John Stovall the excellent guy that seems to know what hes doing and I do to let him do the work on my truck I was very impressed

John Stovall helped my wife get cement off her car years ago and wouldnt take any payment so when we needed some body work done recently there was no question where we were going to go. They did a FABULOUS job at a great price. Easy to do business with and first class work. Will definitely use them again if I need body work.

Our company has used Stovall for years. We have a fleet of vehicles so we need body work occasionally. They are honest and very well priced compared to other body shops. Highly recommend.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS AUTOBODY SHOP!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! I was rear-ended in March, and while the other driver was given a citation for traveling too closely, the tow truck driver that arrived on the scene recommended this place. So I made the decision to have him take my car to Stovall Collision Repair. That was the worst decision I ever made. I should have gone to the dealership instead. They would have either totaled out my car or fixed it the RIGHT way--instead of low balling themselves and using insufficient parts.At first, John the owner seemed very nice and personable so that put me at ease in such a devastating situation as I am pregnant. Not only did he have my car for a whole month; he forgot to check the drivers seat lever. So when I got my car, the seat was stuck in one position. He asked a mexican guy to fix it and he brought a sledge hammer. John immediately stopped him from using it. So, I had to retrieve the rental car again and he kept my car for a day. As soon as I came to get my car, I noticed he reused the old pedestal spoiler which is fine but it wasnt painted over so there was a long scratch from the accident on it. I didnt appreciate that but I said I can deal with it. Although the rear bumper looked good at the time, when I really looked at it, there was an indent that protruded from the paint. I was upset but said I will let it slide. A week later I noticed my seat, the same one he fixed, was stuck again and could not be moved. I reached out to him, he said he would order the part. A week later I called and asked if it came in and he said yes. I dropped off my car and picked it up two days later only to find out he replaced my drivers seat with a used seat that had a different upholstery pattern. Not to mention the seat feels like a lump of coal.I called him the next day and inquired why it was not communicated to me that the whole seat was changed instead of the seat lever? He said he thought he was doing the right thing since the repair guy said he was afraid while attempting to fix my seat that it would tear. I said none of this was told to me, so what can be done now? He said we still have your original seat, bring your car in so they can work on it. I said and if it tears then what? He said I dont know. I told him all of this should have been looked at when he had my car for a whole month and in the midst of the conversation he HUNG UP on me. I have been very patient with this guy while accepting BAD body work and excuses. I have never ever experienced such subpar work from an auto body shop until now!!! You said I am bitching at you! Do your job and do it well then you wont receive complaints!!!
