Bought 2018 Q50 red sport. Went to go title the car. I guess the dealer decided I should pay for a safety and emissions testing after buying a nearly $35,000 car from them. Pretty shady, especially when they didnt even bother to mention I would be needing that done. I like the car so far thats the only reason for 3 stars.Update: I guess the safety and emissions testing the dealer had done was expired. They offered to do both if I bring the car in. I live nearly an hour away. So I get to eat the cost. Still, very nice car, and people at Infinity.

I brought my first car from Bommarito Infinity in 2009 and then I bought my second from them in 2020. This dealership is awesome!! The sevice department is the best and the customer service is terrific. I live in Creve Coeur and Plaza Infiniti is very close to my house but I drive about 30 minutes to Ellisville because of their service department and the people who work at Bommarito Infiniti.
I will never go to any Bommarito again, especially their Infiniti department. Their service writers don’t communicate with you at all. They leave you in the dark for what’s going on or when a part comes in. Plaza constantly kept in touch with me every step of the way. Texting me every detail, they even provided me a loaner for a week and a half. I felt with Bommarito, my time was wasted and when I went to complain to the manager, he didn’t care. He didn’t give a reason to why the service writers couldn’t communicate well with their customers.
The service department at Bommarito Infiniti lacks communication and professionalism. They do not communicate whats going. The FNI also doesnt call back or answer the phone when asking about an extended warranty. Then I get an email about buying an extended warranty from them... You would think since Infiniti isnt doing that well as a company, service and communication would be priority, not to mention communicating is standard in any profession. After having warranty claims done at Plaza Infiniti with exceptional communication and professionalism, I will never go back to Bommarito. If youre buying a car, please do yourself a favor and skip Bommarito Infiniti.

I had been looking for a particular type of car for a few months and finally found one here. I sent an email to inquire about the car and received a return phone call within minutes. Mike Bozzi was not pushy and asked if he could follow up in a few days. I actually reached out to him prior to the agreed upon time and began negotiations on the car. I received what I wanted for my trade and was able to have the approval and documents ready within an hour after calling. I drove 8 hours to get this car and was in and out the door within an hour or so. Seamless transaction and friendly, professional staff. Mike called the next day to follow up on the sale and to check in. He also emailed a few times to check on us and the car. All in all, it was a nice experience. I received a coupon for a complimentary oil change in the mail. The timing was good so I called to schedule an appointment. No one answered the phone so I left a message. I tried calling again several days later after receiving no response. Again, I left a message. Another week has passed with no call. Im having the work done somewhere else. I’m disappointed with Bommarito, no one to answer the phone, no return call, no work done. Easy to send coupons under these conditions.
Just visited and bought a new car with Ben and finance manager Brett! Both were awesome to work with and made the process quick and easy. Bommarito always gives a fair price on your trade and gives you an answer quickly and a reasonable offer without making you negotiate for two hours while wasting your time.
Now on my second timing chain repair for my QX80 (initial repair only 30k miles prior) and no assistance from Infiniti. It was agreed with the service manager to have a 3rd party inspect and take pictures of my vehicle during repair. This didnt happen. After waiting weeks on parts I get a call that my vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up. Not happy. Two $6000 repairs for the same thing. What do these people know that they dont want to tell us? Went round and round with the Service manager. He discounted the job $700. Now all I have is another 12mo/12,000 warranty on a part that shouldnt have failed initially and again 30k miles later. Be careful of Bommarito and Infiniti. The QX80 has issues with catalytic converters and timing chains(search online) and Infiniti is ignoring the issues.Bought this new from Bommarito, love the ride and planned on buying another but cant with these types of repairs. Theres plenty of other repairs and more to the saga. Dont need to bore you. Just be cautious and be prepared to spend lots of money after the initial purchase of the vehicle.

