They actually use Environmentally safe products for repair. Definitely a good place. I came here to get brake pads for my bike. Not disappointed.

I was helped by a young man named Peter who was very nice and knowledgeable about almost all of my questions and the answers he didnt know he went and asked someone else right away to acquire the answers. The shop is well stocked in biycle parts accessories and also in lawn maintenance equipment. If they didnt have what I was looking for they gave me the number of another vender that would. Now thats some quality service! I definitely recommend them for all your biycle and lawn care needs!

Went in for a quick simple fix that was supposed to be done by early morning next day, i call to see if it was finished then get told it wont be done till later right before closing to then get another call that it will be done in 30 minutes but will be more then i was first told . when i finally go pick up my bike i talked with the red head lady with glasses up front 1. she was rude as can be 2. she was not helpful and to finish it off she is telling me they replcaed my parts with new parts when i can clearly tell the crank has dings on it from wear and tear i do not recommend this place at all and i wish i could speak with the owners or management who refused to speak with me when i called to complain due to me not being satisfied with the job

If youre an intermediate or advanced rider DO NOT GO HERE. If you have a valuable bike DO NOT GO HERE. This place is good for a cheap quick fix on a cheap Walmart bike. The customer service is poor and the lady at the front didnt even know what she was talking about. The person that did know a little bit about bikes, didnt even speak English.

I took my bike in and they were very courteous, well priced, and quick...fixed my flat and brake issues on the spot. Flats are only $5 plus cost of inner tube, whether you take in the whole bike or just the tire.

Family run and local business with 50 years of serving El Paso. I really like going to this shop to buy bike parts for my bikes and bikes that I work on for friends. A whole lot tubes and tires and accessories that is great for the everyday bicycle enthusiast or weekend warrior.I really like the staff. Ive never experienced rudeness or a bad customer service experience, they know how to treat people right.They dont have super high end parts or bikes, but if you go to many local shops, most dont either because you can get them cheaper online. If you need to work on a bike thats not a racing bike, this store pretty much has you covered.And they sell other items like lawn care equipment and other hardware. I always recommend people to buy their equipment, Stihl, here.Best price on tune ups in town.Hit them up! Support this shop and keep a local gem shining!

Three weeks ago I took 2 bicycles in to get the innertubes replaced and they only charged me $5.00 for each innertube. The male owner said he wanted to help people due to this virus. Less than 2 weeks ago I took in another bicycle to get the front innertube replaced, this time they charged me $10.00. I tried calling them several times in a week but no one would answer the phone. I think the owners were trying to soften people up. Im not bringing my service back to them anymore. Ill go to somewhere else where there honest to their customers.

Got done work done on a bike for my grandaughter, great work and good price. I am a satisfied customer.

Took my sons bike for new innertubes and slime. They upgraded the bike and we left. A few days later the valve stem on front tire blew. Took bike back and they fixed everything on the tire to include a missing rear brake shoe. Prompt, courteous and not bad price.

Been here at least 4 times and all times the employees have been very helpful maybe not trying to kiss ash but they do the job. One of the employees actually met me there on a Sunday to adjust my bike chain for free. Now that is awesome. My experience so far has been great. Johnny Perez

A locally owned and operated store that offers a decent variety of bikes, products and services for any type of bicyclist but thats only half of their business. They also sell,service and repair lawn equipment: lawnmowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, etc. A friendly and helpful staff who provide a wonderful job for their customers.

