Altice Mobile service us the worst! I just opened up a line because my daughter gave me her iPhone 11 so all I needed was a SIM card which I paid $20 for. It was supposed to arrive in two business days and it didnt. Since they do not have a phone # (go figure), I too had to deal with the chat line. They then called FedEx who said they delivered it this morning. I explained that I am in quarantine and home all day and they told me to call FedEx and inquire about it. I am now dealing with FedEx. Altice has the worst service Ive encountered!
THERE IS NO OPTIMUM STORE IN THE MENLO PARK MALL. I REPEAT, THERE IS NO OPTIMUM STORE IN THE MENLO PARK MALL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO GO THERE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE HIGHLY IRRITATED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH OPTIMUM AS THEY HAVE FAILED TO UPDATE THIS INFORMATION. SHAME ON OPTIMUM, AGAIN! WORST SERVICE EVER.
THERE IS AN OPTIMUM/ALTICE STORE IN MENLO MALL!!! On a Sunday I broke my phone and thought I was screwed because all optimum stores are closed on Sundays. I found an optimum/altice online that said it was open in Menlo Park mall. I jumped in the car and when I got there I asked a few employees of other stores where in the mall it was. No one had a clue and I looked online again and saw a review from just 6 days ago that said there is not a store in the mall. While I was walking it completely frustrated there was a kiosk that said it fixed screens so I stopped. He asked me who the carrier was and I told him. This man could have told me there was not an optimum store and get my business at $400 it would have cost to have him fix it. Instead he directed me to a kiosk in the middle of the mall and said go ask them and see if they can help me. Well, thank God for him! It sure was an optimum/altice kiosk that carried phones! I was able to leave with a new working, activated phone! I can not say enough amazing things about Clara that helped me! She was one of the most helpful, amazing customer service reps Ive ever dealt with in all of my history dealing with retail store store employees! She had the patience of a Saint and made sure I was completely happy and satisfied with my decision with a new phone; and that i understood everything completely with every step she did! She made me feel valued, and comfortable asking as many questions as I wanted. Clara was just a complete class act! She even gave me her phone number in case I had any questions after I left so I didnt have to go through altice customer service. Anyone that has ever had to call them will understand the aggravation you go through contacting them! Anyone that needs help with their altice services, go see Clara at Menlo Park Mall; I guarantee you will leave completely satisfied!!! Thank you so much Clara!!!
