Owner talked with me about his hesitation with lifting Tesla vehicles. We came to an agreement that I would removed my own wheels from my Model Y and he would mount and balance the tires I had delivered by Tire Rack. Good small town shop locally owned. I enjoy meeting local business owners and forming a relationship that my whole family can trust for repeat business.

We blew a wheel bearing on our travel trailer and limped to the koa. Called these guys first thing Monday morning and they were able to get us in to diagnose and fix it immediately as well as replace the other wheel bearings so this didnt happen down the road. Price was beyond fair and everyone was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommended.

Another shop told us it would be 12 weeks until they could get the parts to fix our trailer. Dave had us back on the road in two days, and had a better price also! A great experience at Ellensburg Brake & Bearing!

This place saved the day. The brakes on our brand new trailer went out and I called them in the morning and Dave answered very cheery and friendly. Said to bring it right over. We took it there and Jay worked hard at diagnosing the problem. Everyone there was very friendly and it was fun to hang out and be able to see what they were working on. Jay finished our issue in just a few hours and saved our weekend. We thought we were going to have to pack it up and go home but they were so quick, that we were able to continue on. To top it all off, the work was extremely reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place for all of your brake issues or anything else they do.

Incredible service, and truly helpful. Dave worked with me on getting a used set of tires, letting me trade in my older rims for some credit. Tires were reasonably priced for sure, and after returning for a brake issue again the prices were quite reasonable. Let me in on the whole process, and was more than willing to check out any concerns I had. Absolutely would recommend, and will be back.

Needless to say my car wasnt safe to be on the road and was becoming a real problem for me personally. Im new to town so I went to the local business that I seen had the best reviews for brake jobs. The other reviews are correct, this place was fast, and affordable. I was certain that I was going to need new rotors & calipers but the guys here were able to save me almost $500 today by being honest about how much life my rotors had. Friendly guy and good affordable service, manged to replace some rusty suspension bits the same afternoon. I would go here again. Went again with my corolla in Nov and got some needed work done, 2500 mi on a mountainous cross country journey Im glad I did. Once again a great shop.

Very nice staff and quick work

I went to Les Schwab to get my oil changed and came out with new tires:/ while they were changing my tires they let me know I needed some brake work done. I got a quote from them for close to $700😳 I decided to called around for other options. Brakes and bearing asking me to come in so they could see what I needed. They checked out my brakes for free and then gave me a quote of $216.55!!! They got me in right away! Not to mention they have have amazing customers service! Highly recommend them!!

These guys went out of their way and even stayed late to fix a problem that left me stranded, and for a reasonable price considering the circumstances. Two other businesses in Ellensburg said they could fix it on the phone but when they saw it, they couldn’t fix the problem. I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic service . Clearly explained the process as well as charging a very decent price.

I stopped by because I was hearing a rubbing sound with every revolution of my tire. They put it up on the racks, and in a short amount of time they figured out what was causing the problem. Dave brought me out to show me the source of the noise, and afterwards told me all of my options moving forward. When I chose one of the options to fix it, Dave gave me a heads up on potential costs that might be required just so as not to give me any surprises. The car was fixed in less than an hour and the issue was resolved for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend coming here.

Service was ok but the people are horrible. Especially the boss. Very impatient and rude. I would not recommend going there just because of the people that work there but like I said, service I received was fine.

Came in today to see how much a bread pad replacement would cost after having bought the pads myself at Auto Zone. When I asked Auto zone where they could recommend for me to go to get the replacement done they directed me to this business and Ellensburg Auto Works. They also said that either places could get it done for $60-$70. Came into this place first and when asking how much it would cost I was told it would be $205. When I told him I already had the piece he said that he wasn’t interested in replacing my break pads (probably because he knew he could not get away with charging me this absurd price if I already had the part) Needless to say I decided to go to other place, Ellensurg Auto they happily accepted my part and did a wonderful, efficient and quick job for me for $72 (tax included). Don’t waste your time here unless you want to be swindled. P.S I moved here from the Manhattan/Long Island, New York area about a year ago and even there where the cost of living is exponentially more expensive than Ellensburg, WA I have NEVER encountered someone charging THAT much for a break pad replacement. ABSURD!
