Had to have their service people come out 4 times after new appliances and they fixed everything promptly. Very nice people to work with for scheduling. Although they are crazy busy like most these days, they worked hard to get us on the schedule each time. Great technicians!
Nice alternative to the BIG BOX places— definitely saves you time in the long run and there are knowledgeable people to help you by answering questions and maybe pointing out some alternatives you hadn’t considered.Much more pleasant experience—
If you need service on an appliance forget it ! Lead times for a service call are horrible.Spent a lot of money here on appliances and if you have a problem best to call someone else for repair service unless you can live with your problem for some time. Most people don’t have the leisure of waiting when they have an issue.
I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone. What’s sad is that another wonderful and reputable appliance company recommended this company as we needed our oven repaired ASAP and they were not able to get us in prior to an event we were hosting. My first appointment which was scheduled, I took a half day off from work and rearranged daycare pickup to be at our house for the window they gave us. 10 minutes prior to our window ending I called and asked if anyone was coming and was told no one was assigned to the job. No apologies were given for the inconvenience and I was then hung up on. I called back and was told someone rescheduled my appointment- which I hadn’t even had the chance. The rep I spoke with promised this wouldn’t happen again and guaranteed someone would be at our house at which at which point, I took another half day off from work. Prior to our window closing again, I called the office to verify someone was coming and got hung up on three times before being told no one was coming. I was told they would try and release the $60 hold on my account which I told I refused to pay as no one ever showed up. I had better get my money back and hope that this company finds better customer service reps/technicians. The lack of communication and empathy for missing a full day of work. Having worked in customer service for 18 years I am absolutely shocked at this and will never return my business. Absolutely horrid.

When I still call him to learn about appliances and what would be best for my current situation in AZ he goes out of his way to help me. Even recommending I buy locally in AZ so I can have service if need be.He knows his appliances and I am so very grateful to have his expertise. My experience with Eden Prairie Appliance goes back as far as 2001, when purchasing all appliances for a brand new home. Since then I’ve moved a few times and have needed everything from washers and dryers, to stoves and refrigerators. Every purchase, delivery and installation was handled professionally. Even one of the owners, Richard Notman, assisted in those duties if need be. I highly recommend them for their integrity and knowledge of products.Chris N.
Mark M was very knowledgeable when we purchased our kegerator. We love our product. When we had a recent issue, I called to talk to him and i got a return call within 30 minutes from the warranty company to set up a warranty service call!

On top of everything else, they gave me a loaner fridge today when the one I ordered three weeks ago didnt work in my kitchen! Thank you to Bryan, Mark, and staff from this very happy customer!! I recently remodeled my entire kitchen and purchased all of my appliances, as well as a washer and dryer. I found the sales staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful, unlike their competitors. There was considerable follow up with my selections and my salesmen provided me tons of info to consider. It was refreshing to talk to someone with experience and knowledge, as I havent purchased appliances in a really long time. I was also, very pleased with the delivery…very respectful of my home and my time.Definitely check out Eden Prairie Appliance if you are getting new appliances.
Good, local appliance store. We got personalized no-pressure service immediately upon entering unlike the local big box stores where we couldnt even find someone that knew much about appliances. They answered all of our questions and were very professional. Their prices are also competitive with the big box stores.

In store service was fine and we like the oven. But after the sale, poor communication and follow-up. We were supposed to have delivery on Saturday, but no one showed up. When I called, they said we were on the schedule for Monday with no apology for the mishap. Afterwards, needed to get in contact with them about installation and pick up of the old unit and none of my calls were returned.

Someone from Eden Prairie Appliance was supposed to come out today between 8:00 and 12:00 to perform warranty repair on our double oven . No one from the company showed, nor did anyone from the company call. We tried several times to get ahold of someone at the company, however, the phone went unanswered. Took a half day off work. Will now have to take more time off work to have another company perform the warranty repair. For some reason I am unable to give zero stars, but that is exactly what Eden Prairie Appliance earned...HEADS UP!!!

After speaking with people who were unwilling or unable to help me troubleshoot an issue with my Bosch range, I came across a breath of fresh air. Her name was Wanda and she works at Eden Prairie Appliance.All I gave her on the phone was vague information about a red light on the control panel of the range and the fact the electric oven was unresponsive. She then took the information I gave her, called a Bosch technician, identified the root cause of the problem, and presented me with options for resolving it.She even gave me part numbers and guidance to resolve the issue myself if I felt up to the task. And she didnt expect anything in return. THIS is customer service at its finest...and I wasnt even a customer of Eden Prairie Appliance at the time!
Very disappointing customer service. Could not find record of previous service and therefore summarily dismissed as a customer. On the positive side, they must be doing very well in order to alienate customers.
Just got our new dishwasher installed. We have been quite pleased with the whole process, from sales to installation.
