Hall Hyundai was extremely helpful in getting my repairs done in a timely, professional manner. Danielle was great. she did extra research on my vehicle issues and contact Hyundai to get some of the recall related repairs covered by manufacturer. She definitely went above and beyond.

I always love coming here and the staff is always so nice and they have great service but yesterday I had a oil change scheduled at 12:00 I showed up to my appointment and they said they scheduled me in the wrong building but they will still work me in so I sat there for about 20 mins and they come back and tell me that they can’t work me in right now can I come back at 3 so I had to drive back home 45 Minutes back to come home get me sister off the bus& back at 3:00 so when I drove back 45 mins for my appointment at 3:00 I gave them my keys and they told me to wait in the waiting room for my oil change I sat there until 4:37 (an hr & 37 mins) and they come and tell me when they went to change my oil they Where out of the oil filter for the 2021 for my car due to them being on back order witch is fine I just feel like they should have told me/known the first time I drove 45 MINUTES that they didn’t have a oil filter in stock before I drove back a second time ! The girl who waited on me was super nice and I thank her but for the people in the shop they should have known they did have a oil filter the first time & definitely should have known before I drove 45 mins back again for the second time that day !!

After dealing with another local dealership that I have already purchased two cars from, and they were not even trying to meet me in the middle. I looked online saw a Hyundia I liked, got a call from the manager and told them exactly what I wanted and what I could do, and 3 hrs. later they made it all happen and I was driving away in my new Kona. Amazing customer service!!!My 2016 tuscon broke down on Saturday & had it towed to Hall Hyundai. Megan was extremely helpful! My car was looked at that Monday and unfortunately, the repairs needed were very expensive.On Wednesday, I got my car appraised by the sales team for a trade in. They were SO helpful and offered me an amazing deal that kept my payments where I needed them! That night I left with a 2020 Hyundai Tuscon and I couldn’t be happier with it!

This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from the Hall dealerships in Elizabeth City and the buying experience just keeps getting better. My wife and I looked all over the North Carolina and the Hampton Roads Area for a 2019 Hyundai Kona Limited. We finally found one we wanted from Hall Hyundai at an amazing price. During the process we had a number of other dealers call us and ask what we were going to pay, when I told them they would all say “That’s a great price. We won’t be able to match that.” David Shope (sales manager) and Heath Wynn (general manager) made the buying process extremely easy with NO pressure or dealer shenanigans. They brought the car to my house for a test drive and walk around which allowed us to drive on the roads we know in the areas we know under our normal driving conditions. By the way we live in Chesapeake, VA which is about a 45 minute drive from the dealership. Once we decided on a price (which Heath made more than fare and easy), they brought the car back to our house with all of the financing paperwork. We signed all of the paperwork at our dining room table. Hall dealerships in Elizabeth City have set the standard for the car buying experience!

Dropped my car off for a alignment ended up towing it home with $1100 alternator bill. Car wouldnt even start service writer John had no real explanation how it happened. I drove it there fine go pick it up dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Just my luck

Horrible service department. My vehicle was purchased with synthetic oil and thats all I put in my vehicle s since I do all highway driving. They never asked and just assumed and put regular oil in my vehicle. I had a recall notice on my vehicle that they said they checked but Hyundai is still sending me emails that it needs to be checked. They took forever to get the oil change and tire rotation done. I will travel the extra hour to go back to my original dealer, where they give exceptional service.Update...the service manager reached out to see what they could do to make it better but unfortunately during this conversation, it seemed as though I was only getting lame excuses for what they did. The recall item they said there was nothing wrong with is now setting off all kinds of lights on my dash. I spoke to the service manager at my original dealership, who laughed at the lame explanation the service manager gave me of how their oil works. She said with this one oil, if you drive aggressively, the oil should be changed every 3000 miles and if not then every 5000 miles. Even I know thats not how it works. I wish I could give 0 stars!

The best part was when they offered me some pizza since it was lunch time (: Before I took my new baby home (2013 Hyundai Sonata), they had the car washed and filled the tank up with gas. I am so pleased with my experience with Hall Hyundai in Elizabeth City! They put me into a car that is absolutely perfect for me. They also cut the payoff amount from my old car in half--from $6,100 to $3,000, and gave me an awesome interest rate (about a forth of what it was before). They worked with me despite my not so perfect credit score, lack of cosigner, and pickyness. I didnt like any of the cars on the lot that fit my price range so they brought a car from Newport News at 7pm just for me to look at. They stayed after closing time to finish all of my paperwork. Had a great experience met with Ed Bennett and John Signorelli who double teamed to help us find the right car for me. Im a big guy who needs a lot of legroom to be comfortable in car. This is the fist thing I look for in a car then safety for family. We tried some different models and found the 2018 Santa fe to be a good fit on both. They were very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about all the features. Even gave us a walkthrough on how to operate all the bells and whistles. A great experience all around and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent customer service and new updates!!Was totally confused when I got there. It had been a few months since I last went and there had been some major changes. The service department is know on the other side. I went inside the dealership and asked where i needed to go. As I was heading out, a gentlemen by the name of Lindell asked if I would like for him to take my car around and directed me to the service department from inside the building. That there is excellent customer service. He saved the customer trouble and time in having to do all that. As I got to the service department i was really impressed with the changes. When going there you actually pull your car up to the service department and the glass garage door opens for you to pull up and drop your car off. John who was the representive that was helping me was very pleasant. He was able to answer my questions and was nice enough to walk me to my car so I could get my daughters bag that I had left in the car while it was getting serviced.I loved the waiting area they now have while your car is getting serviced. It has a long table with tablets so customers can use. An area for the kids, which i really appreciated the gentlemen who hooked up the TV and told us were welcome to go and sit there while we were waiting. The lady who was at the reception area was very nice, she helped with getting us chairs to the kids area so we could sit. They have an area where coffee and cold water is served. The restrooms are really nice and very clean.I have to say I was really impressed with the customer service starting from Lindell. It made waiting not so terrible and they did not take too long. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The new changes that have been made to the place are wonderful. The only other place that I can think of that was similiar to this and with such great customer service was when I had to take my sister to get her car serviced at Mercedes-Benz. I remember telling her how nice they were and how nice the place was. I have to say my experience with this hyundai dealership was exactly like that. Thank you!!

Great dealership. Was paired with this dealership via USAA Car Buying Service and the they were able to beat the guaranteed price of USAA with their internet price and also gave me an additional $500 off of that. I was able to get a 2018 Elantra Sport within the budget I wanted (my first brand new car in 14 years). My sales consultant was Ed Bennett and I cant say enough about how enthusiastic he was throughout the entire process. I went in for a test drive and ended up buying. Ed even delivered my new car to my house. Now I call that customer service! Will be the dealership I go to when we look for a new vehicle for my husband.

2013 Hyundai Sonata Best Purchase EVER!!!I researched several cars online before I considered my final purchase and Hyundai topped all categories (economical, durability and best warranty...etc). I had to put the online research, consumer reviews and blogs to the test. Late one afternoon I drove on a Hyundai lot just looking around and met Stephen Schaeffer(best salesman). He gave me all the information I already knew and more. He wasnt pushy like most salesman, he was very thorough, pleasant and educated me about Hyundai.I went back a couple of days later to begin the process. Stewart Straus and Steve Sliva greeted me with the best customer service. I cant remember which one assessed my trade value and which one was the finance manager because everyone I dealt with first and last name began with an S...lol. Im still blown away by how much they gave me for my 2008 Nissan Altima. It was well taken care of, I just didnt know how much it was worth. The next ultimate shock came after the finance manager worked his magic and number crunched quietly in his office.
