Major safety issue with the truck. Front right tire almost flat, engine oil low (dash light the whole time), headlights way out of adjustment. I literally could not see the road. Just a bad bad truck. The truck was never inspected for safety before I picked it up and it’s maintenance is not up to date. I will not rent another U-Haul truck and will seek other companies with newer trucks.

I did an online reservation to pick up a 26 U-Haul truck at this location. I had this reservation for 4 days. when I showed up to pick it up they told they have no trucks available for me in that size and that theres nothing they can do. I saw the same size truck was parked in that location, I asked the manger for the first time he said that is full. I came back and I asked him again if that truck will be available soon he said thats about to load and going to different state. Im sure that was mine and he just gave it to someone else. also he canceled my reservation which he is not supposed to do that. I supposed to get the truck on Friday and drop off in different state on Sunday, but I couldnt find any of 26 or 20 size truck on Friday in all over Michigan state, so I got to wait until Monday to get one. he just screwed my time and my schedule. I will never ever go back to this location in Joy rd

I just wanted a storage for my reservation#

Zero star is what I would rate this experience. I went to return a trailer I rented from Utah to Michigan. The WORST location I have seen in any type of business, its rotten from the head down.CRAIG should be fired along with the staff and this branch should shut down.RUDE, RACIST AND A NARSASIT MANAGER. Dont bother to call the hotline theyre not helpful either.

I rented a U-Haul through the U-Haul website for pick up here, show up to pick it up and told they have no trucks available and that theres nothing they can do. They blamed customer service and said their manager is out of town. They had to have known there was an upcoming reservation and didnt bother to call me to tell me. Whatever you do, dont use this place!

Be aware if youre not African American dont even step a foot in that location because no one is going to give you service there general manager craig is horrible does not know anything about costumer service if i can give this place a zero star i would they are not helpful at all and they hang up on you every time you call

I arrived at 5:01 a minute later for the general manager to shove me out the door, putting his hand on me. Unprofessional as a general manager. Very very disrespectful, the young girls in there staff were really nice they accepted to cash me out for only I needed 2 boxes. And he comes in the door angry shoving me out like Im a door to close or something! Amazing how staff that arent experienced in managing are more professional then managers their self. Uhaul, I have one thing to say please check and review your employees before accepting them as a manager. I was feared for my life, also as of 03/24/19 - I dont advise anyone to come to this Uhaul if that manager is there you should fear him as he does not care to put his hand on customers like theres no law. If I could 0 stars for the most of this location. Because treating customers #1 is the main reason we go to stores and business. But this manager has no respect to customers!

The manager is a decent dude and does his job. I think the man is a great manager. Dealt with him twice personally. Hes efficient but his computer is slow.

Whoever the guy is thats answering the phone today (5-21-17) needs to learn to not cut the customer off when they call to ask questions, slow down when speaking, and offer the customer a chance to respond or ask additional questions when giving information and pricing details. Customer service 101. Ill try to have a better rating and review next time.

Went to return my UHAUL rentail and I was helped by Craig. He had a really bad attitude to a point were he was cursing at his coworkers infront of everyone because he was busy. Very unprofessional. A customer service training session from Uhaul would be ideal.

Went to get hitch installed (i had hitch), Craig jordan was the one who took care, he promised would be done in one hour and as said he charged $65 an hour labour charge.. i enquired outside before i approached uhal everyone was charging flat $100 just for installation.. this place is best to get ur hitch installed, especially with Jordan.. while i waited saw jordan speaking with others very impressed with the way he manages this place.. definitely recommend this place...
