The customer service at this location is phenomenal. They were very busy and we had to wait awhile. When it was our turn they didnt rush us and made us a priority. McKenzie was knowledgeable and delightful to work with. She was new and in training so Tony and Brendon helped her help us. All three made sure to assess how we used our devices and find products tailored to our needs and budget. The next day I had questions. Kyle helped me over the phone. He was equally as friendly and patient taking his time to make sure my questions were answered. Cannot say enough good things about this store and the employees who work here.

Service at home is terrible. Only one spot in the house & one spot outside we can be to have conversations on phone. Including calling each other. Phone calls are dropped everywhere. By far the worst service we have ever had. Sometimes texts say they are sent but recipient never got message. Heard this from others who USED to have at&t. NEVER AGAIN.

Roman was AMAZING!!! I have never had better customer service, ever! Roman explained things at my level and provided reasonable options until we found the best fit. It was fun and nonthreatening. He went above and beyond by spending the time I needed to understand, not the time dictated by waiting guests. I will return and send everyone I know to Roman! Thank you Roman for your graciousness! I stopped twice in 1 week. Once to get a new phone and once to trade in my old phone. Tony was the rep who helped me and he was phenomenal with explaining new technology, qing me in on perks and discounts, and giving demonstrations on new devices. By far the best phone buying experience Ive ever had.Thank you Tony!

My wife and I were very concerned that the changes we needed make to our account would be a nightmare, but WOW was I wrong! Working with Brendan was awesome! I had a good experience on 10/6/2020. I worked with Roman. Talk about a multitasker!! Very happy with the service and hes great at salesI went in to transfer stuff over to my new phone. Of course it takes a bit to do that but Roman handled me and 3 other customers like hed been doing it for years!I live in Monticello but if I need help in the future ill drive the 12 miles. And Ill be hoping Roman is working. Ill call before I drive over.Super impressed with this young man! And thank you for your service Roman!

Colten was great to work with. He was extremely kind and helpful unlike a few experiences I have had at another AT&T store and over the phone. He was very knowledgeable about my new phone and he explained everything in ways that I understood. He made recommendations that that met what I needed. There were 2 other employees working that day and both of them were working with other customers who appeared satisfied with them. I highly recommend the team at this store!!!

I was in the Elk river AT&T 3/7 with a locked Verizon phone. Had some miscommunication on my end with this new phone. The Manager was more than accommodating to us and our needs. Waived the activation fee and started a new line plus a free SIM card. Helped us out a lot!! Definitely doing more business here.

My sisters is back from boot camp and her old phone line was unfixable, we had never been to AT&T before, and we had nothing but solution from them. We went in an hour before closing, and it took anthony, 3 hours to recover what he could and set us up. We had been with our last carrier for 5+ years. But AT&T won us with costumer service

Went into at&t today to get a new phone because mine was completely destroyed (self inflicted) 😅 and I honestly had the best service. Very attentive and fast. I told them exactly what I wanted and he walked me through it & had me out the door within 20 minutes. I’ve had pretty terrible luck with phone stores honestly, but I can say I’ll for sure never go anywhere but the elk river at&t now! 😇

I was very unimpressed with the service I received. I went in looking to get on the Firstnet plan. My wife and I didnt realize that the Firstnet was a separate plan than the first responder plan we had signed up for originally. The response I got from the gentleman helping was How did you hear about that? and acted annoyed that I was even asking. I do not know if his poor attitude was a result of the Black Friday traffic that has come through that weekend or not but I was very disappointed at the level of customer service I experienced. He did get the process started but I will be driving to St. Cloud to finish this.

Was a horrible experience!! Switched to At&T at this location. It was a nightmare! When they ported my stuff, lost almost all my stuff. Went back and there was nothing they would do..horrible customer service!! Please people, go to corporate locations, not an authorized retailer, which is what this location is.I sure regret going here and wish I would have read the reviews and researched it more.We have had At&T in the past and really liked them and still do.This location in Elk River lacks good customer service, it is awful...Very unprofessional and misleading...

AT&T stoled our money they set up a business security Internet account then activate it without our permission charged us over a $100 then would not reimburse us, Credit us or even acknowledge the fact that they took our money once they realized that they were wrong they told us there was nothing they could do after several months of trying to get our money back we did not get our money back so we have switch to Verizon wireless not only did they pay our termination fees from AT&T they gave us a great deal on brand new phones The Guy the took our money his name was Rob Champlin he is the One who activated the car count without our permission and took our money and then would do nothing to help us get it back even after he agreed to help us get our money bag please be aware do not use AT&T they will steal your money

I went in to turn in my smartphone from Verizon and ask a few questions.. Because I just switched from Verizon to AT&T December22. Told Dylan I had a few questions. He help me with the trade in.. And he told me he had to go help another customer. I asked if he could finish up on me and then help the other guy. He said yes and then started doing something on his tablet for the other customer. Ask the manager to help me and when I went to tell him about my complaint he ask me if I wanted information or not. I asked if hes f****** listening to me and I got Kick out for saying the f word.... If I just didnt get ignored and walked away from. I doubt Id use that word. It takes a lot for me to use foul language to people that are working but Worst customer service ever. Go to Rogers.. Way better customer service just got back and they helped me with everything I needed and did not walk away until they were finished helping me...Update January 2,,, I returned and found out the guy that said he was a manager was not..... Not sure what to do about that.... Its a Shady place.....

Very bad at delivering what they promise. I have been waiting for months for rebates to come thru. They talk you into things and it’s jot true. I’ve left many massages for the manager and have not recurved a call back. Waiting for contract to expire and I will head to Verizon!!!!!!!

Ok, I meant to post this back in December, maybe a week before Christmas. Went into the Elk River store to get a new phone, (I have AT&T, pay as you go) found out their cheapest one was about $100 more than I wanted to spend, lol. I asked Colten if he would transfer all my info if I ran into Walmart and grabbed the phone I wanted, then I asked him if it bugs him when people do that, lol. Worst customer service, period. My husband was just told to get the hell out of the store by Shannon Bourque. The 14 day trial for the wireless home phone and internet was completely misrepresented to us and we were charged a $45 restocking fee to return that was never explained. I will only go to corporate stores going forward.

WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD PURCHASES!I went in to purchase a sims card for my daughters new phone and they gentleman I dealt with was great... However when I called 3 days later to tell them they double charged my card with 2 transactions for the same price back to back on my (NOT PENDING) but recent withdrawals list (meaning the money was already collected) they informed me that wasnt possible, since once you sign it only charges for that transaction. I said I understand that ( being a store manager myself) I know that with these new chip cards there have been glitches with these systems ! I said you can check on Tuesdays credit card report from the machine youll see it will have 2 transactions for the same amount, not in your computer purchase records because of corse only 1 was charged in there system, this is the credit card terminal that we are talking about! So since they dont believe that its possible as Im starring at my account online telling them that it is ! I NOW can make a trip back to prove them WRONG! Great Customer Service, think Ill stick with the Rodgers store.
