Go to Mathew!!! He’s so helpful and patient. He helped me and brother transfer our lines from AT&T and purchase new phones. He gave us incredible deals. So happy with the customer service!!!
Stopped in to check on our plan and get info on the Google watch. Alex was extremely helpful and pleasant. Not pushy at all, but made us aware of the best offers available. Thanks Alex!
Honestly dont know what theyre good at. Maybe only good at saying Hi welcome to SprintJust awful service and it takes way too much to do one simple thing. All we wanted to do was to return our leased phones. Not only did I have to reset and set up my own phone by contacting sprint customer support IN THE STORE by phone because nobody in the store knew how to unlock my device before returning OR resetting the phone, nobody is willing to help at all when I was looking for help even though I clearly saw 3-4 people available to help in the back room whatever they were doing... Very unprofessional people just casually joking and chatting to each other while leaving me alone fixing my own phone... WHICH is fine if they fixed my issue in the end but guess what, after 2 hours of absolutely no help, what do they say? Oh yeah we cant do that here you have to go to the official store who has technicians. ARE YOU KIDDING ME.For some people who are suspecting that we probably didnt find the correct store in the first place, no they are the ones who told us to return the phones when the lease is complete to THEM so that the process can be easier. Not to mention before we came here we went to another store and asked about this and they told us that the closest corp store was THIS. STORE. in Fair Oaks Mall.Definitely would not recommend this place if you are trying to get into sprint. Sprint itself is a fantastic carrier with great deals. I just absolutely hate this place now and I am never going back there again. If you are wondering where a good sprint store is, do not waste your time going here and go to 12524 Sunrise Valley. They have literally everything you need including same day phone repairs, bill inquiries, and etc. There is always someone who is willing to help and if there is nobody available you can get a text message as soon as somebody is available to assist you.
This is an authorize sprint retailer so you can drop your phone off but please don’t bother. Unless you’re ready to buy something and give them a commission sale, they don’t care why you are they there. They don’t care to help unless it directly benefits them. I’ve been a sales manager for retail stores for YEARS and if had employees that had a culture of “presenting not to know what to do or help” because they just want a sale and are mad at the customers they because they didn’t get?! I would fire them!!! Save you time, call customer service first and find out what is exactly suppose to happen and learn the what the sales rep are suppose to do if you actually want to get something accomplished here.
Most Sprint stores blow. I go here because Prince always is spot on. With 3 lines on my account he knows me and remembers my daughters. He knows his stuff and always gets me out quick as possible.
This is an actual Sprint store and not one of the third-party retailers. You will find people ready to assist you and getting all of your mobile needs period from cell phones to tablets and accessories. Customer service that can describe some of the options you have with the items you might purchase, they also have on-site repair.
I stopped in last night at around 8:30 to look at what my options were, knowing that they were closing soon and that Id probably need to come back. Alex looked up my information and remembered me from the last time I was in. Both Alex and his Manager (whose name escapes me unfortunately) told me about the promo options available for my plan. I thought so much and at around 9:10 I decided to go with an LG phone. However, when it became apparent that I wasnt sure about the LG, Alex encouraged me to go with the Pixel instead, despite having already started the upgrade with the LG. He was so patient and definitely had a customer first attitude. We ended up being there until after 10 and I felt horrible but you would have never known that Alex had to stay late based on his demeanor. He did such a fantastic job all the way until the end, and made sure I knew hell help me if I run into any issues. Id gone to a couple of third party sprint stores and they werent comparable to this. Alex is awesome and extremely knowledgeable, let him help you out and youll be set!
We traveled out, our phones didnt work when we came back, no signal. Prince help us, he spend a lot of time troubleshooting the phones, very patient until he fixed getting signal from sprint again. Excellent service!!!
I bought my iPhone 8+ here in February. I was told things by the representative that werent able to be backed up by their corporate offices when I eventually had to call in. Was never told by the rep that my rate plan had expired the month before, or even offered another option. There is absolutely no coordination or communication between the stores, on-line chat, and the telephone chats, according to their own associates. Theyll tell you one thing in store to get commission, then when you notice theres an issue and call in, youre told something completely different. Would I recommend this location? No. Would I recommend Sprint as a provider? No.
