficiently and ample attendants. My car stalled at the fuel pump and the attendant gave me a battery jump within 1 minute. I was so thankful as I had Costco member customers behind me in line and they were empathetic and patient.

Smaller than usual Costco’s. Back area trash/dumpster smells were wafting into customer area.

Fuel lines were fairly short. Still lower prices.

Most ignorant inconsiderate group of shoppers i have ever been around. They are all 99 %. 1 out of a 100 is kind and considerate and will actually put their cart into a carousel rather then leave it anywhere . thus to ding someones vehicle

Costco is doing a great job with social distancing and enforcing masks inside for the most part. Some customers had their noses out of their masks but all of the employees had their mask worn correctly. Great job!EDIT: Unfortunately Im lowering the rating. They have a younger employee handling carts at the front of the store with no mask at all! And they walked in the entrance and interacting with customers, all while not wearing a mask. Shame shame shame!!

The phone kiosk is awesome and we have bought most of our familys phones through Tmobile at Costco! The guys are helpful and friendly and make it easy to ask questions.

It was busy due to the time of year, Christmas, but the store is well organized and the meat department is well stocked with great prices on quality meat!

No need for a coupon book items that are marked down are marked down as you scan items. You are already paying a membership you need a club that helps you save. Thats costco. First time here and i was very impressed
