He explained what service was going to be performed and about how long it would take. The car was serviced, washed, and ready to go within the timeframe and I was back on the road and on my way home. Excellent sales and service all around. Car salesman Deon Bradley made the whole process of buying a car really easy and enjoyable. Made sure I knew all the features available on the car and how to use them. Really made me feel appreciated and not just a notch on his sales goal. Great dealership. Excellent customer service it doesnt try to cheat you like-- Hall Honda Virginia Beach. Go here before purchasing vehicle at any of the Virginia Beach Honda dealerships, they really listen to the customer and dont try to sell you Nitrogen in the tires, which is a total joke! I visited four Honda dealerships in VA Beach before going to this one. I should have gone straight here and saved myself 8 hours of wasted time!

Honda in elizabeth city service team is the awsome, bought a 2021 Honda and it started having cracking sound from the speakers and they got it fixed right away. The wait was not long and they even ordered a trim part and in less then a week an half they had the part to fix it.

We had a great experience overall. They worked with us on a deal we found very fair and got us in a vehicle we love. Adrien was very friendly, not pushy, and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

So I called in for a random part for my old Acura transmission and the gentleman on the line was the most helpful person. He couldn’t get the part for me but right there on the phone he told me who did have it even though it wasn’t their dealership! Not only that but he sent me a picture of the part diagram to ensure it was the correct part! Then he texted me the Honda part number so that I could use the parts interchange at the local shop where I got it to ensure it was right! I’ll be honest I generally don’t like dealerships most of the time I feel like I’m dealing with shady people and overpriced parts. But not here this man understood the situation I was in and the importance of me fixing my car today and that means the world to me! Keep up the good work and if I ever need Honda parts you guys will be the first people I call!

Bought a Pilot from them in November. Good car, good deal. However, they offered to secure financing through Langley Federal Credit Union. It has been a nightmare. Never could make any of the passwords work they gave me work, therefore, could not make the payments. I had drive to drive to their office to make the first payment.

Try getting a response for help after you buy a vehicle from this dealership and you will die waiting for an answer. They bend over backwards when you are spending money but after that there is no customer service. We are trying to cancel the extended warranty after selling the vehicle and 2 months later I am still asking for help with this task. After buying 2 vehicles from them, I will never be a customer again. If I could give no stars I would as they only care about you during the buying process.

It was the first time in dealing with any Honda dealership after buying my supposed 2016 Honda Certified Pilot that I’ve had nothing but trouble with since the day I bought it that I had a little faith in Honda. Me and my wife hate going to dealerships, we usually use a friend from our home state when buying vehicles. But this time our situation was a little different and I really wanted a Honda Civic. Shannon is the best! My 94 year young Dad and I scheduled a last minute oil change before trudging back to the outer banks after his doctors appointment. We arrived about 15 minutes EARLY and Shannon made sure we were in and out quickly. Cant say enough about how great she was!! My family was on the way back to Ohio after a trip to the Outer Banks when we had an issue with the serpentine belt. The advisor and technician were persistent in getting the car repaired and we were able to make it home safely. Their efforts were much appreciated!

Dropped my Versa off after hours (so convenient ). Service was handled wonderfully & on time. John was great. Everything I asked for was taken care of. Everything they suggested was explained. Very refreshing to have vehicle serviced and not be talked down to because Im a woman. I will be returning to have some service performed they recommended.

We were on vacation in the Outer Banks when our check engine light came on and were leaving In two days to drive back to PA. I called and spoke to Shannon in service. She was beyond amazing, and extremely understanding and helpful. Shannon told me to be there first thing in the morning, and she would take care of me. We were there, and Hall Honda had us in and out in less than hour. Thankfully, the check engine light was nothing serious and only required a software update. I’m not sure why Honda engineers use its check engine light to signify a software update, as I think is a little ridiculous and not what it says in the owners manual. Either way, Hall’s and Shannon were great.

The experience was awesome. I didnt have long to wait. The staff did a great job. I would recommand to all my friends.

Went in for an inspection. Service men were friendly and had great customer service. I was helped right away when I got there. Service did take quite a good while, which wasn’t too horrible because their waiting lobby is nice and you can just hang out and watch TV while waiting. Only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the inspection details that I was given once finished were pretty ridiculous. I was told it would be about $1300 worth of “fixes” that I would need to complete before they would pass my inspection... But after taking it to a couple other places, I was told there was nothing wrong major like I was told.

I had an amazing experience yesterday purchasing my new car. This was our third car we have purchased from Nick Vendt. He is always willing to go the extra mile to get you in the car of your dreams. I had been looking at getting a new SUV for quite some time when I happened to see one online but it was in Virginia. I contacted Nick about the car and within two hours the car was in Elizabeth City NC waiting for me. How can you top that? Nick is AMAZING and always treats us like family. You can’t ask for anyone better to help you. Once we arrived at Hall Honda we were greeted with friendly faces. Nick set us up with a wonderful Sales Consultant Pierre Bryant. He matched our personality so well. He was so laid back and friendly. We joked and had a great time test driving the car. He really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The whole car buying experience was quick and painless. Pierre gave us a tour and showed us everything Hall Honda had to offer while they were working on our paperwork. On our tour we got to meet John Holman in the Service Department. He was so nice and funny. He shared a lot of information about how things operate in the service department. He also told us all about the Rewards Program Hall offers. It sounds like an amazing program. It’s so nice to know who will be working on your car when you bring it in. After our tour was over we got to meet the Finance Manager John O’Connor. He was so personable and not pushy at all. He worked some magic and helped us get some extra warranty and still keep my payment close to what we wanted. I highly recommend purchasing a car from Hall Honda. We test drive a car, signed papers and drove off the lot in a little under two hours.

