My experience here was awesome. There was great (not at all pressuring) customer service that helped me pick out a washer/dryer set and even held them for me so I could go home and measure everything first then placed the order over the phone the next day. They knew all about the appliances they are selling and wanted to make sure my priorities in an appliance were met.

I had the best experience buying my refrigerator and oven here! I worked with Erik and he couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I never felt at any point pressured to buy anything, which is really important to me. I had originally purchased an oven from Home Depot that I had the worst time trying to return, due to extremely poor information from Home Depot but Erik bent over backwards to help me navigate through that process (even though it totally wasn’t his problem) and I was able to purchase the upgraded version of that oven through Appliance Outlet Center for the same price. Best customer service ever! I absolutely love my new appliances!I’ve already sent friends and family your way! Thank you again!

Horrible Customer ServiceI was at this establishment today, looking for a 4 door refrigerator. The guy present didn’t even say hello to us. Maybe certain individuals are not welcome here. Thanks but no, I will spend my $3000 elsewhere.

I had lower expectations going to an outlet to replace my dishwasher. I had a botched installation from Costco and left me with a bad taste in my mouth and feeling like my cabinet wouldnt fit a newer dishwasher like the installers told me.At this store, I was quick to find a new GE appliance with all of the features I wanted and at a much lower price. They were also able to get the appliance install scheduled much faster than I was expecting as they had new units in stock. Within 1 week I got a new, beautiful GE dishwasher and the installation was a breeze. They had a professional come out and install it and he was great. A great experience!

I needed affordable kitchen appliances on short notice for a property were selling. Erik gave me some options and set me up with a coordinated set of GE appliances with a 1-year manufacturers warranty. I paid Monday and everything was installed on Saturday (including haul away of the old ones). The installation crew was on time and friendly, and they even took a minute to set the clock on the new stove. Im very pleased with my experience.

Spent 2 days driving to every appliance store and spending hours looking and piecing together a kitchen suite. Stopped in to Appliance outlet and Erik had the 4 piece Slate set that nobody else had in stock and would not be available until February at the earliest. Not only did he have them, he beat every other price easily. Very knowledgeable friendly staff! Look no further for your appliance needs, this is the spot and I visited them all. Very very impressed! These folks were great! High quality items and very knowledgeable about their goods. I went in looking for something specific, and even though it was unusual, they had it in stock. Got a good deal on a high end portable dishwasher. They helped me load it up, too. Id go back to them again for other appliances.

Although we didnt buy a fridge here (they were on back order for a couple months and we needed one within a week) we received excellent service from the staff here. They were helpful in breaking down all of the options, understanding pricing scales, and really made us comfortable about a subject we didnt know much about. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Awesome, The best experience I have ever had buying a new refrigerator and the guys were Great and made it so easy for our decision on what to buy. We ended up buying brand new one from them instead of a scratch and dent one but the ones with damage were almost unnoticeable.

Awesome. Got a fridge in 6 days instead of 3 months. Also saved $600 for a little ding. Also took the doors off on delivery so I could get a bigger fridge. Most places wont do this.

We arrived on a Saturday looking for a good deal on a refrigerator. We had specific requirements ie ..dimensions,color,quality...Erik had a unit 1yr old that was priced to move...It was used,but only for about a year and it was in terrific condition. One more thing was that we needed asap....like Monday....Erik made it happen and we are over the moon happy! If you’re in the market for an appliance...you won’t be disappointed.

We had to order new washers and dryer for our shelter and Appliance Outlet Center was beyond helpful. We are more than satisfied with our machines and with the service we received. I would highly recommend this store and the inventory they carry.

Great place to get appliances

Erik exceeded our expectations when we purchased our washer and dryer over 4 years ago. We have been back to replace our dishwasher and now our range. We won’t purchase from any other appliance store even though we live in Woodbury. I’d gladly pass countless stores to get the attention to detail that Erik and the rest of the Appliance Outlet Center delivers!

Our refrigerator went out ... because of Covid19 and small fridge to be found is 4 weeks to 4 months out We call appliance smart and bingo we could take one home .. giving us more time to search for the right replacement fridge for our kitchen ... oh yeah our frigid was a LG bought on 2016 and crapped out on us ... cause of Covid19 took a week for a tech to come out then if we want to fix it wait another 2 weeks or more And could run us 300 to 600 bucks in laborNow we have a fridge to get us thruDeborah

Hard to find and not much parking. It is a warehouse showroom with washers, dryers dishwashers and all the other household appliances. The salesperson was very nice and helpful. But it is GE appliances only. So if you know you want a GE appliance this is the place. They say they have the lowest prices on GE products.

Excellent customer service from both Roger and Erik. My first appliances from the Appliance Outlet Center were purchased in 2003---refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Later I also purchased a washer and dryer.Last week I had an emergency problem with my refrigerator compressor and decided to just get a new appliance. Roger helped me on Saturday and even arranged for a delivery on the following Monday. Because the price was so good I also decided to replace my dishwasher.The two delivery men were great. They helped me with a troublesomefit problem with the refrigerator while working quickly and neatly.I will always check with the Appliance Outlet Center first when I need to make a purchase.

I visited the Appliance outlet for a washer and dryer. We entered the location and found it to be very drab and dirty. The lighting was poor and there wasnt that much selection. We were looking at a Washer and Dryer and was asking the sales reps questions. He didnt seem very knowledgeable. I had a 10% off coupon from their site that I showed him and he said that he didnt know if they were taking that anymore. It wasnt expired and I download it that day.Nevertheless, we found a pair that were $539 a piece and while trying to find the pair with the least dents and scratches. I decided to search online and found the exact pair at 5 different locations for the same price new.I showed the sales rep my phone and he asked where at and I said everywhere. If I am willing to buy scratch and dent I want a good deal not the same price as retail. We left and wont go back.

Love this place! A little hidden gem. A lot of the appliances are brand new, (wrong color ordered for new homes, etc.) cant be sold in stores. We got our awesome fridge and microwave double oven combo there. Saved so much time and money. Going back for dishwasher soon! Definitely check here first!!

What can you say, its Roger! My family has been buying GE seconds from him for years with great success! This place is a little bit of an unknown appliance secret from the west metro. The outlet itself is nothing fancy, but the service is second to none. Their stock seems to turn over pretty quickly, so go to buy no to shop!

We needed to replace our washer, and instead of going to a big box store, we popped in to the Appliance Outlet Center. We found exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. It was in and out in probably 20 minutes or so. That was earlier this week. Today it was delivered and installed, and our old washer was carted off. The washer is running now, and there are no problems. I had an all-around good experience.
