Great store to visit. The young lady behind the counter Bianca was very helpful with my issues. she was very charming and upbeat. Even convince me to buy a thing or 2. 😀 I recommended this store to friends and family and told them to ask for Bianca cause she gave me the best service I can ask for..

I went into this store with a slew of questions about upgrading to an Andriod phone with OS 10. The Manager Bianca gave me amazingly professional, friendly and courteous advice and assistance. She started off by changing my four phone account to a less expensive plan. She then patiently explained and demonstrated my upgrade options and then quickly took care of the data transfer from my old phone to the new one I purchased. I have never before had such a thoroughly delightful experience dealing with a cell phone company representative. Bianca did a great job for me.

I was visiting from out of state and i lost both of my phones. The manager was beyond helpful and very understanding. She explained my options and provided the features/ specs of the phones. She help me retrieve my contacts, pictures, videos from my email, and downloaded my apps. As well as, bundled me up with two cases and two glass protection screens. She provided exceptional customer service and was very attentive to everyone.

I never leave feedback however, now a days, its very rare to come across, EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICEI would have never recommended metro pcs in EDISON. I walked into this place interested in upgrading my phone. As I walked in an employee behind the counter was talking to a customer and so I figured I’d wait till he was done as I had some questions regarding an upgrade. Since the time I entered the store till the 10 minutes I waited, the employee did not even acknowledge the fact that I was there. Even a simple, “I will be right with you once I am done” would have sufficed. I just walked out and went elsewhere. I will not be returning to this store ever again.

When I called the woman was very rude She had an attitude she spoke down to me I told her I understand she has a job to do to try to upsell me I told her I’m not interested I just want to activate this phone she flipped asked me how come she was asking really personal questions as to why do I want to activate my old phone for my daughter to be honest it’s none of her business as to why I need to activate it she was highly unprofessional and if this is how metro does their business I could see why a lot of people are leaving this phone service

Keep away from this place. I agree with negative reviews. Visited this place 4/5 times over last few months. I switched to Metro PCS and was supposed to received some discount but never received it. Store representative not helpful and charges extra even if there is a way to get that service free. They will try to mislead/give minimal information to get more business e.g. putting your sim in an old phone you already own. Today store rep said it will cost 15$ if I do it in store or by calling 611. He was so sure... but after searching internet I found a way to do it for free. Come on. Dont try to cheat.

Keep away from this place, the guy running this shop is very shady.He over charged me when I started my plan. I did not realize this until much later and could not do anything about it, he never gave me a receipt, he claimed his printer was out of paper.After two months I lost my sim card and went to get a replacement. He wanted to charge me $40 what seemed to me like an excessive amount for this. I went to another dealer close by and they charged me $15.If you dont want to get ripped off, keep away from this place. I rarely write reviews, but this guy is just a crook.

The 2 Beautiful & Intelligent spanish girls,had us in and out in 15 minutes, My sister had to get her son a new phone. They beat everybody elses prices & hooked everything up fast.
