We were greeted promptly and given an accurate wait time. I found out that it was not necessary for me to have them setup the new phone but was glad to have been there in case there were any problems. I got information on a phone replacement plan that helped me to make a good decision. The manager was very knowledgable.

The customer service was horrible! I cannot believe this is how Verizon runs a Corporate Store. Changed hours by just posting a sign on the door. They told a different story every time and still havent gotten the credit for my phone for a trade in. If your looking for a new phone or great customer service go somewhere else and dont waste your time stopping here. We even dealt with management and obviously they need better training too!!

Lady with black hair seemed rude when I went it to just try and set up my aunts phone. Bad attitude when saying I needed someone who was authorized to be with me to unlock sim when my grandmothers phone didn’t have any problems.

Stopped by to activate a new iPhone. They were not happy to see me as they were planning to close 1 hr early that day, even though there was still 45 min left and the store looked empty. Had to explain why I couldn’t just call. Manager behaving a bit like a neighborhood bully didn’t hesitate to ask “who gave you the phone” and told his employee to check that my Apple account on the phone is matching my credentials to make sure the phone is not stolen. The selection of phone cases isn’t great, only matching their top models. Used to be a better place, at least 1 year ago when I last stopped by.

Over an hour wait time with 6 people in front of me. And not enough seating. I sat on the floor, and one teenaged kid laid down on it for about 20 minutes. Staff was great though, so if u can handle the wait, its worth it

Joshua from this location was incredibly helpful after a super frustrating day dealing with Verizon’s terrible ordering system. He did all he could to help me get my order through, even stayed almost 2 hours after his shift was completed to call corporate to get the issues resolved. He was kind throughout the whole experience even when others were not, he didn’t know the solution to the problem and spent over an hour doing trial and error to get things figured out. Although my review of Verzion as a company is definitely not 5/5 😅🤣 Joshua gets a 5+/5 for amazing customer service above and beyond what he needed to provide. Thank you Joshua!

We switched to Verizon years ago in part because of the excellent local in-person service. This is no longer the case. When I arrived, there were few people in the store, but was told it would be a 90min wait. They have very little stock (no Samsungs at all), and had little interest in answering quick questions. This location obviously has little interest in customer service, and appears to me that its on its way to closing. Very disappointed.

I go in to talk to someone and its a long wait just to see the guy in the front of the store. The store didnt have very many people in it and was told I could either wait an hour and a half or call Verizon on the phone. I left but there should have been no reason to wait an hour and a half with only a couple customers in the store.

If you have an issue they will take your phone in the back and browse your personal stuff, restart it and then tell you they cant help you further. They cannot fix your plan or bill in store they will tell you to call and sit on hold for no joke 1hr+. They will gladly take your money but they will never help you...I use them for the decent coverage but honestly your better off going to any other location or just dealing with Verizon online. Hopefully they will close this store soon so nobody gets their hopes up.

I went into the Verizon store in a panic when I couldnt receive texts, Snap, Instagram, Facebook nothing would work :( I was disconnected from my world. The CSR could see my distress and immediately helped me. Five minutes later I was up and running. Such great service and seriously if you want the best service in the area, Verizon is the way to go!

My boyfriend and I originally went in to upgrade his phone because he is on a Verizon plan with his family. While we were there I saw they had the Apple Watch Series 5 for sale. I’ve really wanted one, and Solutions Specialists Kristin helped make it happen! She is so relatable, funny, and an overall kind person. I’ve never had a “real” phone plan. So I was nervous about hidden fees or being pushed to get something I wasn’t comfortable with. Kristin was able to help explain everything to me and let me know I could request her whenever I came in to that Verizon store.The process itself was painless and I walked away that same day with a brand new Apple Watch. The watch is a game changer- it’s so cool and has many features that I already love to use!Kristin also helped me by opening me a new Verizon line and when my new iPhone 11 came in, she did all the heavy lifting with exchanging all my information from my old phone to my new phone. She even put the screen protector on and the case! Kristin was very patient with my questions, and even went above and beyond by postponing her lunch break to help me! I felt very valued and secure about my decision to switch to Verizon.

I have had no service for days, including cristmas day where I could not tell my loved ones Merry Christmas. I waited 65 minutes outside for a sim card that took them 5 minutes to retrieve. Just to find out the replacement phone I recieved from assurion was a refurbished paperweight weeks after its arrival and just after the replacement period.

I just got a new phone 30 days ago and the charger fried the charging port in it and I brought it to the store and the girl told me its my fault and not a defect in the phone! The place did not have a home friendly type atmosphere. You also had to touch the phones to get prices and to me during flu as sick season touching phones to see a price is not healthy. It appeared that unless you were actually right there to buy a phone they didnt really have much time for you. I was there to actually make a purchase had researched what I was looking for. The sales person continually tried to redirect me with basic sales tactics to other phones I was clearly not interested in. I left and made my phone purchase at Best buy and was able to save $300. My experience was not as expected considering I had driven nearly 3hrs just to go to a corporate store. Probably will not return to EC store. I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years.

Signed up for service, and afterwards was told I had to pay a deposit. After balking at that they told me I already signed up and would have to cancel the lines for a fee. Wait, what? Argued enough to get out and will never, ever consider Verizon again. Signed up with Spectrum and got 2 new phones and no ridiculous deposit demands, should have done that in the first place!

Weve had lots of positive experiences with Verizon in our 14+ years of service, but we went recently and recevied really poor customer service. The employee assigned to us was unkind and unhelpful even after we waited an hour to be seen. The employee was short with us and uninterested in providing patient, thorough, or helpful answers to our questions. Im bummed and hopeful this doesnt happen again.

