I absolutely LOVE coming to this store. Employees are very knowledgeable, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Any question I had, which are usually like a thousand, they would gladly answer and give great recommendations. They have a good selection of accessories, tools, helmets, shoes, bike racks, and if they dont go flying out the door they do have some great pre-built bikes that are ready to go shred some trails! Called ahead to get info on a new bike. Told them I wanted to buy one today. The guy recommended specific models for me.. I drove from Horizon expecting to come in and find a bike or order one. I arrive, they have 2 models, neither of which are the ones he recommended and neither were for men. I then asked to see what the bike he recommended looked like. He showed me on the computer then said it would be around September when it arrived. Its October... he meant a year from now. I hate wasting my time. All of this info would have been great. I never would have gotten myself, my kids and wife into the car and drove all the way out here for nothing.

The manager was honest in telling me my shock did not require service yet, I will be coming back!

Staff is nice but they have no selection at all. I was looking to upgrade from my 2016 road bike. I went about 2 months ago, they only had 2 road bikes. I went a few days ago and they had ZERO road bikes. The man working there said they havent received any in a while. So I went to the westside location, they had a couple 2020 madones and surprisingly, about a half dozen 2021 domains. If ur looking to get a new trek bike, go to the westside store. They actually have bikes there

The staff here is so helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I am in this store way too often with a question or needing help and they are always so willing to help. They have the best prices around. I cannot recommend this store enough!

Great folks right here! Adrian took the time to answer my every accessory question and Paula made sure I was informed on mount/dismount techniques in conjunction with my seat height. (Its not as easy as it looks, especially when your 6 4 tall...)Having not been on a bike in 30 years I felt a little intimidated about going into the store and talking bikes. I had gone in for a flat repair, and while the techs did their thing, Saul was more than willing to take time out of his day and talk bikes. By no means am I a seasoned cyclist, but Saul and the techs made me feel important and welcome. I ride about 20 miles a week for commuting and exercise and would usually go to Crazy Cat, but I can honestly say I have found a new spot for repairs and parts. Thank You guys!

Great immediate and warm welcome by whole team as soon as I walked in, sure beats long faces like other shops, its like a trend. Roberto is a great knowledgeable and friendly guy, told him what I needed, he listened and executed nicely. I got mi bicycle ready in a couple of days and I am happy riding. Roberto is on East El Paso Trek and I live on the west, I dont mind driving 25 minutes just to receive such great service. Products are Top of the line.

Took my kids bikes there to get serviced and they took care of all of our needs and made sure my kids bikes were safe before leaving the store. They made me feel as if my service was appreciated. I loved the fact that they assisted me with getting the bikes in and out of my vehicle. Although they are a little pricey I would recommend there services and I will be going back.

Great bike shop. I have purchased 2 mountain bikes at Trek and always have received great customer service. Just recently I had an issue with my full suspension MTB and guys at the shop diagnose and fixed the problem. Also kept me updated by phone on everything they where doing to the bike. Took the bike to the trails the day after I picked up from the shop and it rode like a dream. AA+ on the shop and personal.

This review is for the owner. I’m currently standing in a 4 person deep line at the Eastside location waiting to purchase a MAXXIS Ardent 27.5X2.4 tire. Your store policies in regard to the COVID-19 pandemic are quite stringent and I believe that they could be modified to improve both customer service and the health of the customer and employees. As customers wait outside for long periods of time they are unnecessarily exposed to people for longer than necessary. They then walk into the store anyway. Your one in one out policy could be improved by creating two separate sign in rosters for people looking to purchase bikes and others looking to purchase bike parts. This system could help accomplish better customer service and maintain a great level of social distancing guidelines at the same time. I really hope you take this advice to heart. You have a great store and I’ve watched several customers walk off since I’ve written this review.

About a year ago they upgraded my tube, linear and part slime and never had another flat. 6 months ago I bought some shoes for spin class from them and Robert was very helpful. Yesterday I bought a used Trek 1000 and Felipe installed new pedals. On my 1st ride as I was 6 blocks from home I caught a flat so I bought it in today and Robert installed new tubes and the slime. Everyone I have dealt with there has been helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service still exists. Patrick

Amazing service!! Very friendly, helpfull and skilled people. Cycling the Southern Tier with my wife and was confronted with a broken spoke. These people understood completely that it was difficult for us to come back in two days. They started to fix the spoke and asked us to come back in 45 minutes. Which we did. When we came back the bike was ready!! As I said: amazing service!! Thanks again!!

