I was not able to make a service appointment because the shop was booked until December, but they told me to come in anyway so they could fit me in and fix my car. I had called ahead to see if there was any way to pick up my keys at 6:30 which is 30 min. after they closed. They were nice enough to assure me I could pick up my keys and information from the Kia cashier. They took my car 15 min early and got done with my service with 30 min. My car had a nail in the front passenger tire that I did not know about. They offered to fix it but were asking 75 to plug the hole. This is a little steep so I declined. I was able to get my hole pugged for free at Tire Discounters.
3rd time working with the Jeff Wyler Fairfield team. There’s a reason I keep coming back - these guys genuinely take care of their customers. It’s the most “un-dealer” like experience I’ve ever had! No games, no tricks, no messing around. This time Kyle helped me purchase my car. The whole experience took less than an hour, including the paperwork. Kyle made sure all my questions were answered and helped get me a killer rate on financing. My previous sales rep Eric from 3 years ago even remembered me and stopped by to say hello. My car was towed by AAA to Jeff Wyler Fairfield before their store was even open.Within 20 minutes of opening, their Service Dept contacted me to find out what was going on.They called me back within the hour to let me know the issue with my car was completely covered under a recall by Kia, there would be no charge and my car was ready to be picked up by 1pm that same day!I couldnt be happier with the experience I had with them! 10/10

To say we were impressed with Bianca would be an understatement!!! We have been to several dealerships and met several people who wanted to sell us cars but no one actually wanted to listen to what we wanted and needed until we met her. She followed up with me several times and was understanding when I didn’t respond for a few hours. My work is chaotic and she was willing to work with me around my schedule, we test drove several cars, and finally found the one we wanted. We were concerned about the car not having 2 keys as w another dealer they weren’t willing to make us another key if the vehicle only had one - Bianca told us she would make sure we had 2 keys when we bought the car and handed us 2 keys when we left! It was detailed and clean for us when we finished out paperwork!! Needless to say- We are super excited for our new car ❤️

Im pleased with my Cadillac purchase but not happy about having to wait over an hour to get in an office to write a check. No financing needed so it was unnecessary to make me wait so long to complete transaction. Also, for reasons of my own, I didnt want the extended warranty and office guy was way to pushy and didnt want to take no as an answer. Not sure Ill return due to poor customer appreciation.

I totally understand being short staffed but customer service is horrible its been one problem after another. This service department needs some serious help. Dont wait to be called back by a service advisor or manager you wont get the call. Been waiting over 3 months multiple calls to get my steering wheel replaced they damaged after they left my alternator bokts loose from fixing oil pan leak leaving me stranded with a brand new car. Waited a month for an oil change to take the day off go in and was told they dont have oil filters they will call and get me in the following week guess what no call and when I do call I have to wait another month. Just fed up guess I will have to keep doing reviews and calling Kia maybe that will get me a callback.

No drop box to leave car before hours so people can get to work on time. Make appointments, yet get cars in hour or more after your scheduled time. Plus takes over 3 weeks to get an appointment on the books. Call and get what costs will be and then charge you more then what they tell you (and its not the taxes because thats common sense that the govt needs their piece). Then dont go over things with every person when you pick it up and forget to reset your service required on the dash.
Bianca was amazing! Let me preface by saying that i am a first time car buyer so all of this was pretty new to me. We got to test drive al the cars i wanted, talk through some options, and then ultimately decide on what works best for me personally and my finances. William Lyles was our sale guy and honestly that was the greatest decision we could have made! He knew I had one day and only one day time limit to get me a vehicle. Did everything he could to make sure I got into something. We love our 15’ Ford Flex. Thank you honestly so much! Only issue is after got it home and everyone started looking at it notice the detail guys missed some areas that I definitely would have hit, but!! It’s still cleaned great.

First let me say we love our car that we purchased..I will list the good and the bad.. good... Super nice staff (Roy, Tonya, Cedric, and Ciara), and they worked hard to get us in what we wanted. Tonya worked extra hard to get us a much lower interest rate than other dealerships offered.Bad/marginal- We bought a courtesy vehicle that had 7000 mi on it, they did not clean it and people had removed items from the car.. this should have been looked over before selling to us. The dealer DID make it right, but we had to make an extra trip to get these things handled.

I bought my 2020 Kia Soul last year. The service department is evidently overwhelmed with cars needing serviced. It took me 2 months to get in for an oil change.Got the oil changed today and was in a hurry so didnt check anything out but after I got home noticed oil all over the front of my car and on plastic radiator cover.I called and they said come back in any time and they will clean it.They did a multipoint inspection and top off fluids but they say coolant isnt part of what they top off. Its at the low mark and they could have at least told me about it to see if I wanted them to top it off.As big as they are they need to do better, but maybe thats why they dont do better, theyre too big and dont take pride in their work and are careless of how they perform their job.Had a very bad experience with them back in 2012 but decided to try them again. Nothing has changed, they dont care about doing their job professionally.

If I could give no stars I would. My husband had been speaking with Bianca last night and this morning. We drove two hours to purchase a new car. We were 45 minutes away and got the call that they sold the car.Complete unprofessional attitude. The correct way to handle this would have been to call and we would have given a deposit over the phone. Instead, you let us drive two hours and tell us you sold it. Your dealership handled this completely unprofessionally.

I took my 2015 Kia Soul + in for a safety recall for my engine leaking oil which could cause a fire this week and was not impressed by the service at this dealership. After taking my car in, they gave it back the next day stating everything had been fixed and I was good to go. The next morning I noticed when I got to work the car was still leaking oil and smoking from the hood. Whoever did the testing on my engine should have noticed it was leaking from multiple places instead of sending me out in an unsafe vehicle. Then, I was told 3 different stories by Anthony the Service supervisor (whos demeanor is that you are nothing but a bother and he clearly doesnt want to be helping you) and his Manager whos name I didnt catch. The lack of communication between service tech, Anthony, and his manager was astounding. They then quoted me over 400 dollars to repair a seal that I was able to get fixed much less elsewhere. Jeff Wyler Kia clearly only cares about making money and not properly servicing vehicles, or else they would have fixed my car in the first place instead of risking my safety. I will never return to any Jeff Wyler location again.- To the owner response -The part not being covered did not bother me, it was that a full engine oil leak check was to be done and I was sent out with a vehicle still leaking oil with the potential to catch fire, the safety recall was not done correctly and I had to bring the car back.
