My husband and I came to Nissan of Elizabeth City yesterday looking to replace our previous vehicle which was unfortunately deemed a total loss in an accident recently. We were interested in a 2018 Nissan Rogue. Mary Hassell was who helped us with our car buying experience and she was an absolute dream to work with. Everyone has been so nice, everyone speaks to you when you come in and are more than willing to help. I took my car in for the Diamond Ceramic coating; Jessica in the Service Department acknowledged me right away and was ready for me. I was given a loaner to use for the day. The cashier who assisted me with the loaner was very nice and helpful. She took me out, pulled the car out and made sure it was ready to go. I can’t say enough good about everyone and everything at Nissan of Elizabeth City, an awesome experience all around.

The sales person, Mary, was very helpful and made my family feel like valued members of the dealership family. Even though we were not able to walk through the maintenance area due to being closed, it was nice to see that you can view your car from the waiting area. Too many other dealership seem to prevent anyone watching what happens in the maintenance bays.Everyone at the dealership seemed to be team players with each other, and see customer satisfaction a key ingredient to their own success.

I absolutely hate buying a new vehicle! My 2011 Ford Focus 225K miles broke the serpentine belt driving home. I had it towed to Hall Ford for repair. Long story short Ford service was terrible! I could not get an update on the repair because the mechanic took an extended lunch. I decided it was time for a new vehicle and went on line to see what Nissan of EC had available. I found a 2021 Rogue I liked and submitted I was interested. It wasn’t long and Mary Hassell called me and told me that stock # was due for delivery mid to late August. Mary was very sincere and made me comfortable to trust her recommendation on a similar Rogue. I told her I had no transportation due to my car being at Ford for repair. She said no problem, I will come pick you up and you can test drive the Rogue. Mary was right and I loved it. The sales manager Jammal Jackson made me an offer which included a military discount. I counter offered $1,000 less than his offer, but he responded “ Mr. Walker,Sorry, I always give my best price up front. I cannot do 26500.00 out the door.” I respected his honesty and kidded around with him, but went with his offer. Mary went over all the features with me and I later found out she also had a Rogue. So that also proved she believed in what she was selling. There was never any pressure towards me buying the vehicle. I was pressured in finance with Blake Quinney, but only because he found out I loved deep sea fishing and offered to take me out on his boat. It took awhile in finance, but it was all good because we swapped fishing stories and photos. End of the day and out the door Mary and I went through the Rogue features and Mary even got my IPhone set up and paired. If you’re looking for a Nissan I highly recommend you work with Mary and Jammal! If you like to fish then ask for Blake to be your finance director. I give my word as a retired navy chief, I am writing this review being 100% honest. I hope Nissan service is better than their competitor down the road!

Got an monarch orange nissan versa sv 2021 that was in Virginia Beach Nissan dealership that they brought and drove down to NC Elizabeth city to avoid the taxes! Jason Spicer helped me out with everything as it was my first car as well as told me straight up no holes or extra stuff I dont need to make the price only 300$ a month for 5 years with a 3% APR! Hes owned a lot of cars and is a big nerd very tall. Got me my dream car and even the diamond protection plan as well. They will go IN DEPTH about questions to make sure you KNOW. Traded my poopy toyota corolla 2001 for 2k because of the memorial day event! That thing was barely worth 800$. The team that took care of my car were great as well, detailed, and they vacuumed the front. I was VERY thankful. I only have one issue and that was the battery was never checked properly. Next day my car battery died. However, Blake and the team were very nice, spoke to management, and I was able to obtain a new battery at no cost. Yes, the last part was awful living almost 2 hours away. Nevertheless, the team was exceptional towards the end and apologized for not catching the issue while I was there.

Bryan Cooley and Bryan House are awesome! From the moment I contacted Nissan of Elizabeth City they were on the search for me a new car. They kept in contact with me via phone because they were so far from my house. They truly went above and beyond to get me in my new Nissan Rogue!

I had my car there for warranty work. When I left I noticed a light on my dashboard. I called them and took it back. The service writer came to my car and said we didn’t do anything to the traction control all we did was the blower for ac. I said the light wasn’t on before. She took my car back and it was from them removing a switch when they pulled my dashboard apart. The way she talked to me seemed liked it wasn’t there fault and it was something I would have to bring my car back. All she had to say was let’s us look to see what is going on. Instead she went on defense and said it wasn’t something they did. In reality it was their fault. That really put a bad taste in my mouth