I give the Sprint Store located at 11733 Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax, VA 22033 ONE STAR. Missing True Customer Service, 1️⃣ 🌟 will I RETURN?????😷😷😷🇺🇸
Went in to purchase an iPhone 7 for my daughter. I walk into the store and say hello, how are you ? to one of the employees named David and he answers could be better! I should have walked out right there and then but still gave him a chance. He then asks me what I needed as if bothered by doing his job! All the while still talking to another customer, so I told him that I would just wait. While David is still talking to the customer, he turns around and grabs an empty box and chucks it across the store as if playing basketball trying to trow it through a storage door in the back.I have to to say that David should not even talk to people or be in the front of the store with his poor attitude and lack of decent customer service which reflects greatly on Sprint.I called the store after I left to talk to a manager and got to talk to Rob who stated that he reports to the manager and would not let me speak to him but started the conservation by stating Hey Anonymous what do you want? This is because I was calling from a work phone that is blocked from showing a caller ID. Needless to say the conversation with Rob who seemed to be lacking in even listening to a complaint and argumentative for his colleague without listening to the whole complaint. Rob promises to call me back right away after addressing the issue with the employee but after I ask him to repeat my contact info I just provided, seemed to have lost the piece of paper he had the information on. So far no call from Rob and I am not expecting one in the near future.Next step will be to contact their corporate but why bother! I just went ahead to the Apple store and bought an iPhone 7 from them instead and wont deal with David the angry phone boy or Rob the nitwit who pretends to be a manager. Certainly, the name David keeps popping up in the negative reviews and should be dealt with.So I would advise Sprint to look closely at this store and its management, the bad reviews say it all! When they start piling up, someone should take notice.
Best sprint store in northern va. They go above and beyond my needs. I highly recommend Cesar or Diego.
A great customer service experience with the help of Diego ! Keep it up
Jim was great!!! The store was so busy, but they took care of everyone. Jim was professional and friendly. (The rest of the staff as well) I went to a different location a few days before and they were not a corporate store. The information they gave me was not correct and they did not care what I wanted, they just wanted to sale me something. Jim made sure I got the phones and plans that worked best for me. No pushing or pressure, but found the best deals. I usually do like going to stores in a mall, but this place is really worth it!
Would give zero stars if I could. Staff is the most unprofessional that I have seen here - one persons name was David and the other womans name that I dont remember. If you see reviews below, some people have had better experience with Jim, but the rest of the pattern is pretty clear (and bad).
Staff are super slow, definitely don’t go to this branch if you like your valuable time.
Terrible experience at this store every time I come in. They make everything so unnecessarily difficult and don’t encourage me to stay with sprint. Definitely considering switching carriers due to the constant bad customer service that I am receiving from this store. 1 out of 5 stars is too generous. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Especially bad service from Wilber Hernandez.
Terrible service and dishonest employees. Added a phone to my sister’s plan and the guy in the store whose English was spotty at best was trying to sell us stuff the entire time and add things onto the plan without our permission, plus it took forever for the seemingly simple transaction. Fortunately we were looking over the plan before we signed becasue he still hadn’t taken some Sprint insurance off we told him three times we didn’t want. After we got the bill it was $162 more than what he had told us in the store and we are still struggling with Sprint’s horrible customer service online and in stores to get it reversed. Save yourself some trouble and choose Verizon.
Terrible experience. Went in for a simple activation, was ignored for 40 minutes, then when I finally I go up and ask for help from a David, says he cant help. I had a sprint account and there was only 1 other customer. In fact, started writing this in the store, still havent been brought around. Another sprint place got the issue resolved in 20 minutes. Hopefully the mall will replace this waste of space with a store of actual value
Alex L. and staff were more than helpful and attentive.
