Im sure the store is fine, my issue is the answering machine. Im going in right now. I tried calling 4 seperate times throughout the day. Every time the answering machine would not let me get to a representative nor would it allow one to press the button until you listen to every. Single. Option. Available.... Even then... If you press your option it wont always listen and take you to where you need to go. Extremely aggravating. Didnt think answering machine would be this big of a problem in 2021.... For A PHONE COMPANY. ...

Went today to get myself a new phone. Jeremy was our sales guy. Hands down the best experience I have ever had. In and out in 20 minutes or less. No hassle whatsoever. Highly recommend him and this Verzion location.

Its hit or miss here if you get a polite or rude associate go to dothan if you want a guaranteed knowledgeable person to help you. There are a few folks here that are good but I have had 2 associates that didnt explain the fine print and nearly costed me $ and time

After going here to switch service from T-Mobile, I had to call Verizon customer service at least 5 times to finally get my service working and use my new phone. This is not completely a reflection of this store in particular, but one time I was on hold with Verizon for over 2 hours, and another time I spent probably 45 min on hold just to have the line disconnect. While this wasnt a specific issue with this store, if the representative at this store would have done their job correctly, I wouldnt have a had to sit on hold multiple times. I believe I probably spent cose to a total of 6 hours if not more on the phone trying to get my service working. Pretty rediculous and a huge waste of my time.

Service has increased since the last time Ive been there. I stopped going here for over 3 years because of the customer service and instead started driving all the way to the Dothan store. This time I didnt have a choice and had to go to the Enterprise store. My experience was a whole lot better then the last time and I will start going here again for my in store needs. Actually a very nice location. A manager was standing.g at the door waiting g to great customers. Then proceeds to get a little info on why you are there and assign you a sales associate. Then you can browse the store and check out the cool products they have on display everywhere or set at one of there tables or lounge booths while you wait for your associate to get to you which was no wait time at all. And Ill add they where busy.

I went there help one of my family members out and was told one person only and we are both disabled veterans. I dont understand why they would deny me helping him. They havent posted it or put up any signs. Thats wrong and cdc does not say that at all and if you belive WHO thats another problem in the matter. It a ploy to up sell u products to a family that u dont need, and by the way the state says 50% capaticy and under.

Everyone was nice. You were not able to help. Plus you need more financing options for people credit problems. Not everyone is irresponsible some of us trusted their exwife to take care of things and got burned. My credit was good enough purchase a home until I got married. Just a thought.

Great group of people that work there. Always have a smile and very knowledgeable about the phones or accessories you are looking at. They may get busy and you probably will have to wait a little while,to me how busy they are speaks volumes of the great quality of service they offer, but it is so worth the wait because the service is extremely individualized and one on one with your service representative and they are so ready and happy to help.

If youre going to use the kiosk to pay a bill, its great. If you have issues with your phone or tablet it depends on the sales assistant you get . Some of them are great and some of them are just there to make a pay check and couldnt care less about the customer. They do not give you all the information they should on the products they sell. And do not care if the customer is satisfied. Sometimes you can get in and out, sometimes you have to wait a while to get help. Sometimes you leave in a decent mood, sometimes you leave very upset. They dont care either way.

Bailey Walton was the most polite, and easiest to understand cell phone rep I have ever dealt with. Her ability to explain the plans and price differences was the best Ive heard. This place had no Covers for the 8 plus are you kidding me.. Plus there are other phones are a piece of trash.. They hardly had anything in stock not even the good watches.... All service people could do is say go online go to Walmart go to Best Buy.... I should give it up to store but they been pretty good at servicing... But stock wise theyre trash

After 15 years of being with Verizon I go into the store to have all my information transferred over to a new phone. I had to wait 15 minutes, no biggy, but once I was helped it went down hill from there. The representative was blunt and acted as if I was inconveniencing her. She was very short with me so I asked what the easiest way to get the information transferred so she didnt have to do her job.I should rate 2 stars for her rude and unpleasant customer service skills. I like Verizon so perhaps she was having a bad day.

Stopped in the Enterprise Verizon office to purchase replacement screen cover and holster for my Otter protective carrier.Whitney Wooten assisted me.....and was quick to point out there were warranties on both parts. As I purchased both at Verizon, she was able to pull up the purchase info on my account and order both for me. Both will be delivered to my house, direct from Otter and the screen cover manufacturer. She could just as easily directed me to the display on the wall and charged me for replacement parts instead of saving me close to $75.It is a bit of a drive from Headland to Enterprise, but the wait time was so much faster, and the service is no less than outstanding at this branch of Verizon.Big shout out to Whitney for her assistance!

