Awesome prices, nice employees, very efficient. I recently had to get a new dryer and found a great one for a great price! The delivery service was also super quick and only took about a half hour to take away the old dryer, bring in the new dryer, and install. Ill definitely be buying from the outlet again!

The products are as is, so its truly for those who want to save money on appliances that mostly just have cosmetic issues like scratches or were floor models. The employees here are wonderful and deliver honest and very helpful customer service. Will definitely shop here again.

Good variety of product but the staff at the registers are lazy and not knowledgeable about whats available or the products. Bought a gas dryer, needed installation, call store for days at different times and no one answered. The delivery guy had to use his phone to call the work line and let me speak to someone.

Not nearly as organized as a normal Best Buy might be. Ordered for curbside and they did not have the process figured out. Had to go into the store and then they found the item I ordered and brought it out. Large selection available for immediate pickup though unlike the regular stores which have many items currently out of stock due to supply issues.

Neil and Mark were great at helping us get the right dishwasher. They worked with us thru a few customer service issues and watched for the dishwasher we wanted.The selection is always turning over so you do have to visit frequently if you are looking for a specific style of product or at a certain quality level.But, the key to making this a 5star eating was Neils quality work to find the right product for us. His teammate Mark was also instrumental as he had several ideas to ensure we had a product while the one we ordered was delayed by customer service issues outside their control.

Employees are awesome but the curbside system and pickup process needs to be completely reworked. Checked in on mobile upon arriving, after 20 minutes went inside and was told yeah we dont get any notification that youre here, you have to come inside. I was also told the item I ordered needed to be transported upright and that my vehicle was not okay, though there was nothing in my order saying anything about this (I ordered a washer)

Great deals on stuff, but absolutely the worst customer service. I’d fire the entire staff. Lazy, unhelpful, no knowledge of products. Don’t even bother trying to call. They admit no one will answer. Overhead another customer complaining about it when I finally gave up and drove in.

This is a large warehouse with open box items (customer returns & floor models), while I visited the location had mostly appliances (cook ranges, washing machines, refrigerators) a few flat screens and handful of accessories to go along, as the location is fairly new I would expect more stuff to be available as they set it up.Not an expert on appliance pricing, so cant really tell if everything on the floor was a good deal, but some of the accessories seemed to be a bit expensive than what they are when on sale. If you are in an urgent need of an appliance and a budget and dont mind used this can be a good bet, as I was told they do come with manufactures warranty which IMO is better than craigslist.

Staff are friendly and the prices are amazing.

This rating isn’t based solely on the service, it’s more or so about my with the delivery of my products. I bought a stove and dishwasher, and paid for installation and haul away of the old equipment last week. They brought me the wrong stove, and it wouldn’t have been as bad except, the one they brought me doesn’t work and has a dent in it. The stove I bought is still on the showroom floor. They also never installed my dishwasher. They said they couldn’t install it because the old one wasn’t uninstalled. What kinda sense does that make? You can install but not uninstall? So my new dishwasher is sitting in my garage. I went to the store to have this settled, just to have them tell me I can’t get my stove delivered till today, which I’m still waiting on… and my dishwasher can’t get hooked up until October 5th. You would think that cause it’s their fault and they made the mistake that this would get expedited. This delivery experience is by far the worst.

Our oven had stopped working. We called around and all places said 1 to 2 months before we could replace it.Then we found the Outlet. We had a staff member come and educate us on stoves. He was intelligent, kind and patient. We had our 3 kids with us, and he helped us pick out the perfect oven. Best thing. We got to take it home that day!

Great place for a huge deal.

We have had a mixed experience with the Outlet. To date the staff members at the outlet itself have been good. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The whole thing has gone sideways trying to get our purchase delivered. We purchased an open box washer and dryer set. They contractors they use for the delivery called and left a message saying they would be there in 40 minutes and “call back if you want to”. I didn’t call back as I was busy dealing with a separate issue. 2 hours went by and no delivery. I attempted to call the contractor phone back but got no answer and the VM was not set up. After two attempts I called Best Buy and was put on hold for what felt like forever. When the lady came back she said the contractors would be there in 5 minutes. They were there in less then three. Where had they been for the past two hours? Language barriers prevented me from getting an answer to that. The did appear to be agitated when they arrived. The unloaded and installed the dryer but the wash machine was dented so severely it looked as if the machine would no longer function properly. So we sent it back. We had to go back to the store to pick out another one but I couldn’t set up the new delivery because the item was still marked as “in transit “. So, I had to call back the next day and set it all up. Again, staff at BB Outlet were great. I did tell them that I had to work until 3 on the delivery date so the latest delivery would be needed. He acknowledged that. Fast forward a week and the delivery is set. The automated call said delivery was from 12-4 but my son was going to be home so I didn’t think there was going to be an issue. They did not come at 12 nor at the latest time. Instead they came at 10am! On top of that they declined to deliver because they needed to have someone over 18 in the house. So, now I have to wait again to reschedule AGAIN! Good Grief Best Buy, figure out your contractor situation for all of our sakes!

