Always knowledgeable and helpful! There are several options in town as far as bike shops, but I take my bikes here on account of the expertise of the mechanic, and the friendly service. Best place to have suspension work done, as well as all other other mechanical needs! Good supply of accessories, tires, and consumables too. 👍

Excellent bike shop that provides great customer service and experience. Mosco is the suspension guru and master mechanic, on top of that he genuinely cares about his customers. Refreshing for EP!! Go visit and get your bike tuned up!! Supply & demand have him busy so it may take a few days to a week, not his fault but its the reason for the 4 not 5 stars

My friend lent me his bike, took it to get serviced. They told me the frame had a small hairline crack but they could fix it. Looked like a scratch on the paint, but I figured... they are the experts. They returned my bike with large holes of melted aluminum. Then they said it wasnt fixable, so they wouldnt charge me. They returned the bike in pieces for me to take home. I hope people read this and look else where.Reply to owner, first you do not know what was said because you were not there. I asked for you and were not made available to me. The bike was left there so long because when I went to pick it up it was returned in pieces and there were parts missing. I also had your employee make a note that I work nights so please leave a message when you call, since I would be asleep. Your employee admitted to forgetting to leave a message. Also, as I told your employee, I was not riding the bike like that and my friend knew about the hairline crack. The problem was I was told it was fixable, you wouldnt know what was said because you were not there. I also requested to know who the third party person that was supposed weld it was. Agter the fact, they told me it was a person that came to the shop every month for work, but they didnt have his information. I understand if its not fixable. I understand you want to stand behind your employees but maybe you should question some of what is going on. I went to your shop half a dozen times and you were never there, so I was told. Have a great day and I hope my bad experience is used to make your shop better. Good luck.

Great customer service! The team there will take the time to talk to you and discuss the various options. I was able to direct message the shop on FB and got a response within minutes. My fork and shock were serviced by Mosco. He help me set up my suspension which transformed the way the bike felt.