Extremely disappointed! As a longtime customer who purchased their car there, serviced every time, I have been treated with disrespect and unprofessionally. My husband and I had plan on trading in my jx35 and to purchase a 2021 Infiniti QX80, but will definitely not do so after this extremely disappointing experience and treatment. On 09/29/20, I brought in my vehicle to have the FCW light checked and IBA light as they went off. Being that I purchased an extended warranty, I knew it is something that would be covered. I also requested an oil change and tire rotation. When dropping off the car, I was told that I need to pay $160 for a diagnostic test to see why the FCW light and IBA light is showing up. Few hours after dropping off the car, I receive a call from the representative at Bommarito, accusing me that I damaged my car and cause the FCW and IBA ight to go off. Suggesting that I file a claim on my insurance and telling me that it would not affect my insurance. First as someone who works in the Insurance profession, I know it is not completely accurate. In addition, I am not a mentally incapable person to be told that I drove over something to cause that light to go off and not to remember it. I was told that they still dont know if the FCW light needs to be replaced, repaired or what is causing it to go off, but they estimate $2800 in repair. I asked if the sensor has to be replaced or if it can be fixed, their response was that they cant tell me as they didnt check that. I asked if he contacted the extended warranty, he said he didnt being that he knows it would not be covered. I couldnt believe that he didnt contact them, but instead decided to make a judgment himself. I requested info of the extended warranty to contact them to see myself about the FCW light and IBA light being covered. When I called them later that day, I was told that the Bommarito rep called few minutes prior to my call, wanting to see if a replacement of a radiator core support would be covered. Wait! What??? No mention of FCW light, or IBA. They had attempted to get a claim for something else that was not even discussed. No mention of the actual sensor lights that need to be replaced. So, I paid $160 for a diagnostic test, and no actual diagnosis provided. Then to be accused to have caused the damage myself. Its very upsetting to find out there was no attempt to contact my extended warranty to have it covered. After the very disappointing customer service, I have made sure to spread word about the service and customer treatment. I picked up my car, being that they cannot be trusted and customer service is definitely not their priority and nonexistent. Not to mention, leaving several messages for the Service manager, and requesting from the rep to have the service manager contact me. I get a call the next day. The service manager was not interested in addressing my concerns at all. If you are in the market of buying a car, or plan on servicing the car, this is the wrong place to take your car.

I have only had experience with their service department and cashiers. Every time I go here to get my vehicle serviced I feel right at home. Rob in service is extremely friendly and professional. He genuinely cares about your experience and assuring that your vehicle is properly maintained and cared for.Also, I really appreciate their loaner cars. They are always new Infiniti vehicles that are a blast to drive. When I am in the market for a new vehicle, Bommarito Infiniti will have my business.
I walked in without an appointment during the holidays and asked if they had time to do several general maintenance items like oil change, transmission fluid, differential, radiator flush and had an issue with the ac fan relay. I was happy they were able to get me right in and finished the work in under 3 hours. Unfortunately, the next day we noticed the mechanic must of banged our car door on the lift and caused 4 scratches so took the car back. Was at first told basically couldnt prove it was done there but they would attempt to buff it out. When I took the car back I asked to see the lift and sure enough there were 4 scratch particles on the lift which pretty much proved it happened there. They took the car for couple of days and repaired and repainted the whole door. Now I wish it hadnt at all of course but accidents can happen and they were stand up guys and repaired the door. Chris, one of the service managers did a good job and very friendly, also the service manager was a nice stand up guy and took care of our problem. Now I just dont give 5 stars out easily so i gave them 4 stars but I would and will go back and do business with them again and I would recommend them.

