If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We are on a road trip from Seattle to Florida. As we were driving thru El Paso the fuel pump on our van started acting up. It was a Friday night, a week before Thanksgiving. Saturday morning we started calling every repair shop we could. They were either closed or couldnt look at our van for days. We were in jeopardy of not making it to Dallas for Thanksgiving with the family. Then we called Gilbert at Fast Lane. He said to bring it on over. So we limped there and Gilbert got to work. We were back on the road by 1:00 with a new fuel pump installed. Gilbert saved Thanksgiving and the bill was very reasonable. We cant thank him enough. I highly recommend taking all your vehicle needs to Fast Lane. Gilbert is an honest hard working man who we trust.

Gilbert fixed the problems my vehicle had . He is a good mechanic. Fast lane Automotive is an affordable and honest business you can trust. If you need your car fixed they will get it done for you in a timely manner.

For as long as I’m in El Paso this will be my go-to auto shop! They were so kind and explained everything so I understood. I went in bc my check engine light came on, naturally I had it checked at an auto parts store and they told me I would have to replace my water pump. Thankfully I didn’t have to replace the whole thing it was just a sensor! Great quality, great value, and amazing people! I’m so happy I found this gem 😄

Took my car in for an inspection and to have a rotor and brake pads placed on one wheel. We did the other 3 at home BUT couldn’t break the bolt to get the last wheel done. The dealership quoted us over $200 for just the one wheel. I called up Fast Lane Auto Service. They quoted me $50 and told me I could come right away. When we got there is asked if they could do our inspection too? No problem!They were fast, professional and a great value. Angel did our inspection. The mechanical was a female (extra points In my book ☺️) and the owner all worked as a great team. We will be going for all our needs in the future!

Took the GSA to get the turn signal bulb replace a few days before Thanksgiving. They were really nice, very patient. Overall great experience. Will be going back with my personal vehicle of needed.

Never going back. They told me my alternator was bad and needed replacement, when really it was the starter motor that needed service. They’d lie to your face.

I took my vehicle in because it was not running the way it normal would so dropped it off a few days late Gilbert called and said they did a full diagnostic on it and that nothing was wrong with it. My personal opinion is that he doesnt take advantage of women because of that was the case Im a woman and he didnt charge me for diagnostic only for $20 of gas he put in it. He could of easily made something up that he had to replace and lie about it but he didnt. Ill continue to take my vehicles to Gilbert. Keep up the great job Gilbert and staff!!

To be honest I got ripped off here... 2000 dollars down the drain for some stuff that was not for sure gonna help my vehicle run.Now my vehicle is sitting in driveway and Im out 2000 for nothing ......Gilbert should have just said just change out the engine on the vehicle I would have put that money toward engine.....

Went in to change a thermostat and came out with AC vents that dont work all of a sudden. It is very obvious now that they in fact do take advantage of women that go in by themselves. They definitely took advantage of my mother. Id recommend taking your business elsewhere.

SERVICE IS NOT HONEST. This location took advantage because Im a female. They replace my air filter with a cheap one. The one I had could be clean with water and reuse (an $80 value). Ill update post once I speak to the manager.
