Love the pantry. Best prepared food anywhere. Always a pleasure to shop there. Ownership is very helpful and lots of wonderful selections thru out the store.

If you are looking for cookies, look no further. Hands down, these are my favorite chocolate chip cookies. Their coffee bar is also stellar, always enjoy getting lattes from them. My wife loves the croissants there as well. I crave this place very often, next time I am in fairfield I will definitely be stopping by!

The Pantry catered my husband’s birthday party. The food was delicious!! The sour cream chive sauce to accompany the beef tenderloin & dill sauce for the salmon terrific.

Addicted to their muffins (especially the Pumpkin Cranberry) and other pastries and puddings. Bakery shelves are fully stocked every morning and empty by mid-afternoon, for good reason!

Love this store, hate the parking lot. They stock all the best of the best brands, such as the Port muffins, Queen Ann cheese ravioli, and Arethusa farm products.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED AS I WANTED TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR MY PARENTS, COMBINED, 75TH BIRTHDAY PARTY THIS WEEKEND!!! NOW I NEED TO FIGURE OUT AN ALTERNATE PLAN. My experience at The Pantry is mostly specific to the first leg of my commute. I visit The Pantry 4 times a week in the mornings. Although I crave variety, I also appreciate the simple virtues of being a regular. Most of the bakery staff knows me and what I order, which buys me a few precious seconds everyday. I dont just choose The Pantry because its convenient. I choose The Pantry because the coffee is good and less expensive than anything close to the train. Because they are a grocery store and coffee is a side business, they price the coffee closer to what it is worth.Id rather not talk about other aspects of the business. Suffice to say that the parking is not good, the selection is low relative to larger stores, and, despite what I said about the coffee, the prices are high. On the plus side, they make salads, sell fancy pants organics, and have a really cool cooler for certain produce. This room comes in handy for overheated walkers if you need to cool off.

Terrible customer service at the bakery. The two young very unprofessional coworkers thought it was a joke to see a customer return for cookies and cheese cake because they werent prepared at the opening time. Nothing but ghetto young women behind the counter. Staff definitely needs to be replaced to keep the customers. Whats demeaning is the judgement I received from your employees. So yes they are ghetto. Anyone with respect thats professional would know better than to laugh in a customers face. Allowing your employees to make fun of customers is apparently ok in the workplace.

We used The Pantry for catering for our intimate backyard wedding. We spoke with some of the staff to figure out how much food we needed, and they were really great about accommodating the gluten/dairy allergies of some of our guests. All of the food was delicious, and we had a perfect amount. We had the zucchini/turkey meatballs, grilled shrimp, crostini’s for appetizers. Cedar plank salmon, beef tenderloin, and veggie lasagna for main dishes, and mixed veggies as a side, and a salad bar. Everything was delicious! Would highly recommend their food for your events!

Everything at The Pantry is top-notch. You will find only fresh, high-quality ingredients prepared with an expertise and attention to detail that cant be beat. This is my go-to place for fine food.

We come for breakfast here very often and we are never disappointed with the service and quality of the food. The flagles are delicious and the croissants are authentically French. The waiting time is fairly short and the prices are cheap for the pastry items. The store itself though is expensive as it is a gourmet store.Would recommend to anyone looking for breakfast or specialty foods.

One of my absolute favorite spots in Fairfield. I love all of the homemade dips - great to bring to parties. The bakery selections are top notch. The keylime pie is a must try!

I love The Pantry! It’s a great option for lunch (I go every day) and the employees are so nice. The cashiers are so friendly and sweet, they often make me smile even on the worst work days. Especially Keisha!

Best desserts in town, large selection. My go-to place for a fresh salad bar and I always get a kitchen sink cookie. I also always leave with a bottle of their homemade balsamic vinaigrette - its top 3 best. Great prepared foods and service is friendly.

Pantry is a great stop, fantastic place to stop for breakfast, but they make a ton of item in house! Their cheese cake, Mac and cheese, and Deviled Eggs are all fantastic! They carry Boars Head brand Deli meats here.

Love this specialty food market located in downtown Fairfield, everything from fresh made coffee or mocha latte, one off homemade deserts, produce and prepared gourmet dinners, to in house cooked turkey or roast beef lunch meats! Been shopping and eating here for 7-8 years, at the top of list for our daily quest of fresh, high quality food ! Try it, trust me you’ll be another fan immediately!

I can only speak for the bakery side and it is the best bakery Ive ever gone to. I found out about the pantry from a client at my last job. I used to love every chocolate cake but when I tried The Pantrys I can never eat Stop & Shop cakes ever again. Today I had purchased a cheesecake for one of my new clients as a thank you gift. His exact words were, This cheesecake is more delicious than every Christmas dinner ever served in the history of forever! Love this place!

Great catering experience...I ordered all the food for my daughters christening from here, and it arrived on time and exactly as I requested. Everyone raved about the food and the presentation was nice. Ill definitely be calling them next time I need something catered. They also helped me on the phone beforehand when I was trying to decide what and how much to order. Very pleased.

The pantry always delivers on delicious, fresh-tasting and interesting food. The veggies, baked goods and salad bar are also a must. The World Peace cookie could probably give us world peace - it is that good.

The salad bar is to die for... fresh, quick, and cheap. Everything in the bakery and prepared foods are also amazing. Staff is consistently friendly and helpful.

Love the delicious make your own salads at lunch time, the meats and the baked goods are wonderful. The Pantry seems busy all the time but not so busy you cant get what you want in good time. Nice atmosphere too.

Great specialty food store. Very popular in Fairfield CT. Tough parking but worth the effort.

Amazing, fresh prepared foods, warm and friendly staff. Catering is excellent! Where do I even begin with favorites...spicy Korean chicken bites, chicken parmigiana, store made eggnog, every single baked good, pizza, boeuf bourguignon, chicken pot pie. I could go on and on.

You might be put off by the prices, but you need to consider the convenience factor. Items you have to try are the rotisserie chicken (which you can reserve), pita bread, chocolate ganache cake, world peace cookies and their awesome dips.

Best deserts in all of Connecticut - bakery staff is wonderful. The chicken Asian salad is a must for lunch. Parking can be tough!