Horrible service! Especially from Mary who has such a negative attitude towards everything. I brought in a weed trimmer because it was not running fast. I then got it back and it did the same thing after about 10 minutes. I took it back and they told me all they did was just adjust the carburetor. I asked them why they did not change out the spark plug air filter and gas filter. Then they told me that I did not ask for that. I am not the expert in fixing these things. They should know whats wrong with it and suggests that it might need a tune-up as well. Anyway, Mary has such a piss-poor attitude that I have no idea why she is even working there. I believe its her sister Martha who walks around like a deer caught in the headlights. Which I dropped off my items with Martha. And she has no clue whats going on. They do not care what they do to your equipment. They dont take the time to do it right but will charge you. There are plenty of places in town that you can take Stihl equipment. Bicycle World on the Westside its very good. I should have just taken it there but since its out of my way I decided to give Dyer cycle another try. I was venting my frustrations out on Mary and she told me that she didnt want to hear it. Unbelievable customer service they have done its sad that there are businesses like this that treat customers so bad. She then told me another time that she didnt need my business pretty much saying that I didnt spend that much money there. Again do not go there you will regret it and your equipment will not be fixed properly. Update: I reported them to the better business bureau. Mary responded with lies saying that I did not want to pay for a spark plug and filter when I was asking to purchase one. This business is a joke. Do not take your business there. There are other places. They will fix your items the way they are supposed to be fixed.

Staffing are friendly and helpful .

Took lawn mower in for repair and one and a half months later, it was returned. They to order and reorder parts, and weeks later called for update and they were unaware of the situation. Had to keep calling for updates and when ready. When picked up, they did not even help to load the mower into the truck. Very NOT PROFESSIONAL all the way around.

Took the day off so I can drop off my bike. The lady at the counter told me they would have an estimate in two days. I dropped it off Monday and called them Thursday because they couldn’t give me a simple estimate. The girl on the phone said someone will do it the following day. I decided not to do business with them. If this is the way they are going to start then I can only imagine when they actual start working on it. I’ll take it to a legitimate shop. Horrible customer service and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THIS SHOP. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This all this started just getting the chain sharpened on a good working chainsaw. My son dropped off a chainsaw to get the chain sharpened. Picked it up paid $7, got it started but it wouldnt speed up. So he took it back, they said that the safety brake had to be adjusted. Picked it up a few days later, took it home and the choke wouldnt engage. Took it back, they said that the choke had to be replaced. Picked it up a few days later paid $25. Took it home and it wouldnt start. Took it back march 4th and this time they said that the carburetor needed to be replaced. They said that they would fix it for free cause some how it got messed up there. They told him that they would call when it was ready. He called, and stopped in a few times to see if it was ready, and they kept saying that they hadnt received the part. He even took in a lawnmower for a small fuel leak. They called and said that it also needed a tune up. The lawnmower was only used 4 times on a small yard when bought new. He should have just done the tune up himself. They charged him a little under $60 for everything. Just by chance he stopped by today to check on the chainsaw and they finally had it done. He couldnt get it started there, so they had one of their workers try, and It wouldnt start, so he took it to the back and he had to adjust the carb. Once it started, it was blowing out smoke. My son asked them about the smoke and the guy said its due to the fuel mixture that they use, but it never smoked before. They charged my son $14. He told them that it was suppose to be free, and they said that the air valve needed to be replaced also. My son paid the bill just so we could leave. We will never bring anything to this shop again.

Horrible customer service! They hang up on you accidentally, do not return calls, and are completely unprofessional. This is hands down the worst business I have ever encountered in El Paso. I would not be surprised if Fort Bliss makes them off limits. Stay away!

Diamond in the rough for cyclists everywhere. Though the shop front for Stihl may be deceptive, beyond the lobby is a dream word of vintage parts. It would appear as if the owners/clerks are completely oblivious to what they have, which is shame because there is real business to be had. I found boxes of parts, mostly NOS. Some boxes are unopened. I found unused Falcon, Sturmey Archer, Shimano, Pro-cycle, and other no-name or generic components. Nothing here is top of the line but for budget builders and vintage cyclists there is much to discovered.The down side to all of this is that hunting for your merchandise is a real chore as the organization is rather non-nonsensical and you will most likely have to bargain for your items. Everything is covered in an inch of dust and hasnt been moved for decades. Everything considered I spent an hour searching for half a dozen and spent a very reasonable price.
