The short chubby worker with black hair and glasses was rude and not very helpful. I DEFINITELY do not recommend, you going to the elk river gamestop!!!

Terrible employees absolutely DO NOT care for the customers. This store might have more than the monticello one, but I will always choose monticello over this one because at least the employees there are nice.

As James mentioned, have pre existing condition. Kid with glasses has no customer service skills. Took my business somewhere else. (Business welcomed, no mask forced on me.) I will tell everyone I know to avoid this business. ✌

The staff were really nice and there was a gentleman that helped me decide if I should buy the handbook for a videogame. Friendly store and staff, keep it up.

This place is ran by the same kids with zero customer service from 20 years ago. I have a medical condition. I cannot wear a mask. The guy was rude and said he did not have to accommodate to my medical condition. I will never shop at this place again. This kid with glasses knows damn well who her is. Thanks to him I went next door to Walmart with zero mask on and did all my game shopping. Hahaha you guys lost mega bucks.

Same experience as people previous, kid behind the counter should be hidden behind a screen somewhere and not communicating with the public... especially customers. Guy didn’t care about anything I had to say or ask except about where my mask was. In Walmart writing this now with $250 of games and headset in my hand.

This is the best, biggest, and nicest Gamestop that I have ever been to. They have a great selection of games and collectibles, and the employees are always helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this location!

Brought my son to Game Stop to trade in his old system and purchase a newer one. The transaction was seamless. I know very little about game consoles and accessories... the guy working took the time to explain some of the basics to me and suggested accessories that were reasonably priced.

I have been a customer of GameStops for the past 15 years, all major gaming purchases that I have ever made has been done at GameStop. Yesterday I got asked to leave the store for not wearing a mask even though I have a health condition, I will never buy another thing from gamestop as long as I live.

Very kind and patient with my questions it was my first time ever going to a GameStop very knowledgeable and helpful

They were very quick and efficient about getting games out for the pre-release of black ops 4. I got through a big line stretching to the front door in about 3 minutes! Couldnt have been done any better!!!

Good selection of new and used games and game related goodies. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially when Im trying to buy Skylanders for family members (I dont know much about them).The one time they didnt have what I was looking for, they check the system to see if they had it coming in soon, if any other stores near by had it and offered to call the other stores to confirm they still had it/have them hold it before I drove there.Definitely an enjoyable place to spend time and talk about games.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful! They were very engaging and involved my 7 year old daughter in the conversations. We enjoyed our visit more than our usual Gamestop. We will definitely be making the Elk River Gamestop our regular store!

Amazing prices on games and geek paraphernalia - shirts, backpacks, bobble heads, you name it- they have it!I bought 4 amazing t-shirts that at Hot Topic would have easily cost $25 each and I got 4 epic shirts for $12. Total! GAMESTOP IS THE ONLY PLACE YOU SHOULD VISIT FOR ANYTHING GAMER OR GEEK!

I took my son to Gamestop in Elk River to pre-order a couple xbox one games that he wanted for his birthday, (Black Ops 4 and Fall out 76) The guy working was extremely helpful in explaining the whole process and how it all works and what to expect and do, I appreciated that!

They have more games than I could ever play. Staff is very helpful.

Very disappointed, had no problems taking cash from a 14 year old but declined to look at or touch games he wanted to sell back due to pandemic they are lucky I guess my teenage son is there customer base, this occurrence they wouldnt have gotten my money.

This place sucks they overprice on everything it was 45$ for a used Xbox 360 game and it was forza I can get games cheaper on amazon and it’s 25$ for a regular Xbox 360 game 😡 and they say they give you 20$ for your Xbox and they sell it for 140$ cause that is how much my used Xbox was

They need to take in more diversity in older game console accessories. Im looking for a peticular XBox 360 accessory and when I looked they had 20 of one item I didnt need.

Horrible business!!!! went there to get Mario party 8, drove all the way home and it doesnt work in my wii. says error. so I drive all the way back and get it replaced. I ask the guy working if they test the games before they buy them from people and he said absolutely!. (WHICH THEY OBVIOUSLY DIDNT SINCE I BOUGHT A JANK GAME) then I asked him to test this new one and make sure it worked before i leave (since it was also pre-owned), his reply was he didnt have a wii to test it on. ummm so no wonder i got a damaged game.ANYWAYS- we then decided to purchase Zelda too. paid for it, left, went home with two games.got home, decided to pop in Zelda. HE DIDNT EVEN PUT IT IN THE CASE. (since they store them behind the counter) so i just bought an empty case for $22. sorry but after i go get my game tomorrow, I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Dont buy from here i bought a pair of beats headphones and i loved them and one of my friends accedently sat on them and it broke one of the headphone and when i went into return them i had my recipt and the box and headphones and they wont take it so i just wasted 200$

Service was mediocre, i traded my 2DS in and he was just rude and looked like he was annoyed by everything I was asking and deciding to do with my 2DS trade in.