My service advisor was very courteous and informative in going over the items in terms of importance and answered my questions very well. I set an appointment ahead of time, they were outside waiting for me when I arrived. My intention was to go to several dealerships and explore. I had already heard great things about this Hall Honda, Elizabeth City so I started there. We went over many options (new, used, pre-owned, certified, leasing) and I had lots of questions. I also had a family member with me to help understand and hear what I may not have, and to ask questions also (highly recommended). It had been 9 years since my last vehicle purchase. Deon and the Manager were great. They worked really hard to obtain the best possible deal for what I wanted. My Service Advisor was Shannon Warren Hall. I have never dealt with her before and I normally like to stick with the same service advisor when dealing with my vehicle. In the past, I dealt with Dequan Perry but he no longer is employed with your company. So in the future, I would like to just stick with Jason.I liked Shannons demanor, how friendly, & welcoming she was so thats a plus in my opinion but when it comes to my vehicle, I take it seriously. I didnt like the fact that Shannon didnt show or allow for me to see my old brakes or rotors. So thats a MAJOR PROBLEM for me!!! I purchased my own brakes & rotors along with whatever else that was included inside of the box that my parts came in & she never made sure that any of the extra parts, that wasnt used, was placed back in the box & placed back in my vehicle or even asked. Shannon didnt know if I wanted the old brakes to return to get money back on my purchase or not. This is unacceptable! I have NEVER been treated in such matter! Maybe she is new at this & didnt know the severity but I wouldnt have to remind my previous Service Advisor because he would already be on top of it before I would even have to say anything!! This is why I stuck with the same Service Advisor that has my vehicle best interest. Otherwise I can take my vehicle somewhere else. My vehicle is very important to me because that is my reliability and that’s my transportation.

March 18, 2020 My son Jaydon was traveling home from school when his 2008 Honda Accord seized the motor. He was towed in and Shannon the service manager immediately got the car into a tech. The General service manager came back to the service department to help my 19 year old son. He went so far as to tell Jaydon he would drive him 2 hours to Richmond VA to catch a flight home. Excellent customer service. Accurate estimation of time for service. Appointment time was honored.Review with 3 stars only to alert customers about lack of measures to decrease Sars2/Covid19 spread/mask use if important for future customers. 0% of customers or service personnel (in waiting area or outside) were wearing masks properly (1/2 of customers had masks but not covering mouth&nose and no employees had masks on despite multiple signs reflective of company/store policy. (To their credit: there was distance between waiting room seats, plexiglass at service counter and Xs on ground marking 6ft separation waiting line but no employee had a mask on).

Buying cars can be stressful, and I had spent a lot of time at various car lots looking for cars and talking to salespeople. Hall Honda was a refreshing experience. None of the salespeople were pushy and everyone on the lot seemed eager to help. The biggest difference in Hall Honda and other car dealerships was I actually felt like I was being listened to, instead of ignored and pushed towards cars I wasnt interested in.I bought my car from Scott at Hall Honda and he was very patient and hard-working. It was an all around pleasant experience.As for the car, it has been reliable and enjoyable so far, I have had it for about 10 days now. All of Hall Hondas prices are over-inflated in my opinion, but they arent bad about coming down to a more reasonable price. I much preferred their willingness to negotiate with me, over several other dealerships who would not budge on their prices (Looking at you Nissan, shameful) and were wholly unreasonable.TL;DR: Great Customer Service, Easy to Deal with, Eager to Please. 10/10 would recommend, would buy again!!

Bought a 2017 Dodge Journey SXT in November of 2018. Had an issue come up, and the managers took care of it with no problems. The service advisor Corey is phenomenal, keeps you informed throughout the process, and was great to work with on the issue. Customer service skills were professional and thorough. All in all, good place to buy from.

We actually started our recent buying experienceat Hall Ford where we met Adrien Leonard-Curry, We were test driving a vehicle with him and drove past Hall Honda where we decided to stop and look also. We ran into Stewart Straus whom we had dealt with numerous times at both locations in the past, Thanks for the HAT Stewart. Both locations have taken care of all our needs with our vehicles whether it was buying, Maintenance or whatever. We have bought there so often that now its like going to visit family. Cant leave out Bill the finance guy whos last name escapes me right now. But anyway, car buying has actually been fun with these guys, No headaches, no pressure, just decide what you want and they will do their very best to make it happen and with terms you want. What I like about Stewart is he is straight up, if he can make it work he will!! He dont try to blow smoke up your butt. If he cant come to your terms he dont try to play ya, he just tells ya how it is up front whether he gets the sale or not, but believe me he does try his best. I took my Colorado in for service at Hall Honda due to being much closer to home than Hall Chevrolet. John Holman and his team went above and beyond to make it an excellent service experience. He kept me informed of the status the whole time. They were able to change the oil, rotate the tires, perform a wheel alignment, wash the truck, and apply a windshield treatment in less than an hour and a half!!! It was great!!
