Custom service at this CosmoProf is superb, especially Gianni. She is super sweet, patient, and helpful. She spent time listening and helping me with my purchase despite being on a weekend when the store was busy and hectic. I hardly write reviews, but I strongly feel that she deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service and her care to help people. Ive been coming to this store for a long time now and I can honestly say that the team there now is the best!

Out of all the CosmoProf in the area, this one has the nicest, friendliest and helpful staff. The manager has been there for years and really knows her stuff. I always go out of the way to come to this location. If they are out of a product on sale they will take the time to call other locations for you.

Shelley, the manager, always has her store well-stocked and in immaculate condition. Shes also very knowledgeable, and attends most (if not all) of the classes held in her store. So when in doubt, definitely choose this location.

Not only they shampoo and conditioners at Salon quality but they also have make up items for a very good price at a hoody quality.

Honestly this is one of the worst places you could go to for any kind of beauty related supply! If I could I would give it a 0 star rating. The women working there are rude, arrogant and most definitely not professional. Thats not even the worst part, they have very bad quality products for very high prices. I wouldnt reccomend anyone to shop here.

Walked in thinking I had an job interview but I was at the wrong store lol, but the manager was so helpful and even told me to give her a call if the other job doesnt work out! This location always has to best clearance section.

I tried calling them in working hours. For information no one pick up the call. 🤔🙄👎
