It’s unbelievable the lack of knowledge and outright lies I was told by a Cricket Wireless employee today. When I brought in my unlocked GSM phone that is made for their 4G LTE bands, the staff member had no idea what 4G LTE bands were. He was only interested in selling their low-end phones filled with Cricket Wireless bloatware. If you want to take advantage of the Cricket Wireless (AT&T) network unlimited data plan for $50, do yourself a favor, stop at GameStop and pick up a Cricket Wireless sim card, then buy an unlocked GSM phone online. That will also save you the activation fee the store wants to charge, and you won’t waste time listening to their deceptive sales pitch.

Came in to purchase a new phone. Only NEW customers get the lowest price, not existing customers I was told. Then theres an additional charge of $25 for purchasing the phone in the store instead of online. The final blow was taking three hours to transfer info from old phone to new. They were only able to transfer 4 of 852 pictures also. They blamed the problem on their internet supplier. If your time is worth anything, go somewhere else!

I absolutely LOVE Cricket Wireless! The staff are wonderful to work with, phones are very reasonable, plans are excellent with prices that are actually in this universe and not out of this world high as nuts and futs. Highly recommend Cricket! We were paying over $300 a month with another carrier for three lines. We switched to Cricket, and we now pay $90 for unlimited everything for three lines, tax is already included and no hidden fees! LOVE IT!!

I like the direction this company is going I don’t like the hiring practices. A perfect match yet a mistake 3 years ago bans me for life even after expungement. Talk about vindictive and judgmental.

I was there a week ago and charged as normal to complete the transaction, however the machine at the store declined my sale even though the money was pulled from my bank account. I have no receipt, no new service or items from this company but they have my money!? I have called them several times with nothing to show from it. They have not tried to contact me. Id stop in but I live an hour away and cant get there til tomorrow. I am a breath away from pressing charges!

Store manager showed up late, had no answers for online promotions or ability to help, was condescending and seemed angry. Incredibly Dissatisfied. Cheap prices definitely means cheap service.

The store I Eau Claire REEKS of cigarette smoke! I walked in and felt like I was a annoying for the employee to help me. I don’t want to hear a message from the company if they aren’t going to do anything! Tired of all talk and no change. If you guys want to work with cricket go to Marshfield cricket!

The person inside was rude and handled my phone very roughly. It was a brand new phone and there was an issue. The whole situation was very off putting and we ended up just switching to another carrier.

Very bad cellular provider. Ive seen some bad ones but unfortunately this one tops them all, as bad.One of many things off the top of my head they do, is give out your number to places that will call you on DAILY basis!... insurance companies, MANY scammers,etc.So if youre wondering how their prices are lower than the rest, well, thats how they do it...their lower rates and prices on phones come at a later price.

I’ve dealt with the manager at this location (mall drive in Eau Claire WI) a couple of times, once on the phone and once in person, and he was and arrogant ass both times. Very rude. Acts like your wasting his time.

The employee was rude, misinformed, and possibly malicious. He refused to believe Cricket has a 25 text/talk only plan. He didnt understand how carrier locking works. Go to the Oakwood Mall instead, though service there is also a bit sketch.