A lot of times I only make time to complain about companies. This time however it is to praise the Trek Store on Montwood and the Loop for their outstanding service and quick turnaround for some much needed maintenance on my road and mountain bikes. Thanks again for your outstanding work!

Convenient location, you can get yer nails done next door, pick up some Anchor Steam, and some sushi all from one parking spot. Owner knows his stuff so the advice you get is priceless. I have bought bikes and many cycling items from this location. Ive also had repairs and service done here. Robert is always professional, attentive, and a pleasure to do business with.

The staff is friendly. Also when you buy a bike you get more perks. ( full year of service free). The work they do on the bikes have a quick turn around time as well. When they find something wrong on the object they are working on they call you if its going to cost extra, instead of you walking in and having a crazy Bill. Keep up the good work my friends.

Okay these know their stuff, but the shop workers give you attitude, I had my bike get serviced and when i went to pick it up I was waiting for one of the workers to talk to, but as i was, all I was doing was feeling (testing) some bikes shifters and right across from me I got yelled like a little kid, i was told to not touch the bikes, dear god, the dude got onto my bad side, was thinking of buying a mtb( the one that was on the bike rack testing) but will not no more thanks to the attitude that guy gave me.....probably last time I will take my trek bike for service there,

Erick Ivarra was very helpful, i am riding the Southern Tier, have had issues with my bike for about 1500 miles, could not get a part. I stopped in at this bike shop, Eric explained what i would need to fix the problem, even had the part on hand, well stocked bike shop, had my bike fixed in about 20 minutes... I went there a few months back and brought front and back brakes for my road bike and a few other things. They charged me separately to install each item. Crazy Cat always treats me better, they install anything you buy with them for free. I live 5 mins from Atom but perfer to take the 15-20 minute ride to Crazy Cat because they are so welcoming and always provide me with extra info to improve my biking.

Gross incompetence! I reserved two bikes to compete in the Mighty Mujer a month before the race with Frank and offered to pay for the reservation in full. I called two times to ensure the reservation was still in place and they would be able to fulfill the reservation with the right size of bikes I needed for the race. They assured me that the reservation was still good and they would fit the bikes on the pick-up day. I went to pick-up the bikes on the scheduled day and time and the literally could not find the bikes. The employee continued to state we cant even find the 52 and never offered me the second bike that I had reserved. I told the employee that I needed these bikes the following day in order to compete, and he continued to shrug his shoulders and stare at the reservation that was in black and white. I stated that there had to be a solution he was not thinking of and he said he had thought of everything did not know what to do. As he continued to stare blankly at the reservation I took matters into my own hands and called Bicycle Company to see if there was anyway they had had a cancellation. The person on the phone stated to me they had not had any cancellations but, just received a shipment and would be willing to get these bikes ready for me to rent or he would go get his wifes bike for me to use. Atom cyclist needs to take a lesson from the Bicycle company on customer service and basic business practices. I have never witnesses such disorganization and incompetence at any other establishment. At all cost avoid spending your money at this establishment there are other establishments in El Paso that are grateful for your business, appreciate it and show it by doing whatever it takes.

Welcomed when i came in, and nice people, i just looked around. i will se how their service is when i take my bike in to get thorn proofed. i just moved here from somewhere without thorns.

I went there about a week ago for the first time to buys tools and co2. The staff was very friendly and available. He gave me technical advice and talked about the trails in elp. This store is great.

I took my bike to have some work done on it and was not impressed with the service. First of all they called me to let me know that it was ready for pickup, so when I got there I noticed that they had put on the wrong pedals. The receipt cleary stated black on it and it had silver finish pedals. But I thought ok theyre very busy maybe the package was missed labeled and did not notice. They apologized and changed them out almost instantly. Which again I thought ok no big deal. Then I get the bike home and it wont shift through all the gears which should have been corrected with the other work that was done to it. I ended up with a bad taste in my mouth with this place. This had been my first dealing with any acclaimed pro bike shop andwas not a pleasant one. Now I have to find time to take the bike back so they can finish the job right.
