The website says an ombre would be 90 dollars or up. I expected to spend 100-150. When I get there, I was told that a basic black to blonde ombre would be 270 dollars, not including a haircut, wash, blow dry or anything. Rip off.

My eyebrows were destroyed! I was clear on just wanting a clean up but instead got my eyebrows shaped thin and too curvy for my taste
