The staff were VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. Had a wonderful experience. The doctor was very informative with me and the staff were trying their best to save me as much money as I can. I appreciated all his help. Everyone in there is great! Thank you for my fantastic experience.

I took my son and I for an appointment 2 weeks ago. It took over an hour to be seen by the optometrist. I understand delays, however, then they told me they could not give me my prescription for my contacts until I had a fitting. Then, it turns out they dont have the contacts to try on so they gave me temporary ones for 2 weeks. It has been 2 weeks. They will not give me my prescription so I can just order the contacts I need. Instead, Im expected to make multiple trips, wear contacts past their wear time, waste gas to get to the whole other side of town just to get a prescription that should have been included in my initial appointment. my only option right now is to make ANOTHER trip to get another pair of contacts, only to go back a THIRD time to pick up the final trial and prescription. I have been wearing contacts for over 10 years and the same brand for 2 of those, a fitting is not necessary. this is absolutely ridiculous and I suggest you go somewhere that will give you the prescription you paid for the first visit. UPDATE: after being told in the office I would not have to see the doctor again, they now want me to come and get the trial and see the doctor again. it took me over an hour to see a doctor last time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT VALUES YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Dr. Jackson is an awesome optometrist! She listened to all my concerns and took time to explain everything to me as she did my exam. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The facility was clean and renovated. There’s a huge selection of eyeglasses as well. I highly recommend this place

I was referred to El Paso Eye Care by my insurance. Upon arriving at this location, I noticed that the layout of the building/office was very modern and with a relaxed atmosphere. The employees were very pleasant, helpful and efficient. They also provided valued information for any questions I had. Dr Patel was very top of the line professional. Everyone at El Paso Eye Care was very nice and very professional. Dr. Jackson explained everything as we went along. I received a very thorough eye exam. I have diabetes and Dr. Jackson checked my eyes for all thing diabetes related. The prices were very reasonable.

The lady that attended me was very nice and she was good at taking care of me. The Dr checked my eyes and gave me a new prescription. The 8older gentleman measured where the bifocal line should be, he said that within 10 business days they would call me in to pick up my glasses I received a text today and was informed my glasses were ready and they are perfect. My annual exams are managed in a professional timely manner. I received the required forms by text the day before my appointment and completed at home. COVID protocols are followed. The staff was very attentive and courteous and Dr Patel explained the procedures with undivided attention. They have a large selection of frames from popular brand names. Most insurance plans accepted. Because of their location close to home in the Northeast, I avoided the heavy traffic stress. A pleasant experience.

Thanks to high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes over the last year Ive seen drastic changes in my vision, I did not really know how those were related but the optometrist was very thorough and detailed in explaining the results of the tests they did more so than any other optometrist Ive had in the past. Would highly recommend.

Hi today I visited the center and was everything perfect from the staff, devotee,and billing and they explained everything for my eye situation and they where quickly finishing everything thanks a lot ❤️

The facility location was easy to find. Clean and very modern. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. The eye examination was thorough and the price was fair for the services provided. The eye doctor was super nice and detailed in explaining any issues you might have. He would also talk you through prevention practices to keep your eyes healthy. I am excited to get my contacts soon. I recommend this place to anyone looking for eye care needs.

It was extremely hard to find an Optometrist that is open on Saturday and calling around to get an apt anywhere was the biggest challenge. I am new to El Paso and having to find new Drs is the biggest pain when moving. Let me tell you, they take Humana Insurance PPO which can be a challenge for what Vision Insurance plans cover. Private facilities offer the best name brand frames. So you get what you pay for which is entirely different then going to Walmart, Sams etc. They are corporate based (better chances of finding a cheap pair). I was highly satisfied with there customer service and not to mention what a breath of fresh air Dr. Jackson is. Not just a slip Dr., but takes care of your overall medical eye health. Frames can be pricey, but that all depends on the insurance coverage. Not all aspects of the lenses are covered and the tiers can make your head spin. So, I stuck with the basic needs and came out with an awesome pair for my boys and I. I am extremely glad I found this place and it will now be my yearly visit.

Great place, great service and great products. First time here and will definitely be my forever eye doctor. I just moved from out of state and this place had the best equipment and amazing service. I was taken right in and didnt have to wait long. I was also given my records and full prescription without even having to ask for it. Where I can from it seemed that my records and prescription was their property. Anyway, Ive never been this excited about an eye doctor until now. Almost cant wait until next year to go back.... LoL

My wife and I were first timers here with eye doctor. This practice was recommended to me by my father in law, which is why my wife and I decided to schedule our appointments there. I’ll start by saying Dr. Jackson and the technician were outstanding; however, my initial experience was below average. I called to schedule an appointment and I gave the staff member my insurance and I was told my insurance wasn’t taken. I called my insurance and they advised El Paso Eye Care is a participating provider and they gave me a number for the provider to call. I called back and advised the same staff member my insurance is accepted and proffer a number for them to call and I was “we don’t call insurances because we are very busy.” I said “WOW” and told her thank you, but before I could hang up, she advised she will make an exception for me and call but if the wait was too long, she would have to hang up. I received a call back and was told my insurance was verified and my appointment was scheduled for my wife and I. As stated, Dr. Jackson and technician were awesome. Upon payment I was told let’s choose a pair of glasses, but I declined because I could buy OTC glasses because I have a low prescription. I was given my prescription and was on my way.My wife went the next day and she agreed both provider and technician were professional and did a great job. Upon checkout, she asked for her prescription and the front end staff told her there would be a charge if they printed out the prescription and we can log into the portal and print it out. She opted not pay and walked out without a prescription and we’re stuck without a prescription since our printer is not working. How come I was able to get my prescription for no charge and yet they want to charge my wife. Needles to say, because of the front end staff, we will most likely not return.

FIrst time here and loved the experience. The staff, office manager and Dr. Patel were awesome. They went above and beyond. They met me at my car and walked me in following a very safe protocol. They were extremely nice and helpful from the nurse who took the initial readings to Doctor Tiffani Jackson who explained in detail the retina pictures as well as the numbers for my new prescription to the lady who helped me pick out my new glasses. I had a very relaxed nonstressful visit with no one trying to hard sale me anything from extra exams or extra things on my glasses. They made the visit quite enjoyable for me. I will for sure be using them again for my future exams and glasses.

During covid, it’s places like this that make you feel safe. Social distancing, everyone easily complying with Mask mandates. This visit had me at ease the entire time. Helpful, prompt and got me what I needed. I appreciate the diligence of the staff to keep their offices clean and safe for the public. 10/10 would recommend.

Frames are priced 35% above retail to consume your insurance benefits and make you pay more out-of-pocket then you should!Slogan is quality service and value. I don’t see where the value is in price gouging your frames 35% above retail!Also service was blah and the girls can’t talk (personal talk) and work at the same time while they had customers waiting. The one girl had to stop what she was doing to hear the rest of the other girls story about her personal life.

I loved Dr. Patel and the girls who did the testing. Dr. Patel was very thorough and wasnt rushing through the exam. My main concern was the price of frames!! I dont need designer frames and it seems thats all they had. My insurance will pay $150 for frames and everything nice was $400 to $500!! As a senior citizen thats way to much!
