I really root for in person stores! Good service here. Great staff. Thanks!But the items that are shipped from online orders arrive in terrible shape. We have had the same refrigerator shipped to our home. Then after we took the time to return the damaged refrigerator to the store, ordered a new one and had it shipped to the store. This one is beat up and probably damaged too.Poor shipping and Handling by Best Buy.

The store is near Technolgy drive in Eden Prairie. The closest highway is 494 and makes it easily accessible. Highway 212 is also close by.The roads around the store are in a mess with construction all around due to the metro train.Bestbuy at Eden Prairie is a nice and lively store. The staff are polite and helpful. There discount criteria specifically online match is rigid. They might not match. The store space is huge as usual . They have categorized with different departments. It’s a super active store and like to spend time here. Overall good place to shop.

While there was limited staff, they worked through the customers quickly. Employee was very helpful with information about monitors and what I was looking for. Had a decent selection of monitors. Walked around a little. Lot less product than a few years ago, but with online shopping thats the way it is. Prefer this Eden Prairie store over others.

Horrid customer service. In order to confirm if an actual item is in stock, knowing theres a chance for inventory to be off, they forward you to an off site, not physically at the store operator. Who does not help. Only informs you of stuff you can see on the best buy app. Absolutely NO help. No one cared because they have too many consumers as is. You DON’T mean anything to best buy just keep spending your money

This is a great store! Its always clean, well displayed products. It is easy to walk around and navigate to the desired sections. Wide aisles and large illuminated signs clearly mark the brands.

Fast, friendly service in the mobile phone department. Purchased a new phone and it was set-up while I waited(very briefly). X was very helpful and friendly to me, and my kids. He even gave my 7 year old some paper to draw on while we waited.

One of the modern medium/large format Best Buys, with a decent selection of products. Not as busy as the Minnetonka location, but not quite as much variety in the products on display. Generally, easy to find what youre looking for, and products are usually in-stock.Had a bad experience with Best Buy Mobile (Universal and Unlocked are NOT the same thing, contrary to how much the employee insists). I asked for an unlocked phone and he sold me one SIM-locked to T-Mobile. The manager made it right after we insisted upon it being SIM locked the following day. I strongly suggest if your product is sold in multiple versions, type the SKU or Bar Code into BestBuy.com and see which products come back. If its a cell phone, it will only match the barcode of the specific SIM-locked or unlocked device. This is a good practice to get into no matter which Best Buy store you shop at, so Im not holding it against them.

Ive visited this particular best buy only a few times, its significantly further out of the way for me as I typically visit the Richfield location, so bare that in mind.From the two visits Ive made recently I am actually pretty happy with the time spent, I was helped immediately by the staff as I knew what I was looking for and not browsing (garage door hub). I was in and out in arguably less than five minutes with exactly what I was looking for. Overall, cant complain. Staff is much better and much more knowledgeable in comparison to the richfield staff, so the time spent for the trip was well worth it.

Horrible customer service in the computer area of the floor. We were in there on a Sunday after around 1 pm. Looking and found a new computer we wanted to purchase. There were only two floor sales associates on the floor and both were busy with customers when we got there. We were waiting for a half hour to be helped. While we were waiting one of the floor associates paged for more sales people to come out to help. Noone ever showed up to help them. So we left. They lost customers.

I dont know who helped me out this morning in the computer section but a very nice and informed young man helped me pick out a display screen to connect my laptop to. After going home and trying the HDMI cord that came with the laptop and realizing it did not work, I went back and was helped very promptly by another young man (I think Clayton?) find the correct cord. At that time, the first man that helped me out remembered and was also helpful in ensuring the cord worked. While the Eden Prairie location is not the closest to my home, I will certainly go back based on the great customer service.

We just bought an LG LMWC23626S refrigerator. This is the second appliance that we have purchased from Best Buy. The employees were very helpful without being pushy. They obviously know their stuff. The truth is everyone matches everyone elses price, so we picked Best Buy for their service. This is something that I would have found surprising 5-10 years ago.

