The guy at the counter took the time to work with me to get the parts I needed. My parts arrived a week ahead of schedule. An easy task done well.

I brought an uncut key in with my normal key, parts counter Tim was helpful heard my issue and cut my uncut copy that I had previously purchased(no chip) fast and free

Ford had me in and out a little over an hour. My only complaint was that there wasnt any refreshments. Ford had coffe available, but it was located at the service area where most of the Ford employees are. Ford focuses on new customers rather on customers who have already bought a vehicle.

Our tire pressure warning light went on as soon as we pulled onto Chena Hot Springs Road so we turned around to get our tires aired up. After searching for an operable air hose at two convenience stores we stopped in at quick lane. Donovan happily filled all our tires at no cost. Great community/ customer service and we were quickly back on our way to the hot springs. Thanks Donovan and Seekins Quick Lane!

If you’re going to advertise a courtesy shuttle, it should be courteous. And if the business opens at 7, the shuttle should roll at 7. I’ve standing here for 20 minutes waiting for him to finish his morning coffee before we leave. We’ll see if he can finish before my Lyft arrives.

Ive been going here for service for about 5 years now. The guys there always take care of me, no matter the issue. Example, once I went for power steering issue and while they were addressing the problem, they found something else that would bring my original quote of $500 up a few hundred bucks to around $800 for the extra parts and labor. The guys decided they wouldnt charge for the extra labor which gave me a nice discount and had me pay for the parts. Exceptional service from Exceptional people.

Got service done in good time. Only problem was they couldnt remount their own mud flaps.

For $200 I expected a little more. They did not even clean the battery terminal.

I have been coming here for about 5 years and I have never been disappointed! The Quick Lane folks are always helpful and they take care of you! I especially want to thank Matt and Russell who took good care of me today. The general service department still hasnt returned my call from yesterday but Quick Lane came to the rescue! And, their prices are very reasonable.

I used “The Works” (oil change) for my car here a few times in the past two years. The service is great and they do an amazing job on my car! However, today the service was kinda rude when I came in for my appointment. I brought a coupon for the works and he just shrugged it off and I decided not to ask any more questions because I was uncomfortable. Overall, this is a great place to get an oil change for your Ford.

I always have great service there.

I call and call and call to get an appointment, no one answers or calls me back. The times I have gotten an oil change there its taken over an hour, with an appointment. The only thing is that the price is fair, but I have taken my vehicle to other dealerships and they wash my windshield or even car, or sometimes do a quick vacuum in the front - Seekins doesnt throw in those little things that will keep me as a customer.

Total rip off with this place....I called them got a quote for some work to be done...made the appt. And took it in when it was done. My bill was double what they quoted me for....and they did stuff that I did not request...employees were rude...and basically it was too bad.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....also the mechanic broke a part and I had to pay for the part....TOTAL RIP OFF....