After buying several cars in my lifetime, my experience at Bommarito Infiniti of West County with Anthony was the absolute best. It started once we stepped into the showroom, it was super Zen.. no loud posters or painting on the windows. Then we met Anthony, our sales person, to test drive QX80, 60 and a used Mercedes. He was kind, courteous and most of all respectful of our time and what we had planned. We visited other dealerships and ended up working with Anthony. Not only for the vehicle, but because he was kind, courteous, respectful and he was mindful of our intentions. He was NEVER pushy or annoying as I recall dealing with in past car buying experiences. Bommarito was the seventh and last dealership we looked at on our quest to buy a new SUV. The dealership had already closed for the day but kept the doors open as people were inside still finishing deals and business. We had found a vehicle we were interested in and that is when Anthony walked up. From that point on Anthony explained the vehicle, options, and let us test drive it. We loved it! It had a little bit of everything for the family. The process of buying it was informative yet painless. The entire staff that we worked with were honest and diligent. It was honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had!
I recently found a great price at this dealership online. I filled out the application for financing online to lock in the vehicle. I waited two days, but did not hear from anyone at this dealership. I called to find out if the vehicle was still available. Jaimie, the salesman, said he would try to get my financing done. I stated I received a high offer from my current and just hoped they could do better. He said, If you paid your bills on time, we wouldnt be having this conversation. I couldnt believe my ears. I let him know he lost a sale because I wanted this vehicle, but he should probably learn how to speak to people instead of treating everyone like a number. YOU MIGHT FIND A GREAT PRICE HERE, BUT FORGET ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Test drove a g37x. Chad Meyers was helpful and knowledgeable about the car. Could not complete the sale because we did not agree on the price, but I would say the experience was positive. The sales staff was not pushy and no pressure tactics were employed to close the deal.
If there was an option for 0 stars I would have selected that. I brought my vehicle in to have a leak repaired. The problem was diagnosed and parts were ordered for the repair. The wrong parts were ordered and I was promised expedition after. We are now at a week and 1 day and my car is still not fixed. I get guarantees my car will be complete but then service is pushed to another day. So this is great place if you have unlimited time, a fleet of vehicles, and enjoy being lied to.
I bought a 2013 G37 and returned to Bommarito for service which included an oil change, tire rotation, check engine light and to have one of two computer maintenance system(S) disabled as they were in conflict as to when service was due. When I went to pick up my car that night, the check oil light was suddenly on and it sounded strange so I suggested that we check the oil to which he said cars just sound funny after an oil change-its fine. I listened more, then opened the hood anyway and there was NO oil in my car. At that time, he recommended I leave it and come back again the next day. At MY suggestion, he ended up finding the last service person on-site and had him fill the car with oil. Secondly, after leaving, I noticed a) both maintenance computers were still enabled (even though one was supposed to have been disabled) and that they were still not in sync, and 2) that they had not reset them so they were still indicating service was due - the problem was that I dont know what service was actually due b/c the work order said services had been performed. With that, I took my car and called to let them know what happened and explained that I wanted to continue to come to the place I bought the car for service, even though their competitor is closer to me. I shared that my concern was not that mistakes had been made as that happens, but that my overarching concern was that someone a) intentionally wrote tasks as being completed when they were either not completed or not completed correctly, and that b) had I not been persistent, my engine would have blown up due to no oil. As I spoke to the dealership, the person I spoke to thanked me for my patience and suggested that he have the Service Manager call me immediately so that he could respond. That call never came and on top of that, I received a second invoice via email that they told me to just ignore which just added to their ineptness. I am genuinely disappointed in their service as the entire process was exhausting. My sales person was great and my car is wonderful but after trying several times to make them aware of my experience, being ignored and/or lied too was it and is the reason I am writing this review (which I usually dont do). Yesterday, my car in indicating its time for another oil change on one of the two panels I had to reset. When I wasnt even sure the timing I had to call them, even though I dont trust them, to confirm which just reminded me how passive they were about the entire situation. For those reasons, I write this review and Im taking my car to Plaza for service when it is actually time.1967

This dealership has taken care of my Infiniti since I got it. They also spent quite a bit of time helping me figure out how the stupid rear seats in my Yukon actually work. That they did for free, which is pretty unusual for a car dealer. You can do a lot worse when selecting a dealer.
I experienced excellent customer service by Doug and Anthony at Bommarito when I came in to test drive a G37. They were both very knowledgeable, patient and I did not feel the typical pushiness that comes from a sales environment. I would highly recommend checking them out for your next vehicle purchase!
Worst experience I have ever had! We Drove 4 Hours with our kids to pick up a car that they were very misleading about. My wife and I both took work to come to St. Louis. The pictures they posted online didnt show all the wear on the seats. They showed about 10% of the actual damage to the front driver side leather wear. The car wasnt even detailed or cleaned on arrival. The manager that called me to discuss the issue (which I had to ask for a call) hung up in my face and was Extremely RUDE!DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BOMMARITO! They treat their customers terribly!

I have been using Bommarito Infiniti Service center to service my G37 for a couple year now. I switched to Bommarito after having horrible experiences at Plaza Infiniti, the extra twenty minutes it takes me to drive to Bommarito is well worth it. The service department is always incredible, and really stepped up when I was in a pinch the last time. Thank you Drew, Mark and the mechanics for always ensuring a great experience.
I went in to checkout the Q50 Hybrid. WOW! This car is green and mean. It accelerates like a rocket ship and still delivers mileage like our 4 cylinder car around town. I looked at every brand and no other company comes close to delivering the advanced safety tech that is in this car, at any price point.I also would like to say the sales staff was very professional. My representative was Brad Sandler and he was great at answering all of my questions. When it came time to get down to the numbers Doug Gillette did not waste my time. He and Brad presented me with very fair numbers to begin with. I beat them up for a little more but was happy with the deal.Another thing I am glad I received was The Bommarito Advantage. After they beat my Plaza deal they kept reminding me of the BA. I thought is was a valueless sales gimmick and then within 6 weeks of owning the car I got my first door ding. I took the car in and my door was fixed for free! I now wish I had purchased the extension on these benefits when the finance manager, Adam, offered them.There are 6 Infinitis in our small neighborhood and 5 of them are from Bommarito. Now I know why.
I could not be more done with these guys. I have now had two completely ridiculous experiences with Bommarito Infiniti, and they have attempted to gouge me at each opportunity. I took my G37 in to have them look at an exhaust rattle issue, they charged me over $100 for parts they claimed were missing from my exhaust mount (still in warranty), and when I left, it still rattled. I turned right around, went back, then its Oh that? Thats just a loose bolt on a metal plate, well fix that right up. Couldnt have done that in the first place? Today I took it in for 60k mile service I booked online. On their website I selected the service from a menu, and it listed the price for 60k service at $320. When I get there with the car, they have a laundry list of what 60k service entails that is miles longer than what my owners manual or their own website lists, at over $700. You have to argue with them just to leave with your car. Bommarito has completely wasted my time twice, gouged me for unneeded repairs, and misrepresented their own pricing. They will not get a third chance. If I were you, I wouldnt give them a first.