He said he couldnt answer that because it would be putting us ahead of the others. But yet when we walked in he could ask us questions. We went next door to AT&T and gave them our new business.

Made appointment for 10:00 am. Showed up early and waited in line to get in. After checking in I was told All associates are with customers. It will be15 to 20 min wait for next available associate. Sorry Verizon, I made the appointment so I wouldnt have to wait. Not only did you miss out on the sale of three iPhones and $100.00 in accessories, Ill be sharing my experience with friends and family as well. ****Update to address response from Verizon.**** Its not about speeding things up. I had an APPOINTMENT!! Somebody should have been available to honor the APPOINTMENT!! Why give the option to make an appointment if you have no intention of honoring it? To be honest I would rather call or go on line to find deals. The people at the store are friendly enough but I have found that if they dont know the answer to your question they tend to make something up. Also, make sure before leaving the store they calculate your TOTAL..TOTAL.. amount due when adding a line or making a purchase that adds to your bill because its very confusing when your bill comes and its a bit more than was quoted.. I feel that the people at the end of the phone are better equipped to serve you than when you go to a physical site. Can save money as well..

We have been loyal Verizon customers for many decades. Very disappointed in the sales clerk that we talk to today. We have recently retired, and we’re looking at updating our cell phones because we do not need have the same needs as in the past business phone plan. All he could offer was not doing autopay through a credit card. Our Verizon cell phone bill is currently $167 a month, and we were just trying to lower a bit (this is including the veteran discount). Very frustrated!

When I explained the situation the young man assisting me suggested a booster that cost a LOT less than the phone I was considering. Yesterday, on Black Friday 2016 we went to the Verizon store and had a great experience. Dustin took care of us and he did a fabulous job. Today was a huge disappointment. A young man checked me in and kindly said someone will be with me.....no one I had 6, yes, you read that right, 6 employees walk past me and into a side room and could here them talking and enjoying their company. Ive had multiple issues over the years and very few of the staff know what they are doing. No replies when i repeatedly send them messages over multiple days, even though the auto reply says they will get back to you soon. If looking to be sold a phone by a monkey in a uniform this is your best option! I walked into the store a few days ago and had to wait a short time to for an agent to be free to help me. After getting home and receiving my replacement phone in the mail I wasnt 100% sure how to transfer everything over. I called the store and talked with CHUCK. He was AWESOME! He talked me through every step of the process and answered every question I had. I HIGHLY recommend that you ask for Chuck if you have questions or problems. He is very pleasant to talk with and knows his stuff.

We came in to switch from ATT. The guy who helped us previously told us that the phone deal we wanted would be around for a few more days, so we come in by the time he tells us and apparently they don’t have the deal anymore. The guy who originally helps was helping someone else so a woman helped. She was incredibly rude. Literally made no effort to keep us there or find a new deal for us. Looks like we will be sticking to ATT.

Verizon is expensive......but this is not a bad thing. In this case, you are actually paying for what you get, and therefor, the service is a bit more expensive that, let say.......Sprint, who in my opinion.....Sucks. When my wife and I went into the corporate store by the mall, we were their for over 4 hours trying to get service. Their system was glitching that day, and we could not get service. We visited the store 2 days later, and they remembered my wife and I, and as compensation for the long wait, they waived both our activation fees. Thats $80 they credited our account. This might be chump change to a major company like Verizon, but its not chump change to the working person. Devin was the person who helped us, and he was absolutely awesome! My wife and I will never leave Verizon. Every company will make mistakes, but Verizon owned their mistake and made up for it. Thanks Verizon.

My plan is ready for renewal and I was very excited to finally purchase a smart phone. Sorry but I am naming Travis here showed me an S5 and said it was the best. I would love to have it but I can not afford 199 for a phone. I asked him if there were any less expensive ones. He motioned to some others with a wave of his hand and said, these are okay but in a year.....I left disappointed naturally. I will renew online with Verizon but now with an IPhone that my daughter had had. I was ready to spend a little but not a lot. I left with nothingYou may need to let at least one member of your sales staff know that it is not good to push one phone.

Takes a long time to get assistance even though you can see several employees that appear to not be engaged in anything. The staff is friendly but not overly helpful if you get outside the basic questions or issues.Pricing is a little misleading unless you dig into the extra fees that are added to the services. They have good network coverage but tend to be difficult to work with.

The Verizon offices in Chippewa Falls have been closed making it very inconvenient for us as we live outside of Chippewa and driving to the EC store takes just over 1/2 hour. Getting there, we had to wait for over 1/2 hour - felt really sorry for people who arrived after me as they were waiting at least 45 min to over an hour. The sales people were nice, but unable to offer a plan that would meet our needs, so left after wasting a huge part of the day. Would really like to see an office in Chippewa again - never had to wait more than 10 min going there. With as much business as they are obviously doing, would like to see them put customer needs a bit higher on their priorities list.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service I have had from one particular staff at this store named GARY. I have had at least 4 negative encounters with him helping me. He has been rude, unhelpful, tends to rush without explaining and literally said to me in a rude tone: We are not customer service here, we are sales. He makes me feel like if I am not buying a new device that I am low priority to be helped. I am also dealing with another issue regarding insurance that Verizon has failed to resolve with me. They dropped my insurance without my knowledge and when I went to file a claim, I was sent back and forth between Asurian and Verizon for weeks. Asurian is not at fault for the mistake. Verizon is. I really hope the next time that I enter that store, they can make it right.
