I had a solid 18mile + commute thru town, and I brought it the Desert Fox team to fix a crank arm on my road cycle. They did an outstanding job and even greased my chain without charging me a dime! Fantastic technician, and convenient location!

Attentive and friendly staff. Getting back into cycling and they’ve been a tremendous help in doing so. Didn’t have to buy one of their bikes for them to be willing to lend a hand. Fair pricing in regards to their inventory and services but well worth the cash. Fast repair turnout and if your looking for some one knowledgeable, ask for Marco. Can’t recommend them enough, think I found my new cycle shop.

This shop is very customer focused and the mechanics are phenomenal at their job. I dropped off an old and very used mountain bike and I got it back in far better condition than I expected. This bike shop is a hidden gem. Victor and Esteban are hands down truly genuine people who care about the customer and not about when the next sale will be. They helped me service, and break in my new bike, sell my old bike, and answered questions I had. They followed up after my visit, called me when they said they would call, and even stayed late so I could pick up my bike after hours due to me working late. Two weeks before Christmas took a bike to be cleaned and have some maintenance done. It was a used bike given to my nephew . They had it done with a few days before Christmas, and I did not even recognize it. They left it like it was brand new . Great customer service, friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place .

While visiting the Paso, my MTB tire started leaking and found out the tubeless tape was bad and needed to be replaced. First place I took it to wanted it for 5 days minimum and were very pricey.Took it here, and immediately wish I would have came here first. There was only one guy working at the time and he stopped to help me out. They did the job quicker and cheaper.

This place is Awesome! Very friendly and quick service! Even helped me with my wheelchair tires and tubes when the VA left me Hanging. Definitely bring your service here for all your biking, and even wheelchair needs. Its worth going out of your way for.

If you need a great company to fix your bicycles, Desert Fox Cycler is the place to take your bikes. It might be a bit of a travel from the northwest or northeast side, but the people are very customer oriented and explain to you exactly what repairs your bike will need. Their pricing is very reasonable and they provide discounts to veterans and military members. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their bike repaired.

Took my girlfriends bike to get her brake line repaired and the people here are so nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend and we will be taking our bikes for maintenance to them from now on.

This place is amazing. Great products inside, but more importantly the staff is outstanding. I was in a pinch and had a roof rack fail on me and I stopped in for help. These guys fixed it without questions and didn’t charge me. I’ve been all over the country and I have to say this place is one of the best bike shops I’ve been to.

Victor at Desert Fox was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I got work done on my mountain bike and it should’ve taken four days but the professionals at desert fox called me within 1.5 hours the same day I took it in. I highly recommend their services and friendly staff.

I purchased a bike from this shop back in November for my mother who enjoys bike riding recreationally. I was impressed by the quality of the bike, as well as, the associate who helped me Victor who explained everything about the bike. I gave the bike to my mother as a Christmas gift and she uses it almost everyday when theres good weather. I can honestly say this was a great gift and will be looking at one for my father soon. Amazing service and good work ethic. Got my order for parts made, got a check on my gears teeth and some advice on better bike care and maintenance. This place is a special spot. Will definitely be coming back for more parts and add-ons. Only downside is the 1+ hours they go for lunch so dont come here between 2-3 or so. Its not on their Facebook or Instagram or Google Maps tab, so warning to people before you decide coming in the afternoon

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE.........if you you need it in a day or two. They will tell you a time then go back on that time and give you a new time. Then when you show up for that time they will ask you to wait another 30 mins cuz they havent even started on your bike. They will give no apology for it either. TRUE STORY. Thing is I dont even live close and I had to to take time off work and reschedule appointments. I would have come back for more bike maintenance since i ride multiple different types of bikes but they acted like they didnt care about my business. I needed my bike fixed since i had friends from out of town visiting and i wanted my bike in good running order. They asked if i wanted to wait and i said if they can PROMISE 30mins I would wait and they STILL SAID they couldnt promise that. I couldnt believe it and just asked for my bike back Again..NO APOLOGIE or any effort to make things right I wontcome back here and I will tell everyone i know who rides not to come here.

I interrupted this gentlemans work but he graciously stopped what he was doing and helped me. I needed something minor done to my bike and he took care of it no problem! Appreciate the help and Ill definitely be back.

Never been but I heard it sucks

I stopped in for 10 spokes for my bike. They cut and threaded new spokes in 30 min. These guys work hard to make sure have a good customer experience.

All I thought I needed was a new inner tube, but the nice desert fox took into account that I ride backcountry desert, and recommended a thorn resistant type and filled it with self-healing slime. He was so attentive and helpful, even helping me get the bike in my van. It was quick, too. Highly recommend Desert Fox.

This place is awesome. I dropped a tire off after having several issues. They got it fixed, explained what was wrong (which will cost the $25 next time since I will do it myself). They will definitely get my business for other mechanical issues, and my recommendations when folks ask where to go for all things bike related.
