Came here for my second maintenance on my vehicle. Staff is friendly and informative. Received my car back after they washed it and noticed oil splatter on my passenger side. It tells you, they dont care to dry your car or inspect the end result. The first time I took my car here they had a service member do a walk around and explained what services I got.
3+ hours and still waiting for an oil change with a scheduled appointment is not acceptable. Terrible ZERO stars!
Just want to take my time out and Give my True Opinion On My service at Hopkins Honda Fairfield. Every time I bring my car in for a Service. I always get Greeted by Ed With a smile. Every time I bring my car he takes extreme care of me. Even though Im not his only Customer. So I decided to let hopkins auto group know that they have a great employee amongst them. Ed Always goes above and beyond. Always makes me feel welcome. Thanks Ed!
We have been having our Hondas serviced here since Ed and Lassa were young technicians. The service has only gotten better in these almost 30 years

Love going to this dealership! From the sales (Roland S.) to the service (Ed G.) Hopkins Honda takes care of all my vehicle needs!
I recently bought a new car, it only came with one key. I went to the dealership to see if I could get a new key made so I would have a spare. I asked how much it would cost to get a key cut and programmed, the response was a couple hundred dollars. Then I asked again if they could give me a better figure than a couple hundred dollars?. I didnt receive a response and then the gentleman looked at the next person in line and asked how they could help them.I left and went to Kastner Honda dealership in Napa and asked how much for a new key. They gave me an exact quote and I had a new key made in just a few minutes. Paid and went on my merry way.To the Hopkins Auto Group, you cant sell items and services to people if your not willing to help them. So I spent a couple hundred dollars elsewhere. Just saying.
I recently had what should have been a fatal accident, crashing head first 75 feet down a mountain cliff, turning over and over and over. My Honda Odyssey became a mangled mass of steel and glass -- but I and my traveling cat were extricated from the car totally unharmed, I with only two tiny scratches on my wrist. I believe my cats huge eyes were asking me what the heck had just happened. All the emergency workers that saw the remains of the vehicle said a car less well made than the Honda would have meant certain death for us both.I let a few days pass to regain my composure, then went to work replacing my Honda Odyssey. I would have to have been brain dead to even entertain the idea of buying anything but the car that had saved our lives. I called ERIC SHORT at Hopkins Auto Group. I expected the process of replacing my vehicle would be painful and long. How delighted I was to be proven entirely wrong.Within three hours, I selected my perfectly beautiful new van, we agreed on a very equitable price, Eric arranged to have it picked up from a neighboring Honda agency -- and off the lot I drove!Buying a car can be fraught with stress and unpleasantness, but I was fortunate enough to come upon a salesperson that made those three short hours the best time Ive ever had purchasing a car. Remember the name: Eric Short. I certainly wont be forgetting it!
My honda is well taken care of whenever i visit here! The staff is friendly and efficient. I couldnt ask for better!
Very helpful and courteous. Test drove a car and got questions answered.
Thet have serviced my car from day 1 and with over 150k miles i have yet to have any serious issues.
A guy was being rude and pushing me out the moment I walked in. I understand that I didnt qualify for a car I was really interested in. He didnt even let me ask all of the questions I had. The first time I went, years ago, their was a good salesman that was nice and really tried to help me to get a car. I cant say the same this time around.
This place is clean and people are friendly. I barrowed steps and some shade and played a couple tunes
Not a bad experience if youre do your homework before you go.

I went to buy a wrench to unlock the wheels on my acura MdX. In the Parts department, the person who sold me the part I was looking for, sold me one that was used. And I asked him how he can give me something used if I am in a dealership and he told me that it is the only one they had that if he wanted it or that it was the only thing they had. I had to accept it because that day I needed to do the alignment and rotation of the tires. And after that I called 1-800 acura and said how that was possible. Then call the Parts department manager. Which his name is Brian D. He who told him what happened and he who said he was a manager treated me in a very derogatory way saying that because he had accepted the part, well I did not explain to you at the beginning that I needed the piece because I needed to align and rotate my tires. But this person ironically started asking me questions like putting me in the place that I wanted to take advantage of the situation. Until I got mad at his nonsense answers and told him, you know, as a manager, you need more training because instead of looking for a solution, youre trying to give me a bad day. In the first place, from the beginning, he did not offer any apology for what had happened, nor at the time did he offer that he will return the product and that he would exchange it for a new one. Until after I mentioned to him that I hoped that he as a manager could provide a solution, which he did until after I mentioned it to him and made him notice that the manager did not have good customer service.
Well
