Rio Grande Communications installed cameras at my home. They were of high quality and the employees were very professional. They made sure we understood how everything worked before they left. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this fine company. A couple of years ago they installed hour restaurants video surveillance systems and they have been perfectly reliable and work great ever since. Good quality products, installation, and service too!

RGC installed our homes alarm system. After looking at a number of companies, we were most impressed with the knowledge of the different alarm systems they possessed. And they helped us choose the best options for our needs. They are true to their work, and offer the best prices in our experience as well.

THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR PROMISES AND NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. THEY NEVER GOT THE PHONE SYSTEM WORKING AND WOULD NOT WANT TO FIX IT OR SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AND NOT SHOW UP TO THEIR OWN SCHEDULED SERVICE APPOINTMENTS. THE SALES GUY IS GREAT AT FOLLOWING UP BEFORE THE SALE BUT GOOD LUCK ON THE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. THEY ALSO BLAME OTHER SERVICES FOR THEIR MESS UPS AND CLAIM THEIR SERVICES ARE JUST PERFECT WHEN IN FACT THEY ARE NOT. NO ONE CARES THERE IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS AND THEY WONT BE RESOLVED PLUS THEY LIE IN YOUR FACE AND THEY BELIEVE THAT LIE IS TRUE. SMH

The radio system we have for our business is second to none, very clear and reliable system. On the rare occasions we have needed something worked on, the longest it has taken for repairs or replacement, fixes, has been two to three days tops. Great Communications company!

I uusually read reviews before making a purchase as i did with this company. People seemed nice and appeared to have a plan in place for my home. Sadly i have not had luck with them and find myself wishing i never called. The workmanship was unprofessional and i was left with wires rubbing against metal as well as having bulky pipes running along the house. It has been 4 months with this system and have a camera malfunction, my system logging itself iut. I was told i would get live alerts and support with no such luck. The day of the installation the main technician arrived three hours late leaving the other tech by himself as he stood around for that time. The techs installed the system and did not place the cameras where we wanted because as one technician told me they were both afraid of heights. This being said i paid the price they gave me after they finished and a few days later was told i would have to pay more because of extra material used from them not going by plan. If possible by all means use someone else or do it yourself for cheaper. Get a quality system not made in china and have quality workmanship done instead of an expensive botch job that youll regret.

We have truly enjoyed our radio system. The range is fantastic with great clarity. Rgc has good quality equipment and service.
