I just wanted to give a shout out, a thank you, and give SO much praise to Kasandra and Mia, who were working the night that I came in (Monday November 1, 2021). I came in at 615 (which is pretty close to when they close) with an issue with my SIM card and with my Apple Watch. When I went in there, I was pretty a frustrated, because I tried to fix both of these issues myself and had no luck. They were both so kind, professional, and helpful which quickly turned my frustration and annoyance around to more of a positive attitude. They fixed my SIM card with no issue. My apple watch, on the other hand, was giving them a little more trouble. Even though it gave them trouble, they were able to find out the problem and fix it!! I am new to T-Mobile (ever since Sprint merged with T-Mobile) and I am so so SO glad that that merge happened. I will definitely be going back with anymore issues or if I need to purchase anything to the Enterprise store, because of them. Again, I want to thank Kasandra and Mia again for all of their help, for being so kind and professional, for turning my frustration and annoyance into a better attitude and finally for fixing everything I needed fixing!Thank you both so so much!-Mary Thomas π
I had an excellent experience at the TMobile store in Enterprise,Alabama. The sale representatives, and manager was great. They all took the time to solve my problem and making the move from Spirint to T Mobile smooth. Ashley Anderson the mobile expert was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and patient. They all took the time to work with my son and I. I highly recommend that you go to T Mobile for all of your needs.
They are wonderful. I always have a good experience with T- mobile. I have been a customer for over 10 years and no real complaints.
My mom exchanged her phone for a refurbished one, and so the new didnβt have a screen protector. Casey was so helpful and patient with us for the exchange, and even put the new protector on her phone for her when we brought it into the store. Great service and everyone was very nice at this location.
We were in this afternoon to upgrade our phones. Sorry if I spell his name wrong, but I believe it was Marquis. He was super friendly and helpful! He was knowledgeable about the phones, and made the process very smooth. Enjoying our new s20 and s20+ phones!

Worst experience EVER....Went in today to purchase two phones and add a line and was met with EXTREME RUDENESS.... Someone needs to DEFINITELY look into these employees before the store goes under..The store was closed the 5th of Nov. and no reason why at all..These individuals must not need a job..SOMEONE in management needs to DEFINITELY look into this..

Worst service ever! Went to the store today to add a line and couldnβt even get in the door without being screamed at for not having a mask! I get the store policy and would be happy to comply, but being screamed at is unacceptable! Worst staff ever!Ps we will never recommend this location and will be dropping this provider as soon as our contract expires!
The staff has the best personalities and are extremely helpful! I always feel 110% satisfied when leaving their store. Ask for Shakira or Ashlee they will solve all of your problems.
Extremely satisfied!!! I gave 5 stars due to the knowledge and professionalism of our sales representative Alex. Our situation was a bit more complex than most however he was able to answer all of our questions and seamlessly arrange service transfer from a different carrier. I highly recommend!
The T-mobile store in Enterprise has great customer service! After attempting to contact T-mobiles customer service via phone 3 times due to signal issues and to switch a prepaid service to non-prepaid, the customer service over the phone was a joke. Coming into the store, team member Hassan and store manager Ashlee helped my fiance and I with both of these issues in less than an hour. I highly recommend this location as they truly look into what your concerns are and will do their best to fix an issue and satisfy their customers.
I think the service @tmobile is amazing. I got a new one plus 7 pro and the store manager Ashley Schuler was amazing, also Hassan Lawrence was also great. Really enjoyed these two, what a joy they both were. I recommend the Enterprise, AL location. I personally think those two give the best customer service.
Ashlee and the crew were extremely helpful. They fixed a lot of the errors that the help desk messed up. After hours of frustration Ashlee and the team finally made it happen. Definitely recommend going into this store over calling the customer service office.
Ashlee (the store manager) and Hassan were awesome! We had conflicting advise from customer care on an issue so we decided it would be easier in person. We definitely lucked out on this store. They were awesome. They knew what to do and how to deal with customer care. TMobile should really let their stores do more to help their customers.I know the service in the area isnt always the best but they helped us out so much and alot of our service issues are resolved.Definitely will be going back to this location and staying with TMobile because of the awesome service. Honestly, the best customer service Ive ever received.