Likely because if pandemic, not much to choose from. 4 employees doing nothing behind their desks and they never once came to the floor to ask anyone if they needed help. Later called them for 2 hours straight without getting them to pick up phone so had to drive back to ask question. Again, employees just sitting behind the desks and not one customer in there. Maybe start paying a commission? Prices seemed good on a couple of dishwashers, but they add on a whopping $260 in delivery and install fees so more expensive than other places. Wasted time

Big warehouse with open box and scratch and dent items.Mostly ovens, washers and dryers, refrigerators, microwaves, tvs, dishwashers and some Sonos speakers. Suggestion from me would be before you buy any items I mentioned above is stop in here see what they have then compare to other stores. All items at outlet have some sort of discount. Didnt give 5 since entrance is not visible from street so you need to go into parking lot about 50 feet before you see entrance on left.

WORST PLACE EVER TO GET DELIVERY FROM . I ordered a Samsung fridge and paid extra for delivery and extra for installation. Once the order came after 2 hours when they were supposed to come, the worker basically did not want to do the work and he would be grumpy and saying oh I dont think I can do this . After calling his manager and te

3 rd time trying to get washer and dryer delivery. The delivery guys had communication barriers! Was told through google translation that I was to have ordered new hoses for the washing machine. Was never told that by my salesman in the outlet store . Not sure what to do at this point. Very frustrating to say the least! I guess you get what you pay for. Never again!!!!

Not worth the deal. They delivered a broken washing machine and instead of fixing it opted to replace with the same model over a week later. The second model was also broken. When we called to get someone to come help repair they offered ZERO help. We have been out a washer for almost a month now and the only thing they could offer was signing up for a repair program. A serious headache and terrible customer service all around.

Best buy outlet with returned products and no reason at to why. All that glitters is not glitter? Enough said.

Great place if you are looking for scratch and dent, but brand new open box appliances. However, do NOT use their delivery. Try to borrow a friends truck or something - delivery was AWFUL. Poor customer service when attempting to remedy the situation (as well as not receiving installation parts but had already paid for them) from Best Buy/Geek Squad customer service. Also, if you do delivery, expect to pay additional fees that you are not told about (pulling a permit for install). Thankfully, I have family that was able to install so no permit was needed but they tried to charge $150 plus.

I show up a few minutes before closing, and they said they are closed. I was there to simply buy a cable and TV which would only take 3 minutes max! Apparently they don’t want my money. And people wonder why big stores go out of Buisness...

Best Buy delivery is the worst service I have ever seen. Theyre drivers are inconsistent, their dispatch makes excuses. I ended up getting my appliances myself.

Double check before you go if you need to schedule an appointment. We were informed at the door. Luckily we caught them with a cancelation. Know what you are looking for before you go. They have limited items for electronics. A great selection of appliances though.

If I could leave negative reviews I would. I am not the type to leave negative comments but the customer service at this outlet is AWFUL. KEVIN is so rude and disrespectful. I called ahead of time to inform them what I was interested in and he said he would set it aside for me. I went there and he came up to me and my sales representative 4 times to tell me I needed to hurry. The sales representative had to apologize so many times based on the way he acted and what he said. He mentioned “I’m so sorry, I would understand if you are not comfortable purchasing the items.” Which he is 100% right. I left and I will not be back.

This is the worst store ever!! First oven purchased and delivered did not work, 2nd delivery scheduled they did not show, no call, or email, after raking a day off from work, 3rd delivery, wrong part with the new stove, husband took the day off from work, 4 th and final delivery, no part brought for the new stove!!! We have been with out a stove for 6 weeks, horrible customer service, no option given to fix the wrong......we returned the stove, they have to come pick it up, maybe we will no show on them!!!BUY BEWARE!!!!! HORRIBLE all the way around!!!!

