My wife and I both got new glasses. Liz was extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions and made great recommendations. I wouldnt want to deal with anyone else, she is great.

Enthusiastic to take care of a customer with some sort of interest and help clear doubts before making you feel like your wasting their unoccupied time sitting behind a counter. They’re not the only providers in town.

I can honestly say I had a great experience, from the appointment to the girl who helped me pick out and get my glasses and contacts. It was smooth and hassle free, Seriously the best interaction I’ve had at an optometrist.

It was much better than doing it online. I had two experiences online that were a waste of my time. Target in-store experience was better than Target Online. Somethings are just better done in-person.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Two weeks ago I booked an appointment with the Target optical. This was going to be my first time going to this eye doctor. The optical booked me an appointment two weeks later on a Saturday. During these two weeks, I continuously received appointment confirmations. A DAY BEFORE my actual appointment I received not a call but just a text message from the optical to clarify that the doctor was an independent contractor and they did not take insurance. I was very upset about this for a couple of reasons, the first one I think Target optical should notify the insurance company to advise them that the doctor is an independent contractor, second It is unprofessional for a clinic to wait until the last minute to “clarify” information with the customer specially during quarantine knowing every other clinic has a waiting period due to the COVID Guidelines and regulations. I am very disappointed in the optical.

Dr. Timothy Bossetti is very unprofessional and is always late do not schedule appointment in the morning or have appointments available early in the morning if your gonna show up 20-30 minutes later. doesn’t respect people time. Schedule 2 times and every time he was late so I left.Also if his a “independent contractor” shouldn’t he let me know you don’t take my insurance?WASTE OF MY TIME.

Unfriendly females work here. Make you feel like a bother....if you dont like your job, quit! 🤗 Also, nobody likes to answer the phone. However, 5 stars for Bossetti ❤

I loved my experience here. Dr. Bossetti was friendly made u feel comfortable. I have had glasses since 7 years old. Always hated to go eye doctors. This was the 1st time I actually enjoyed my exam. Highly recommend him, telling all friends n family to go there.

Worst customer service experience ever...talk about being made to feel like youre actually bugging them by bringing them business. I walked in to purchase some frames and lenses...they were literally just sitting around...3 women...didnt greet or even bother looking up. After I told them I had a prescription and needed frames as well...basically they just waved me off to the mens section. Not once did they get up to offer assistance or ask if I needed help...especially since Ive never worn or needed glasses...especially the brunette...bad customer service and people skills...very dismissive.... Ill never go back to that location again...(Joe battle super target)

Waited 2 weeks for appointment. Arrive at my appointment to be told the Dr. doesnt take insurance. My insurance provider said that he is a network provider. Would not suggest this place.

Dr. Bossetti is great, best eye doctor I have found. But I do agree with the previous review, the girls inside the store were not helpful at all and seemed annoyed you were there. No costumer service whatsoever. I definitely will continue to make my appointment with dr. Bossetti but probably buy the glasses elsewhere, unfortunately.

Great service, everybody was so helpful, no pressure at all and most of all I received my glasses in 4 days, I think it was the manager that helped me. She was very professional and knowledgeable. My wife also loved it there, Im already recommending everybody at work.

I was around this area looking for an optical and they popped up on my google search. I read the comments and decided I wanted to see for myself... Im not sure why they have such horrible reviews if my experience was great.everyone was EXTREMELY helpful and nice and the prices are great! I was a walk in so I really cant say much about their appointments... The optician was really nice. Ive been to many different places and Ive never been comfortable enough to ask so many questions! I will for sure make this location my go to!

Misinformed not once but twice about my warranty and the supervisor did nothing correct the error. Will not be shopping here again.

Scheduled me 2 weeks out because the eye Dr only works 2 days a week. And then cancelled on me a couple days before with little options to reschedule. Very inconvenient

Sales associates are lame,selection is lame and the forgot to give me my paperwork so I had to go back again!