I came here in 2011 experiencing horrible customer service. I come back here 8 years later and THEY STILL HAVE IDIOTS! My brother bought a phone, we went to activate it at this store. I thought I should give it a chance. The employee said we need an imei number. It was on the box of the phone we bought! We went to the store in Centreville and they helped us a lot. The phone works now. Do not go to the mall location!
Only because I can’t give a zero. My 4 year old daughter accidentally set off alarm on phone. Guy comes out of office turns alarm off. Acts mad at us. Comes back like 10 minutes later and asks if we signed in and what were we there for in pissed voice. I was there to upgrade my phone but not now. No wonder the reviews are horrible. Won’t be back and almost ready to leave Sprint over this!
Ive always found the helpful
I went in today to activate my iPhone 7 and I had the most pleasant experience I ever had with a sprint store. I recommend seeing Wilber, the most kind, professional, worker Ive met. Honestly, he deserves a raise or an award for being the best person ever. I will from now on only go to that store just to see Wilber for any problems that arrise and recommend him to anyone! Sprint you are lucky to have wonderful employee like that. Honor that.
I was trying to return my phone after 5 days and when I called Cooperate they told me that I dont have to pay $45 dollars for restocking fee. When I went to the store. they kept telling me that they cant waive the restocking fee even though it is not the third party store. The reason I am returning the phone and canceling the service because their reception sucks!!!. I cant even stream music in the gym..... and i get 1x at the reception bar which is worse than 3G. Stay away from Sprint Service, their customer service is horrible and reception is even worse. People, it is better off pay extra for the other carrier service. I only had sprint for 5 days and it was driving me crazy. While I was on the phone I cant browse internet nor use google map, and when I complain to tech support and they told me that their service does not allow use phone and internet at same time. IT IS 21st CENTURY SPRINT. WAKE UPPPPP.
Takes them a half an hour to provide service to customers.
Customer service of horrendous quality, comparable to the DMV, yet somehow more condescending. I have the same complaint about Wilber H as the poster below. Rude, patronizing, and wasting my time.
Very clueless, I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed, thank you Mr. Cumbestands (rep here), a little smile would help, just saying. No wonder why when you Google Sprint, the next Google suggestion is Sprint cancellation, hahaha. As they say, fish rots from the head, dont blame the people working in this store.
The worst customer service. one of their employ his name was Wilber H did not wanted to sell the iphone x bcz i did not want to buy insurance for it. even tough its not sprint policy .
Good deals on cell phone
Very helpful staff.
Nice staff...payment kiosk is cool
Aweful aweful aweful customer service. The sales associate Rob went on to yell absurdities at me and didnt seem to care about who was watching and what he said. As the only person of color in the store at the time I was told to wait for what ended up being an hour and half and was spoken to extremely disrespectfully. Would never suggest anyone to go here. If Sprint even remotely cares about valuing customers, fire the entire staff at this CORPORATE location.
People nice try explain well, what a convincing.
Very good tech and nice service.
We had the most complicated time ( thanks to the 1800 customer service people)But the Managers at the actual location made it worth it.Thanks to Mohammed, Oswald, and the store manager ( I’m horrible I forgot her name!)
Long wait...poor customer service nothing done to resolve data connectivity issues. Been months without 4G even though it shows 4G connection and they have instore LTE. They sent me to my third repair shop...having same issue post two replacement phones S3. Not to mention being a premier customer some 8 yrs. Frustrated waiting on Sprint to build out their LTE network. Unlimited data pssh more like limited since you can never access it. Ready to switch carriers.
Good variety of gadgets
Do NOT come to this Sprint store. The service is ATROCIOUS. The employees did nothing to help with the amount of people in the store. They continued on with no regard to people waiting. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.
Very nice store -- had a great experience !! WILBUR WAS THE BEST SALESMAN EVER!!!! #fivestars!!!!!
Already have a sprint account & trying to activate a new unlocked iPhone. Going on an hour and counting.
Lot and lot of waiting time. And not properly responsive
Good service
The worst customer service Ive seen in any store anywhere. Hard to believe this is a corporate store.
Knowledgeable reps.
