Its was like few months ago, some discount was going on. So bought the MAC gel eyeliner, and it was all dry just after 1 week.Usually my all MAC product from different places are really goodThis was my 1st bad experience with it. Waste of money

Kiana is very professional and personable! She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Kiana took her time to explain the products to me and the benefits. She even called the Tyson’s Mac to get me a product that was on back order. Overall I’m really happy with my Mac experience. I hope to see her again during my next Mac splurge.

My wife and I wanted to make sure she got her makeup done here and they were able to take her on a walk-in basis. They usually do appointments but walk-ins are accepted. My wife is very very happy. Not too expensive and a wonderful result. And they give you a choice of what kind of look that youre looking for when it comes to your makeup. As a man I learned something new today!

I came into the store not knowing exactly what I wanted to get.. Ive never really been into make up but I thought Id give it a try. When I walked in I was greeted by a women named Gabby. I dont understand the negative reviews here. On the few occasions I have been to the store I have always been greeted politely and asked if I needed help. On one occasion every sales person in the store asked if I needed help while I was waiting on a complimentary makeover. I had my makeup done by Sierra, which turned out beautifully. She was very kind and professional and did a much better job than I expected, considering it was free. Will happily return to this location whenever I need make-up.

Very helpful staff. Really helped me find the perfect lipstick. All I wanted was a lipstick but I was given service as though spending thousands.

As soon as I walked in the store and started picking out my concealer that I have been using for about 8 years, the male sales associated stopped who he was helping to ask me what I needed. I started to tell him and he kept asking me questions to make sure it was the right product. This would have been fine if he wasnt being so blunt about it. I felt as if he was rushing me to get me out the store. When he pulled the product out I asked to see it to make sure it was correct and he refused to hand it to me. I was about to look at something else when I noticed he was already headed to the register to ring me up. I definitely felt rushed and that he did not trust me or want me in the store. I will no longer be going to this location.

I had a similar experience to some here. I went in for a couple of things. Girl asked if I needed help but genuinely did not seem to be interested in helping me. It had been a while since I’d visited this location and I had gotten great service previously but I guess it’s changed.

Why every time I or anyone I know walk into this particular Mac branch do they act like they are bothered to be sharing the same air as you? My sister said she was greeted TODAY with, is there something you need.. like she walked into her crappy apartment uninvited. Mac, please believe me when I say 90% of your employees/specialists need a serious in depth course in customer service. That is money walking out the door honey. My sister returned her item to Mac after that piss poor experience and sashayed right into Sephora where she was greeted warmly and given the perfect advice for her particular problem. Spoiler? She left satisfied and excited to try her new perfectly color matched foundation. Thats how its supposed to go, not feeling like you got robbed, hoodwinked and bamboozled when you get home, especially at that ridiculous price point. Disinterest/no pride in your work means closed branches. Step it up Mac, point blank period. Kthx.

The attention is awful. I was waiting for almost an hour, all of them came to ask me if they could help me, I did ask what I wanted, and they left to another customer just entering the store. I was waiting, kept asking the same and nothing. Totally ignored. Probably my money is not worth here. Moving on another brand. Fair OaksMall, Virginia

Few years ago, their services were horrible and I stop visiting this store. I even moved to Clinic! Last year, I decided to visit again and the team was friendly with a different and positive attitude. Last month (May 2018), I visited again and was impressed! Especially Genese - the Store Manager was so lovely: helpful, ready to answer questions and demonstrate how to use the products. I would recommend the store to all my friends from Africa visiting Virginia! Thanks Genese!

I go here almost every other week, especially with special/limited editions come out. Ive only had one bad experience. They usually let me play as much as I want with makeup and I feel right at home and take my time.

I am a total make up junky and purchase cosmetics like there is no tomorrow. I went into this store today for the first time and will never ever set foot here again. If youre checking reviews to see if this particular mac store is worth going to, DO NOT GO. There are so many competent Mac stores out there that there is absolutely no reason to choose this one. Im normally really chill and dont mind if Im not helped because I enjoy playing with all the different make up. However this time I came in to make a return. The manager was the first to help me and she was rude and condescending. She finished by saying she needed to finish helping someone she was already with, and then she would be with me. That was perfectly fine, I understand that. Well after seeing her help about 5 other women I finally decided I would talk to her again when she was done. She disappeared after that. So i tried getting multiple other workers to help me and they either ignored me or said theyd help, then would walk to another lady and ask what they could do for them instead. They never came back to answer my question. Finally I got a worker to go talk to another manager. She came back and said the original girl i spoke to was the only one who could do anything but she went to lunch and wouldnt be back for over an hour. I have never met such incompetent workers. By far the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. A return should not be this hard. And if they couldnt help, JUST SAY SO.

Fabulous experience! I purchased a 90 minute session with Brooke and learned how to do my makeup - it was fun and she really knew what I wanted and taught me, step by step, how to achieve it. All the staff was friendly and knowledgable. Go! DO IT! Its so much fun!!

It was a good experience overall. Me and my wife went there to get her some makeup and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, also informed us about the on going sales.
