I made my appointment online stating that the appointment was to have the driver door module replaced in my 2006 Trail Blazer (Safety Recall Issue). I was e-mailed with a change in my appointment time. Once I got to the dealership, I left my vehicle & went to have lunch, about 45 mins. later they call me & tell me they dont have the part to do the repair. When I return to get my vehicle, I am told that they will contact me when the part comes in so that my appointment can be scheduled. I still have not heard anything !!! I feel that if you can e-mail me to change my appointment time, knowing what it was for you should have confirmed you had the parts & if not, e-mailed or called me to let me know instead of me wasting my time to be there & have nothing done!!! I am very disappointed!!!!
