Got my upgrade cell by Cricket Ovation. So far I am pleased with the cell and Android 10.The customer service there is outstanding.

The store is nice and shiny and the phone selection is just right. You will pay the same price as Cricket online so why not go in person and support your local store and have your phone with 30 minutes? I purchased both of my Samsung Halos here in Enterprise and find that this model is the most phone for the money. Ask for Isiah since he knows the plans and products plus he speaks Spanish.

Went in to have two lines transferred over to Cricket service 1 from T-Mobile the other from AT&T and ended up getting a new Samsung Galaxy S10 and a LG Stylo 4 and were able to keep our same#s. We had a great salesperson whos name was Felicia who handled Everything and it was the weekend between both our birthdays mine and my husbands and we had awesome birthdays.

I went in to add another phone to my service and the employees were very polite and helpful. I got a lot better deal than I thought I was going to get
