At this location, one of the employees, Tamika, recognized a scam artist was trying to take advantage of an elderly family member on our plan. Tamika called me, the account owner, to explain what she was concerned about after the elderly family member had been in her store for help with her phone. Because of Tamikas quick thinking to call me, our family was able to find out that indeed, our elderly family member was being scammed. We cannot thank Tamika enough for going above and beyond to help us! It is employees like this who make Metro a company our family trusts! Tamika was looking out for our elderly family member, and made us aware of something that we had no knowledge of. THANK YOU Metro and THANK YOU, Tamika! Our family is eternally grateful!
