I drove up there from Memphis Tennessee to get my gorgeous jaguar F type. These guys are beyond professional and customer friendly. Kathy worked with me over the long distance sale without any issue. She had everything ready for me when I got there and was so helpful. I highly recommend going there and asking for Kathy. There’s not many car companies that will sell a used car and give the support that they do after the fact.

I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking to do business with a credible, trustworthy, and ethical car dealership. Keith and Kathy truly stand by their word, do what they say, and put customer service & satisfaction above everything else. If there is a problem -- they will fix it -- and wont leave you out to dry. That is a rare trait to have in the car dealer industry; and I will look to do business with them again in the future.

They got the plates for my vehicle taken care of for me, and they offered to help with the vehicle in the future if I needed things like new tires. Shocked! Experienced the same with the team and buying experience as other posts. Unfortunately, went to trade a Maserati I purchased 4 months ago from Luxury Sports and was told there is frame damage. Spoke to Keith and told him he needed to buy the car back as I would not have purchased a compromised car. Told him to buy it for less than what I paid 4 months ago. Keith says, lll let you trade it in on something else or take it to wholesale for you. He made money when he sold it and now isnt standing by the compromised car that shows the frame work issue on the report ran 4 months later - Was this page eliminated from the materials I was shown? Carfax at time of purchase indicated an accident but minor - Blake said. Attorneys to sort out now. I am calling friends that I directed to Luxury Sports to avoid. As a business owner, ethics and integrity guides me. Clearly, not with this owner. Again, shocked and lost customer for life. Beware. Glad to share paperwork with whomever wants to look at before purchasing an auto here. Dont let my situation become yours! Again, shocked by this.

Excellent dealership. Keith & Matt found the car for which I was looking at an incredible price. They even took care of the Licensing & registration for me. I would highly recommend using them as an auto broker.

Great selection of exotic cars. Be sure to check out the Bentley and Rolls Royce. If they dont have it on the showroom floor they will find it for you. Very friendly and knowledgable staff.

4-1-16 Bought a Jeep Wrangler. There was a noise, they said they would look at it, never did. They said they would fix the back seat and didnt probably because the bolts were broken off. I have not put 500 miles on it and the calipers locked up almost causing a head on collision, Was told it had all new brake system. My Mechanic told Me that it did not have new brakes. Got them replaced. Now its overheating. Checked the oil, Cap broke off in removal. Had low water in radiator, But still overheating. Back to the shop at more expense. These people will tell you anything to sell their cars. Their mechanic obviously does not know what he is doing.

I asked about vehicles i could never afford but he still took his time to show me and tell me all about them. He took his time to find me the perfect vehicle and it runs GREAT! I came in looking at one of their cars, had over 100xxx was 6 grand over kelly blue book. A guy named Matt lied several times about the cars vehicle history report, wouldnt return phone calls regarding pricing of car!!! DO NOT BUY FROM LSI!!!
