Four stars because there should not be a long wait to pay your bill.

From my experience, Ive never had any real issues with the employees here. The actual service is a whole other story, but the workers here generally try to help, and offer hood suggestions when it comes to services and devices.

The workers there at the store are really helpful. They helped me set an appointment for my phone screen to be repaired and they were even able to send someone to my home to replace the screen instead of me having to ship my phone out. I was also able to take advantage of the buy one get one free promotion that they have going on right now. Great service.

Usually when you think about porting over to a new service provider, you begin to do research and look at reviews to reassure yourself about making a decision, all to find out that most of the 5 star rating/reviews at this Delano at&t store are posted by actual workers in the store (Vincent Montemayor, Samantha Rascón and maybe several others)!!! My husband and I ported over from Verizon a couple of months ago thinking we were getting the best deal and we were going to save money. Everything was so convincing! Mostly everything that we were told were lies, and now we are definitely NOT saving and with slower data! I strongly recommend for others to look for another location for help.

I was very happy at first when i ported over from Verizon everything seemed like i had made the right desicion. The way i was explained, by Samantha Rascon, i was goin to save about 30 dollars over all on both of my lines so i was very happy with that. Little did i know all she cared about was the sale because the times i went back she never cared to try to help me out. I even saw her this last time i went in, and she knew exactly what i went in for and she didnt even cared to say hi. The information she gave me was totally off. I had asked what was the complete amount i was goin to pay a month and she said one thing but my bill has been reflecting another. I went in to get that taken care of, and it took atleast an hr to speak to someone, all for them to tell me i had to be back some other time to speak with Vicente Montemayor. So i came back and he made it seem that he was going to take care of it. He took down my number and said he would call me back if he couldnt take care of it. Never recived a call from him. Now i received my second bill and went back because i didnt see changes. And now Vicente Montemayor explained to me that, that was the amount i had to pay and theres no way around that. The only thing that he could do was lower my speed even more and plan, to match the price. The only reason i ported over form verizon was to save money, my internet speed is slower now and im paying the same thing. And now the best thing they could offer is for me to call corporate and try to take care of their mistake myself because they couldnt do anything. They have mediocre customer service wouldnt recommend anybody going there. All they care about is the sale and after that, youre on your own. They wont take up for their mistakes, too bad i didnt record the conversation. Would really recommend the delano people or surrounding areas to take the drive and try to find a better place to get their At&t service
