We had a much better experience working with Pat & the team at Bommarito then we did at the previous dealership. I told exactly which car I wanted, how much I wanted to pay, expected for my trade-in, and such. Not only did he meet those requirements we actually got me a little bit better of a deal. We love our new Volvo XC90. Pat & the team made everything so easy. We were in and out in under an hour. That is how business should be done.

Best place ever for your car needs...
I was there on Wednesday 2/10/21. I am interested in a new GMC truck. I enter the front door and there were several employees in their offices with no customers. While I waited for someone to ask if they could help me I looked at the truck on the show room floor. Still no one addressed me. There was also an employee sitting in the show room at a desk by the front window. He never acknowledged me either. Needless to say I left and will not be back. This was my first time at your dealership and your customer service is the worst I have experienced.
Had a great experience buying a car from Mike answered all my questions and made it short and painless.
Was told the price given on the vehicle we went to test drive was the absolute rock bottom price they could go. After leaving the dealership i checked my email and had received notification from Autotrader while my wife and I were at the dealership that they had lowered the price on rhe car we went to test drive by over $800.00. That price was never offered to us. Was told they had no other vehicles that fit our criteria. Looking on line they had many cars that would have fit what we were looking for. It was as if they didnt want to sell us a car. Will not be going back or recommending Bommarito Wezt County to anyone.

If I could give negative reviews I would because I bought a car back in March and try to get plates for the car and the license bureau wouldn’t give it to me because the place didn’t fill out the title correctly and I went back to the dealership and they were supposed to send it out and get it fixed and back to me ASAP and it is the end of April and still have not heard anything back from anybody and have been calling and leaving voicemails!

As usual, top shelf service. Thought it was going to take 2+ Hours, took less than one. Additionally, my salesman, Ryan Bayer, saw me sitting. He came over and said hello. This is the way a professional salesperson acts. He remembers you and stays in touch. If I am in the market for another new Audi, Ryan will be my salesperson.
Very nice people working here. As a woman I didnt feel as though they were talking down to me. They told me what I needed done, what could wait, and alternative suggestions. The waiting room in very clean and comfortable. No one likes to pay for repairs or service but these guys are reasonable.
Don’t give them money down they’ll claim it’s non refundable and not give you any paper work on it. I’ve been trying to get ahold of the manager for a few days and now that my mind is changed on the car I want after test driving one for a couple days they won’t return my calls. Now that there’s no sale they don’t want to talk to you. My initial experience was good but since this it’s horrible. Want you to buy something you don’t like. Still trying to get ahold of them to get my money back. They state they want you for life to sell cars too but I will no longer recommend to anyone.
Very good experiences since I bought my Miata there over 20 years ago. I only use their service department, because they know my car, they treat me with respect, they explain everything before performing any unscheduled service, they are efficient, and the prices are reasonable, especially considering the great treatment. We bought a second car there in 2015, and it all went smoothly.
Simply the BEST dealership and organization. Very professional. Long-term employees form the team. The best and most models at all levels. Nothing matches the follow-up service and care customers receive when they leave the lot with their new or pre-owned vehicle. No pressure and tons of selections. Bought my pre owned jeep a month ago and still do not have my paperwork to get my plates. Temp tag is expired so I cant drive it and lord knows they will NOT return a phone callEvery frigging body from the salesman (Kevin Hall) to the General manager will not get back to me. Very frustrating to say the least. Very poor customer service. We have left message after message. You would think someone would contact us? Never again will I purchase from this place, and you should not either. Hey Bommarito, give me a status update on my paperwork, you have my money now how about some customer service?SMH

# Bommarito MazdaMy Nissan Sentra lease from Bommarito was due to expire in January 2019 and I started my search for a replacement. On 9/29/2018 my 1st stop was at Bommarito Mazda (BM) since I really liked the looks of the Protégé 5 and wanted to see the car and pricing – once there the Mazda 3 caught my attention, but I made it clear that I was only looking and still had 3 months left on my lease. That’s when it all started…Sales manager Dennis got involved and offered me a deal to put me in the Mazda 3 now and that he would take care of my current auto lease - including any repairs needed – new tires, some body work and last 3 payments – just leave it here take the new car and I will take care of everything – he even took time to show me where it would be parked.Beginning in December thru March I have received notices from Nissan and their collection agency that I owe over ~$750 for various items (December - January I was told by BM not to worry). Last week when talking personally to Dennis he accused me of calling him a liar and that he would only pay only the $395 Disposition Fee and nothing else – he stated that I would need to settle the remainder with Nissan – he has fulfilled his agreement plus some already. Doesn’t make much sense that I was told not to worry about anything.I was lied to by Dennis and then ignored for over 3 months. It’s crazy but I get better service from a Subway rep when buying a $9.00 sub vs. buying a $27,000 car!

Bommarito is not a safe bet when purchasing your vehicles.Original review;Not sure why I come back to purchase vehicles from here (probably the convenience of trading in my leased cars) but the customer service quality experiences are worse after each visit. Bought a new car last week and was told to bring back vehicle in two days for a proper detail and also to fix the obvious tires issue. Came back after two hours to discover that neither was done.Brought it back on day four and was given rental vehicle because they couldnt accomplish a tire balancing and minor detailing in 4 hours. Received call the following day stating car was finally ready and it could be picked up after work (caller was told we get off work at 7oclock) only to come to a closed dealership (they close at 6PM and person who called us told us something completely different.
