If I could score them a 0.5, I would. They try to sell you a lot that you dont need. Once the initial and expensive install is complete, good luck. They say they will be back to check it in 6 months...again, good luck. It was scheduled, but never happened. If you have an issue and Jason schedules an appointment with you, they just dont show up and the excuse is that the technician didt think it was necessary and so it was taken off his schedule. Apparently Kyle didnt think it was necessary to let you know that it wasnt necessary for you to take a half a day off work either. I would highly not recommend you waste your money or time.
DONT USE MAGNOLIA!! It has been 25 days since we spent just under $3000 on a new flat screen, sound bar and other accessories for our living room. the sales guy did visit our home the next day. we were told we would have a final estimate and an install date set within a couple days. It has now been 25 days and multiple emails and phone calls and have not gotten either. I am currently trying to contact someone there so I can cancel my entire order and get a refund on my credit card. If the install experience is anything like this, I do not want to find out what it is like if I have a problem with the tv or sound bar in the future. Magnolia will not be in business very long. Best Buy should get rid of them.
YES THEY COME QUICKLY TO YOUR HOUSE!![DUH!] After a quick look he said install would be around 600!! I said to hang a tv on my already existing bracket and hook up the speakers? NOW GET THIS!! I went to the store a few days later and spent $7,000.00......... the sales guy says now that the install starts at 1500!! then some bs that his manager has to approve the install and plans etc... THEY WORK ON COMMISSION DUMMY!! BEWARE- THEY WILL CON YOU- call tv shop in salem ma- hes honest! and a $150 buck instaal!!!

If you are looking for a partner to plan your home entertainment, you will not find it here. Once the installation is complete Magnolia takes no responsibility for the care. When that new Sony TV dies on you they send you to the Indian call center of Sony which is useless. Obviously BB/Magnolia has a much stronger relation with its vendors than the individual buyer but they prefer to let you down.Huub Valkenburg Marblehead MA
