Today was my first time going to this shop and I will definitely be back! The customer service is amazing and he prices are great!!

I called about 10+ different places and not one said they were able to repair my glasses. I came last minute to this shop & even though it took longer than expected, they did an excellent job on my eyeglass repair. They are better than before if I must say! I highly recommend this eyeglass repair shop they do quality work and I will recommend friends & family thank you so much for repairing my glasses I can see now!

When I first got glasses I unwittingly went to one of those big name stores. Big mistake. I found Eye-Deal and immediately felt welcome and comfortable. Sam and Shawn took great care of me and actually made getting new glasses fun! Recently I scratched my lens so bad I couldnt see out of it. They had a lens that fit and I walked out being able to see again! All this at no charge. Thanks again!

I have two pairs of glasses, no-line bifocals, with Brillen lenses. These are my first bifocals, and Im very happy with how easy it was to adjust- no headaches, or nausea! I have a strong prescription, and am pleased with how thin the lenses are. Im so glad that we found Eye Deal Optical! Shawn, and her family are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! Picking out my frames was like having a personal stylist! I will be a returning customer!

Stanton told me it would be 2-3 weeks for my lenses to be made. Here in this shop I walked out wearing my new glasses for much cheaper on the same day. Their style is so unique unlike anything Ive seen before. Customer service was amazing. It didnt feel like they were just trying to get you to buy the most expensive because they work on commissions. Wont be going anywhere else for my glasses. Ill be trying to get my family and friends to come here.

I went here a few months ago with my Mom and Sister but never got around to writing a review despite the fact that my mother and I both spent the entire drive home talking about how rare and exceptional this Business is.The Owners are both clearly on top of their game, the way they can fix the alignment of your glasses in 2 seconds, instantly bring out the best frames for you from just a glance, or make a quick repair/replacement demonstrates to me that theyre completely knowledgeable about their field in a deep and immersed way.Sometimes you run into people and you just know that theyre 110% professionals in every aspect of their job and are aware of every subtle nuance that relates to their work and beyond.This is the place I would recommend to all of my best Friends and Family and I truly believe theyll get you the vision fix you need.The rest of the 5 star reviews seem to indicate the same level of service we were given.

I was visiting Eye Deal Optical in El Paso from LA, I had a pair of my glasses break while visiting and found this place, and very glad I did! They fixed my glasses in 20 minutes. They felt good as new! I also love the selection of glasses and lens’ they have! I ended up walking out with a new pair. So many different styles and looks. I haven’t seen such unique glasses even in LA. Would highly recommend! Also, the costumer service is A++!

I wish Oklahoma City had a spot like Eye Deal Optical! I was in an eyewear bind, and everyone here was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. They also have the best selection of glasses! There are so many unique frames to choose from. I wish I had waited to buy new glasses until I knew about this place...This is a great spot that I highly recommend.

I was here from Massachusetts, and my eyeglasses broke. We saw the good reviews online, so we went there. I got prompt service and a nice repair. He actually repaired them better than original. I would not hesitate to recommend them as a place to go with their great customer service.

I highly recommend this business. I took a broken pair of glasses I had bought at a large discount store (you figure it out, starts with Wal-) after the store that sold me the glasses told me they didnt do repairs like that . The guys at Eye Deal fixed them on the spot, along with a second broken frame, for next to nothing. I was so pleased I purchased a new pair of glasses in a very unique and novel frame for which I have been complimented, for a VERY reasonable price. I plan to give them more of my business and send everybody I know their way, too.

Fell asleep and rolled over on my glasses and a lens popped out. Gotta say the customer service is amazing. Helped me promptly, explained everything I needed to know. Even explained to me the design if my glasses. I will be a customer from now on.

Had a busy Friday, 03/29/2019, though made plans to visit Eye Deal Optical before they close. Checked Google for hours of operation. Says they close at 6PM, but when I got there around 5pm, they were close. What gives? Complete waste of my time. Aint going back there. Customer service probably would be the same.

Fell completely in love with their service! i was treated like i was at home and they have a huge selection of styles!!! totally recommend them to everyone!

When I first arrived it seemed very small and didnt seem like they had much selection . . But after walking in I realized that they had various unique styles from more non commercial brands and even some more rare vintage pairs. After asking about a certain style they brought out boxes with similar pairs but with nothing repeating. Everthing was different and they were more than happy to show and explain what made any pair I showed interest in unique. With the high level of personal service and knowledge of their inventory you can tell they were eyeglass enthusiasts and who better to go with than people who know and enjoy what they do. I know its sounds kind of highend which alot of it was but they had pairs priced for all budgets. In my opinion the very best place in town to shop for eyeglasses. Ive tried almost everywhere. Here it was more trouble deciding on a pair rather than finding one.

Wow!!! I have to tell you about a hidden treasure-Im a designer from New York City and I was in El Paso, TX visiting a college friend-My eye glasses were bent and we happened to be at a wine tasting party and I noticed next to the wine shop was Eyedeal Optical-I went in and was greeted by a very nice couple who own and ran the shop along with their kids-They took very good care of me and were able to restore my frames-But wait- while i was waiting, I noticed they had a great selection of frames, Wow!!!did they ever- I bought two new frames and they had them ready two days later- just in time for my departure-If ever in El Paso- must visit a hidden treasure-