We had a remote starter installed at this location and it was the best experience weve had with Best Buy. The install technician (Freddy, we think), was excellent. He was friendly, answered all our questions, and even checked a small issue we thought we had before leaving. The rest of the staff were also super kind, and allowed us into the building after theyd closed so we could stand in the install bay since it was raining. 10/10 service, would definitely recommend this location.

Great selection, but the store pickup leaves much to be desired. Nobody answers the store phone line, so you have to visit the store to find out whether or not your order has arrived. Plus the picture that represents your item can be deceptive; the item I ordered looked larger and nicer than what I actually received.

I would make eye contact with an employee and they would go out of there way to not come help. This has been a problem every time I go there. Its so disappointing because it is a great store.

Geek Squad is too complicated to engage. I was given no choice but to sign up for an annual maintenance contract with auto renewal feature. Then they forced THEIR anti-virus product into the deal after I specifically told them I didnt want it (free or not). Then got home and there it was, on the receipt. You just want them to fix something, instead that make you a victim to their agenda.

Look. I know the employees working at Best Buy are required to ask if you need any help any time they walk past you, but do yall really need to come up to me every 10 seconds? Like, its kind of a lot. If I could just wear a sign or something so they would know that I WILL ASK IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. The store is fine. The products are priced fairly. I do not live in Eden Prairie and only came out there because the SOONEST available installment for me to get my service done was 11/7 from 2:30pm-5pm. I drove from Roseville, MN and had to spend my time from 230-literally 8pm in EP because of your staff and miscommunication.My husband and I checked in my car before 2:30pm, I was not late or too early either. We parked my car in front of install bay and there was also a big red SUV parked outside too. When I walked in was greeted by a female worker, she checked me in and made sure my phone number was all good to go. She said I would take about 3 hours and that I would receive a call as soon as it was completed. As I checked in I noticed 2 cars in the installment bay: one suv and one smaller compact car and there was a tech working on one. I leave the store and kill time in the area of EP. It was about 5:25pm, I did not receive a call, so I drive back to the store and by the time I get back to the install bay, I noticed my car was not moved and still parked in the EXACT same spot. I walk in and check in with the tech and let him know Im here to pick up my black Honda Pilot. He quickly responds as say, he did not even get started on it because the current car he was working on is having issues. I notice the big red SUV car (previously parked outside next ti my car) parked in the garage but the car that the tech was working on was a different car that I did not see present when I dropped off my car. He also said, that it would take him another hour to finish the car hes working on and it would only take him 45 mins to install mine. So I said, okay... let me go talk to my husband who is in the car. I chat with him, we agree that this is unacceptable, we come into the store and speak with the Store Manager whos name I dont recall. We tell him whats going on and then he leads us to Marco. Marco was great, he listened to us, refunded us our installment fee. But there was no point in this because we paid for it as bundle for the remote start and install. He goes and talks to the tech alone and then comes back, tell us the same thing, that the tech is behind and apologizes for no one updating us. By this time is was almost 6pm, Marco tells us to come back in an hour otherwise they will give us a call when theyre done. We leave the store once again at and we come back at 7pm, the kind employee in the front goes and checks with install bay and comes back to tell us the techs said another 20 minutes. We agreed to wait in the store, time passes, we ask again, they say another 20 minutes. By this time I notice Marco goes back to check again after 15 minutes, FINALLY theyre done. Marco escorts us to install bay, the tech apologizes and tells us the car that made him behind was supposed to be scheduled for only 2 hours but it took longer. My thought is that if the car he was working on took longer than 2 hours then why didnt he abandon the project and come back to it after completing mine? We drive off and leave the store driving in the parking lot, my husband closes the window and the one-click auto window roll up was not working and the car was asking for a radio code, we head back into the install bay and they fixed it, thank goodness, otherwise I would have been in your store until after 8pm.