If you think visiting this store if you have service issues will help, think again. First, you’ll get to wait 30 minutes until someone pretends they might help you. Then you’ll get passed off to someone else who will type away on the computer, and won’t even bother to greet you or act like they’re in the room with you. And they definitely won’t help you, but they’re quite willing to sell you something else!!! Just pay a few hundred dollars more today, and you won’t have to worry! Complete incompetence.

Horrible service. Went in Sunday(12/16/18) to upgrade my phone they didn’t have my phone in stock or any of the accessories for it. They said they would get a shipment on Monday I said I would wait and call on Monday to see about their shipment. I called yesterday and they guy that answered the phone acted like I was bothering him to ask a question. I asked if the phone came in and the accessories for it he said he didn’t know that there was all kind of boxes back there. He took my name and number and said I will call you back with an answer. I did ask him if I ordered everything from their corporate office if I could bring the screen protector in and. They put it on for me he said NONo call back went in today at 5:20(12/18/18) to see if anything came in well they weren’t busy but no one came in and checked us in or anything there was a couple ahead of me and then another person came in after me. We sat there for about 10 minutes until they acknowledged us. Finally my turn comes up after sitting there for about 20 minutes. I tell the lady what I need and she says I am not sure what we have or don’t have. She came back had the phone I was excited by this point I was like ok great I want to do the bundle with a case,charger and screen protector. She said oh I am sorry we don’t have the screen protector for it. She said they didn’t come in but we have iPhone. Like seriously if I wanted an iPhone I would have got that. This isn’t the first problem with this store. They are so unprofessional

Staff are unnecessarily...how can I put this in a polite way....unhelpful. I didnt feel welcomed to be there as a customer. After reading others reviews, I see that some feel the same as me, so it wasnt just me. Im not from south Alabama and suspect that is part of the problem? Many of us in Enterprise are not originally from here; we hail from other regions of the USA or even other countries. Please take that into consideration.

Not adequately staffed for the holidays. I needed a new phone and I wondered through the store looking at demo phones for 30 minutes and no one acknowledged me. Another customer stood up front the whole time and no one acknowledged her either. Got my phone @ Fort Rucker instead. They lost my business forever. Ive been using Verizon for over 15 years but I will not visit the Enterprise store again.

I purchased a new HUM device on 1 November 2018 and it has not worked since that date. I took it back to the store a few days after I bought it and was advised to call customer service. Customer service said that they would have a Verizon engineer look into the problem and call me when they had a solution. On about 14 January 2019 they finally called me back, they said that my device is defective and I need to go to a corporate store to pick up a replacement device. I went to the corporate store today (22 January 2019) and was told that they would have to order me a replacement device because there wasnt a note on my account telling them to give one to me. I called customer service back and they say that the note is on my account and the store should have been able to give me my replacement instead of shipping it to me.

Verizon usually has great customer service. But last week when I went in to purchase a new phone for my sister it was awful. I didnt really mind the wait. But the associate that helped me, Bailey. Was very rude. Every question I asked got a snappy response. She honestly looked like she didnt even want to be there. If I hadnt have been in such a hurry I would have asked for a different associate to help me. Bailey you need to change your attitude, this isnt the first time Ive I had this type of experience with you. I am highly disappointed.

Absolutely awful is my rating. The staff was by far the rudest group of people I have meet in a very long time. Beth and Danielle in particular were the worst. One man did seem to try to help, but Beth shood him away before he could finish his sentence. I had a problem with my phone obviously and thought I knew the reason for the issue. Instead of fixing it Beth called Danielle over to what I can only describe as a pathetic attempt to show dominance. Her ONLY concern was to prove me wrong by any means necessary. All it would have taken was a correction and shown how my theory wasnt accurate. All the glares, smirks, giggles to each other were unnecessary. Then when they took my phone to the back it seemed that as before no one wanted to acknowledge I was there, suddenly glared at me when they came from the backroom. I tested this by moving each time and it was a conscious effort to find me. I can only imagine what was being said about me for asking them to do their JOB. In the end not only did they not even try to help, they told me to go somewhere else with my problems and the Beth threw one last underhanded joke just as Im walking out with Beth laughing at my expense. Ive had a rocky relationship with Verizon but with ~~BETH & DANIELLE~~ i can say with confidence that when my contract is over, I will never renew another one. You two are awful people.

The absolute worst Verizon store. Customer service there is atrocious and their manager there is an absolute mess. Went there numerous times with billing problems that they were supposed to be able to fix but they always claim they can’t do anything about it.
