Asked this clown to back a vehicle into a bay and he refused saying, no its already here you can move it with your fork lift no idea how this lazy unprofessional individual has anything more than a 1 star rating on Google. Youd be better off calling Deans towing or willets towing or even pushing your vehicle than using this individual.

Worst experience ever! Wish I could give zero stars. Long story short, got into a car accident. State patrol ended up calling Pittman towing. Wanted to get my stuff out of his tow yard, but COULD NOT get a hold of this guy! He refused to answer the phone. Not sure what he was trying to do... If he was trying to just rack up daily storage fees or what. Left message after message. He would not answer or call back. After 4 days had to call state patrol and they patched us through to him. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS. DO NOT let your vehicle towed by this guy!

My wife locked herself out of the car and we didnt have a spare. We called Pittman Towing and they came out within 15 minutes and in another 5 minutes had us back in our car. Their service tech was friendly and helpful. He took our insurance information and we were on our way. I would recommend Pittman Towing to anyone. 5 stars

These guys are useless. I called for a tow after I got a flat outside of town (Ellensburg) off Wenas Rd. The guy on call had no idea where I was despite my giving him clear instructions and offering lat/long or to drop a map pin. He suggested I, call someone to bring me tires. like Im gonna mount new rubber with no tools on the side of the road. Thankfully some skeet shooters stopped and recommended I call Bilko. What a great friendly guy! Wonderful service. I locked my keys in my car while visiting my Mom and he came out on Easter morning to unlock my car. Everyone else was closed until Monday and I needed to leave Sunday to get back home. Thank you so much!

I couldn’t be more impressed! Its never fun to have vehicle issues and even worse on Valentine’s Day which was what happened to me, but Pittman Towing saved the day. I called to inquire about towing service. The guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was explaining where the car was parked. He did not want to help...basically said if I wasn’t going to listen that he had better things to do. Customers should not be treated that way. I would not recommend this company.

Our radiator blew on I90 near Ellensburg heading to Spokane on a very dangerous part of the highway. We phoned Pittman for a tow and the lady on dispatch said shed have someone out in 45 minutes. I guess she realized the wait would be longer if she sent someone else and came in the tow truck herself. She was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Great service - I highly recommend them. She made a stressful situation very bearable.

This towing co. stole 300bucks worth of mmj and 25dollar casino chips from my car. Then would not give a receipt for a 192.00 cash tow to the tire joint less than a half mile away. Steer clear of these road agents.

We broke down with our motorhome in Ellensburg Wa. Very disappointing to say the least. Out of 6 I could not find a mechanic capable of repairing my Ford 460 engine in the whole town. Amazing. After a long day of suffering in the heat I managed to get in touch with Pittman Towing who do local and long distance towing. Andrew arrived to help me and my wife. He towed me all the way from Ellensburg to Bellingham. Quite a distance. He has good quality trucks that are air conditioned and clean compared to many Ive seen in the past. He is a good man and works hard for his money. He will go out of his way to make his customers happy. My wife and I are happy we met him and are grateful for the service he provided us. We would recommend him first and foremost for towing. We want to say Pittman Towing gets the job done right the first time.
