I had a TERRIBLE experience at the AT&T store in Enterprise, AL. Taylor was my associate and she intentionally sold me a phone that was not working correctly. Upon further investigation her manager told her NOT to sell me the phone and she did it anyway. She put additional accessories on my account without my knowledge. I was told to get a new phone I would have to pay an additional $55 restocking fee and also pay sales tax on the new phone. In returning the phone they said they would waive the restocking fee but then took it out of my refund amount and did not refund my full amount. No thank you. I will be changing services today. Bad business.

Regional manager named Becky was very helpful. Got our phone and account issues squared away. And the issues werent simple by the way; involved changing from a prepaid to post paid account, password and recovery email issues, etc

Dasia helped me with an upgrade and account transfer and made the process quick and easy. Left satisfied with phone and service!

I stopped by to add a line and and a new phone to my account. The store was fairly busy, but I was still greeted and welcomed by the staff when I walked in. The wait to see someone was about 15 minutes, much shorter than past experiences at other stores. After a little bit, Hannah greeted me and asked how she could help. I told her what I was looking for and within a few minutes, she’d hooked me up with an additional line, a new iPhone and somehow had managed to lower my monthly cell phone bill. She took the time to look at my current plan and needs, came up with a cost analysis and explained a few cost saving options for me. She was knowledgeable, friendly and treated me like I was her most important customer. She didn’t have to, I’m sure there are more folks who probably spend way more money than I did, but she did. My whole experience at the store was less than an hour and I couldn’t have been happier when I left. Great experience at AT&T! And Hannah, thanks so much for your help!

Had a very good experience at the Enterprise, AL store. The wait was a bit long but understandable since there were a lot of customers but all 4 employees were actively helping people. Every employee I encountered was friendly and acknowledged that I was waiting when they passed.I had a basic billing question which was readily answered. I asked the employee helping me, Hannah, to review my account to see if there was any way to save some money. While doing so she told me about some services they offered beyond phone service. I had been shopping for some of the services presented and was unaware AT&T offered them. At the end of the visit, I was saving money on my phone service and will be seeing a net savings on the other services I wanted. Thank you Hannah for your knowledgeable assistance and informing me about the other services without any kind of hard sell.

I had a issue with my iPhone, and Amanda was so helpful and went over and beyond to help me with my phone. She was so great and took her time and made sure before I left the store that my phone was working properly and that I was satisfied with it. I have recommended her to family and friends so she can help them like she helped me.

On 8/27/2020, it was the first time that I had entered this facility because it was time for me to get my own phone plan. I arrived half an hour before the store had closed. The associate named Brandon had approached me and immediately offered assistance. He was very polite and informative. The process took quite a while as my phone had belonged to Sprint. He guided me every step of the way and even contacted Sprint to help resolve the situation. I was able to leave that day completely satisfied and in my honest opinion, he went far and beyond providing excellent customer service.

Had a great experience switching from Verizon to ATT. Hannah was a great help in making the process smooth and quick. She was knowledgeable in the products she was selling and helped me set up all of the equipment. Would definitely recommend for anyone considering changing service.

All the employees were helpful but Brandon was my my tech to assist with getting a new phone since my old one quit on me. I appreciate the good customer service and if I need to anything in the future, I will go back to this store.

I really appreciate his willingness to answer all of my many questions and to ensure we were 100% satisfied with our decision to change plans and our purchase. I went into the Enterprise ATT store and was helped by Danielle and Jessica. These 2 consultants are very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I was having problems with phones and technology that was beyond me. The had the knowledge and personality and professionalism to know how to accomplish all my problems. I personally thank each excellent representative of ATT mentioned above for their knowledge and persistence in resolving my problems.

I am not from the area but I had to swing by the AT&T store while here visiting family and I have never been greeted with such amazing customer service. I was immediately greeted at the door and Brandon was very sweet and informative about the new IPhones. With his help I was able to walk out with two new iPhones for less than the price of one💸 Would highly recommend doing business with him!

The staff here is incredible! From being knowledgeable, to being personable. I had the pleasure of working with Jessica Gulley, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and there for the customer. All my questions were answered, plus some, and no product/plan was pushed on me at all, as some places have done. I also worked a little with one of the managers, Steven. Steven was, likewise, a great joy to work with. He knows his job well, and was very understanding as to what I was looking for, and set me up with the best options for me.

Steve is an amazing manager and was super intentional with making sure he passed the sales on to his sales associates but kept the ball rolling with me as he spent time helping me review options until a sales associate was available. His leadership style is very inviting and comfortable. He shows a high level of respect to his associates and doesn’t put himself on a pedestal above them. He spent plenty of time walking me through some preliminary options without loading me down and confusing me more (as can often happen with consumers who are not super tech savvy)Hannah was extremely knowledgeable. I have never seen an att rep with so much knowledge and experience. She was very time efficient and knew all her product information. She had answers to every single question. She gave me options and explained them in a way that I could understand and be able to apply. She thoroughly searched through my bill to find options where I could be more efficient in my bill and servicing. I was able to walk out with a discount of 500 on my brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max. Upgrade my daughter to that same phone, Add a hot spot with unlimited GB and still keep my phone bill the same each month. I was informed on each sale that was going on but NEVER FELT PRESSED OR FORCED IN A HARD SALE. Hannah is very focused and intentional with each step she takes and makes sure she LISTENS to what the customer NEEDS and listens to hear and not just listen to respond and push items that the consumer will regret when they get back home.This has been by far THE BEST experience I have encountered at ANY ATT store in the many many years I have been a customer.Recruiting was a success when hiring these two !!!!!!!!!

I went to the AT&T store the other day to get my phone lines fixed as I am a big baller, shot caller, and I have multiple lines. I decided I had to cut a couple lines just because Im so busy I cant answer them all. Sales Rep Erick took care of all my troubles!Meanwhile the Samsung sales rep showed up and he tried to talk me into buying a S20 or some new model phone but it was trash. Then he tried to talk me into buying the Samsung ear buds, but those were trash too.....Note...Im joking about the Samsungs. They are really sweet!

I was having issues with my phone. I became frustrated and wanted to throw the phone against the wall. I took it into the store and Earl was able to help me get the replacement phone ordered. Once I got the new phone, he helped me get all my information back.

Worst cellular service I have EVER HAD!! YOU CANT load anything at 480p let alone HD! Go to Verizon :) they have much better cellular and they have better plans.