Seems to have really great deals on home appliances like washer/dryer and refrigerators. I went looking for computers or laptops but they unfortunately do not have those type of things. They do have a lot of great tv deals though otherwise predominantly appliances.

I didn’t actually buy something here so I’m not sure how the customer service is, but I looked around to see what’s inside. It’s full of appliances marked way down! I mean way down! I think I saw one appliance marked over 60% off! If you’re looking for some amazing deals, definitely check this place out before you go anywhere else. Odds are you’ll find what you need here, or something like what you need and is just too good of a price to pass up. It’s a huge warehouse full of marked down appliances.

DO NOT choose the delivery option! We live 3 minutes from the outlet store and they sent our purchase from their warehouse to another, 2 cities away, and surprise it did not arrive on time!- We were weighing the options of renting our own truck vs the $70 delivery. We thought we were lucky in that an opening was available within the week for delivery. So we paid the fee and scheduled the delivery for 3 days later.- The morning of delivery, we received a call that the truck was going to be late due to bad weather and we should receive a call 30 min prior to delivery.- At the expected time of delivery, with no prior call, a large white truck took the time to back into our driveway. I opened the garage door and waited for them to park. The driver never got out of the truck instead drove back down to the end of the driveway and waited for 5 min before leaving.- I called and was told my delivery had not yet made it to the warehouse to be placed in a delivery truck. A note was entered on my account that I needed to call to schedule another delivery date accordingly.1. Why was my delivery taken from the warehouse down the street from my house to another warehouse two cities away?2. Why was I not contacted to reschedule my delivery?3. Why was I not informed of this Asinine process before purchasing the delivery option?4. Why was I charged a delivery fee when the operator told me there is no delivery charge on refrigerator purchases and refused to listen to me until I had her check the price against the payment?I’m sure if you have the means to transport appliances yourself, this store is a good choice for you. If you are thinking about delivery, DO NOT!!!!!

I work across the street from this place, so decided to stop by. There were tons of selections of fridges, washers/dryers, ovens, and TVs. In the end, I didn’t buy a fridge, but got a sweet deal on a 70 in Samsung TV.Two weeks later, my “new” TV stopped working. I called Samsung customer support. It looked like it would take weeks for them to send someone over for repair. Knowing purchases at Best Buy outlet are nonreturnable, I still stopped by the store to try my luck. I explained my situation to a person working there (who is also the same buy helped me to load the TV to my car last time). He grabbed his manager over and the manager offered to exchange the TV! Luckily, there was one same model left in the store. So I hauled over my old one and got the new TV home. Everything works so smoothly. The new one is 50 bucks more expensive. They didn’t even ask me to pay the extra.Before you go there, please set your expectation. 1) This is not your typical appliance shopping experience. It’s more like a warehouse. But it’s organized fairly well. People are very friendly and helpful. They are willing to go extra mile to help you out; 2) Shipping may not be free. You may have to pay for shipping (at least for fridge) if you need it; 3) some products have dent and scratches. Make sure you know where they are and decide if they are acceptable to you; 4) Since everything sold here is open-box, returned, or floor model, ask yourself if you really mind; 5) come back frequently. I’ve been here a few times. It seems the inventory is updated weekly. I noticed price may go down if the product stays in the store for a while. But I can’t be sure about it.

Got an excellent deal on a set of appliances for super cheap- why would I buy anywhere else knowing the deals here at the outlet...Don’t listen to the haters on here, I had an excellent experience between the customer service and the delivery teams.Chris the manager took greatcare of us and we will be back

Initially I wasn’t happy with the faulty fridge I received, but the team (especially Neal) worked hard to remedy the situation, and I’m grateful for their efforts.

We bought 2 great TVS and extended warranties!! The guys were very nice but really couldnt explain anything about the warranty process. That was rather disappointing. Overall it was an awesome experience.

This store doesnt have all of the products of an ordinary retail store as they mostly have returns and overstocked items but what they do have is deeply discounted.. They do have quite a few QLED, a few OLED TVs and appliances - washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, dish washers, etc. - they opened recently and they say that theyre getting daily shipments. The discounts range from anywhere between a few hundred off retail prices to thousands of dollars.
