I just went to go pay my bill at the store. Walked in their was 2 workers and 1 customer. So my daughter and I waited patiently, and waited, and waited some more. It literally took 27 minutes for one of the workers to say anything to me. Then finally a guy comes to help me pay and that takes about 20 minutes to do because he didnt know what he was doing. Ill just go do my business at a different t Mobile store forever now because it shouldnt take 40 plus minutes to pay a bill when only one other customer is in the store.

Every time I come here these guys are super helpful.. Years and years and multiple phones over multiple family members and they have never disjointed me. I would tell anybody to go here in a heartbeat.. They will help you out

They gain an extra star because over the phone Thomas was very helpful and answered all my questions. Unfortunately he was not in while I visited the store the next day to make the switch to T-Mobile with my parents. My experience was chaotic and all over the place. There was nothing that went smoothly. We seemed to jump from one thing to another without finishing the steps we were on, then having to go back.Will most likely visit a different T-Mobile store in the future.

Horrible customer service! Set appointment for 6pm. Show up waited 10 minutes. Both employees didnt acknowledge or greet us. After waiting another 2 minutes, my wife and I decided to leave. Wasted our time there. Worst service, never coming to this location again.

I was originally a Sprint customer and went to this store to upgrade my phone because of the recent merger. The staff there was very rude to me and very unhelpful. I walked in saying I wanted to upgrade my phone. They asked me if I was a Sprint or T-Mobile customer. When I said Sprint they said “oh great well our Sprint system only works 30% of the time”. Then paused for about 5 minutes. Then finally asked me for my phone number then the guy just said he couldn’t get into my account and basically just seemed like he didn’t want to help me at all. It felt like he was hoping I would just walk away so he wouldn’t have to deal with me.I understand that systems aren’t perfect and don’t always work but as a company that has merged you could at least seem like you have exhausted all options before giving up. It isn’t my fault I had Sprint and the system doesn’t work. Then the guy said that I could go to the old Sprint store that is now a T-Mobile and I would have to order it through them because they were out of the phone I wanted.That didn’t make me happy, I hate ordering phones and dealing with mailing phones, but I went to the other store and they ended up actually having the phone I wanted and were very helpful. My advice would be to just go to the other store. They were a lot more helpful and very nice.

Absolute horrible experience with the staff there today, came in asking a few questions to know what I could do with my upgrade as a Sprint customer with a damaged phone, instead got told sorry we cant help you youre better off just putting in an insurance claim, and constantly talked down to like our concerns werent valid or the fact when you have the actual account owner on the PHONE and they STILL wont want to help you, saying they need to be there in person even if they physically CANT. I came back in to talk to another person after figuring out what to do and he was just as unenthusiastic to help as the other, I was told on the phone by t mobile customer care that I could bring it into the store or work out out in store, which was also wrong. Horrible staff, horrible experience, they were the rudest employees Ive ever experienced at a phone place.Do not tell your customers we can do more in store just to have them come to the store and you do nothing, and then when you need it explained to the actual account holder, dont be grumpy and inconvenienced/unfriendly.Might I also add these employees put in so little effort they didnt even ask me for any kind of account information for me to be able to get anything looked up, or even provide any suggestions besides call this number for an insurance claim or buy a new phone.And the greatest part of this all, I called them yesterday and they said they could work it out in store just to be told otherwise when I showed up, what a lovely store :)

Walked in with my service dog and they RESPECTFULLY brought me a mask. I politely told them I can’t wear one due to health concerns and I told them I would be happy to wait outside I just needed my screen replaced as per my plan and that it was cracked. They said absolutely took down my number verified my account and BAM. Done DEAL😁

I have been going to this store for years. Karl and the staff are exceptional. Their customer service is outstanding. This is a walk up service and that is difficult. People get impatient because they feel some how they are the most important one. Small staff this store can get busy. Outstanding

So happy to find out there is a T-Mobile in elk river!! Very clean store, and very timely service!! I went to purchase a new phone, Ryan helped me, I found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful during my experience. Glad I no longer need to drive to coon rapids to wait in line FOREVER!!

The guy that works at this location is beyond awesome. He has always helped me promptly, with no hassle or problems. I have been rescued a few times by him. He is chill, calm, friendly, and helpful. Amazing work today getting my new SIM card programmed and activated. Its better than going to Coon Rapids T-Mobile to talk to impossible minded people.

Went in on a Friday night, it was busy and there were at least 20 other people in and out of the store while I was helped switch to tmobile. The staff was helpful and friendly to everyone and made switching a breeze. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends

This store is NOT an actual T-Mobile corporate store... if you need wireless service from T- Mobile go to the store in Northtown!! This store has repeatedly given us the run around about correcting a mistake that THEY made. Karl (store mgr) and Adam (regional mgr... supposedly?) clearly do not have the authority to do anything or the ability to return a phone call as promised! Thanks guys... lesson learned!

The way we were treated at this location was disgusting! The store manager spoke to me in a rude manner and disrespected my choice in what I choose to do with my own phone plan.He chose to embarrass me in front of others and my kids even thought he was very mean for no reason.I called corporate and reported the matter.On a second occasion (only one close by to my home so I only go in if definitely need too) the same manager for upset because I wouldnt buy a phone case and car adapter from them during that visit when I kindly explained I already had what I needed.

I have no idea how these guys keep their jobs considering the way they treat people that come into the store. The absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a long time, and they couldn’t be more irritated that you’re there. Don’t waste your time going here, they don’t want you there anyway.

Went into this location tonight with my 2 & 4 year old to try to find a replacement phone because my phone got ran over today and was worried about being home (9 months pregnant) without a way to contact my husband if I went into labor. There was only one other couple in store being helped and I stood there trying to occupy the kids for 20 minutes without being acknowledged or simply a hello. The employee loudly stated to the other customers ugh I cant think. The couple asked him if he liked kids and his reply was ugh screaming kids are not my thing. Needless to say I made eye contact with him and he said nothing to me. my kids were only playing with each other. I picked up my kids and left. I would never go back there again. He was so rude and no empathy for a very pregnant mother. Will be driving to the maple grove store in the morning.

I had a horrible experience with this store. The salesman was quite pushy and dismissed all my questions and concerns as invalid. He assured me that I would be happy with this phone (S7) as an upgrade from the iPhone 6 in reguard to the picture and video quality of the camera rather then upgrade to the iPhone 7. Boy was he wrong. Not one single picture I have taken in two months is of even half way decent color quality let alone at least being in focus. The phone stalls on the Internet and will even stall on its own home screen. The wifi range is horrible and the edge has cracked in two places inside a case rated for a 12 drop. One of the two being caused by a 6 inch drop. Im extremely unhappy with how I was treated and even more so with how I was lied to in reguard to this phone.

Had the worst experience at this location ever. The guy who helped me (karl) wasnt even polite and he charged me for shipping without even telling me. Also they had absolutely nothing in stock. Next time I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes to a different store where they would be glad to help me and not try to charge me without telling me.

2 1/2 hours to upgrade 2 phones that have to be because of 5g. Wanted to do my husband and my phone too but didnt want to spend another 2+ hours to do it. Ordered them online while waiting and will do it myself at home. Maybe get more and comfortable seating for all the customers waiting around. Staff didnt seem to know what they were doing. Frustratingly experience.