The service department is by far the worst I have encountered. I paid for N2 service for my tires. A week later the tire pressure indicator started fluctuating. Usually this happens with air. Took the car back to Bommarito (which is about a 50min drive away) and told them there was no way they put N2 in my tires. 30 mins later they call back to tell me what I had already known, no N2.Next I was showing low tire pressure again. I took a lool around and figured one of my passenger tires had to have a slow leak. I took the car in they said it was fixed one week later I have the same problem. I take the car in again, this time they said the tire had a hole and then they repaired it. I told them this myself the 1st time. I paid for a tire and wheel package whats the big deal with fixing things the 1st time. They already have my money.Incident #3. I schedule a service appointment request a loaner car over the phone so I can go back to work and return the next day. I show up they dont have a loaner available. (Whats the point of planning ahead)The maintenance package is a joke and doesnt cover anything. Of course they dont tell you this until after you get your car and take it in for service.I could go on, but Im sure you get the picture. All of my experiences after purchase have been sub par. Im wondering if its just me specifically being treated this way or does the service dept BS everyone equally. I am beyond dissatisfied with this Luxury Car experience. You would think spending over 50k for a car would get you better service. I should have kept my Nissan. I cant wait to get rid of this car!

There was this weird looking Porter with slick back hair who made my car the cleanest it had been in years. Brought my car in for service and was suprised by how well he cleaned my baby.
Bommarito will not stand behind their vehicles. We paid $38,000 for a Buick Lacrosse Hybrid that only gets 24mpg; when it is advertised and verbally affirmed by Bommarito to get 35mpg.They were willing for us to pay $8000 more, to get another Lacrosse with less features and no hybrid.If your looking for gas mileage, dont by the Lacrosse and if you want the dealer to back up their claims, dont go to this Bommarito location.
This is the second time we had taken our car to Bommarito Infiniti service department and we did not have a good service experience. First, they said they did not have our appointment which we did thru their online system. Second, it took 3 hours for an oil change, to do a multi point inspection, and quote suggested repair or maintenance items. They said what caused the long wait was because they changed systems and they were still learning the new system. They said the new system was causing communication difficulty between the service advisors and the service tech. I understand things happen, but it is how you handle those situations that makes the difference. If you are having issues then give the customer a heads up it will take longer than normal or offer an option of coming back another time. Finally, here is a tip to management: Learn your new systems beforehand, dont test your new systems out on your customers. I cant recommend them with service and lack of communication like that.

Contacted Brad Sandler on the internet. Shot me a fair price on a g37x. Came in. He had the car up front,, and gassed up. Went with me on a long test drive. The payment was what I was quoted. With taxes etc. The dealership and Brad run a first class operation. In and out in no time. I will be back.

We went to Bommarito Infiniti on July 9, 2014 as we were interested in purchasing a new vehicle. We arrived at the lot and were immediately greeted by Anthony Dotta. He efficiently answered all our questions regarding the 2 vehicles we were interested in, and then arranged test drives for both. He patiently waited for me to decide on which vehicle I wanted, offered guidance and practical opinions on my concerns, and even happily arranged an additional test drive for me. This was, by far, one of the most pleasant experiences we’ve had in purchasing a new car and it’s all due to Anthony Dotta, who is an effective sales person who truly has the customer’s best interests in mind – we really felt that he was working towards meeting our needs in the negotiating process. Doug Gillett, the sales manager, and his sales team, QUICKLY worked out a mutually agreeable sales price for the vehicle. This process took very little time as it is apparent that Bommarito is committed to sell their vehicles at reasonable prices. We were then assisted by Adam Bader, in the financing department. He arranged equitable financing for the vehicle, and did not hard sell any upgrades or options. However, Infiniti does offer a variety of quality options such as prepaid maintenance on their vehicles with excellent price points. In one word…..Outstanding!! Although I didn’t purchase a vehicle, Anthony Dotta was exceptional to work with. Anthony’s patience, product knowledge, and professionalism was appreciated.
