First-class Quick Lane service!! The staff was courteous and professional and had my 2020 F-150 in/out quickly. They even washed it before returning it to me. I highly recommend Ford Fairfield.
I bought a Black Label Lincoln Navigator here in March and traded in a leased Navigator. Now, in June, the trade-in and sale have still not been completed successfully (Isnt better customer service supposed to be part of the Black Label experience?!) You should expect: (1) a lack of competence (or interest) in processing your paperwork correctly, (2) no one answering their phone or returning phone calls... ever, and (3) a complete inability to talk to the dealership general manager about your difficulties. Ive had happy experiences with a number of Lincoln dealerships over the years; Lincoln of Fairfield definitely qualifies as the worst Ive ever encountered.

My car was sent through the car wash without my permission where a huge scratch was put on the side of my car and my front license plate was bent up and license plate cover completely demolished. When I made them aware of it the service technician told me to hold on went to look for his notes and said that he marked a scratch on the door which there are numerous tiny scratches on the door but then I made him aware that this was a long deep scratch behind the door on the rear side portion of the car then miraculously when I got there now the paper said that the scratch was in that area but way on the top because I didnt tell him which portion of the car the scratch was on top or bottom when actually the scratch was on the bottom. I didnt like that they try to originally deny that this scratch was made by them or by their car wash because I definitely did not show up to the dealership with the scratch so that really irritated me and my husband. They offered to cover up the scratch but told me that it will not look exactly like the rest of the car the paint will be off. I would like my car restored back to the way it looked with all things matching and will not be satisfied with anything less than that. The license plate was bent back into shape & the cover was replaced and I will be posting the outcome of the scratch when I see how the repair is handled. So far it has cost me 2 trips to the dealership scratches an hour of my time, with much more wasted time to come.UPDATEMy Mustang was repaired in a very timely matter. The service manager Paul Singh was very helpful and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. My car was delivered to my home this morning and the scratch is gone. They even buffed out a few scratches that were on the hood.

I was thoroughly impressed by the patience and persistence of Roberto Marin at Ford Lincoln in Fairfield. After the initial analysis of my driving needs he suggested to 2019 Ford Flex. I indicated that the 7 passenger crossover resembled a kitchen toaster, but he insisted I give it a drive. Wow! The comfort and low lease payment was enough to convince me to take it during my lunch break. I recommend this place to anyone wanting an SUV or truck within a 100 mile radius.

I have purchased numerous vehicles from Ford over the years, most from Ford Lincoln Fairfield. The sales department has always been exceptional, I cant recommend them enough. However, every single time I have used this dealerships service department it has been nothing but trouble. Most recently I scheduled my Lincoln MKX (purchased from the dealership) for an oil change and recall service. I used the Lincoln Way app, thought everything was good to go, however when I called because I didnt receive a call to confirm pick up. Once again, nothing in the dealerships system. So I tell them when it was made and confirmation number I get sent over to service for the oil change and have worst customer service yet, I explained this was scheduled FOR A REASON but she was rude and said no, cant get me in on the time or day I scheduled putting me off a week, refusing to even try to remedy the situation. I should have expected this as this seems to be a repeat problem with them. I tried to get her to look at it from my point, as the customer but I was obviously bothering her and she refused. The worst customer service and it is sad because the sales department is exceptional, the service department should go sit with sales for a day and see what real customer service is. My next Ford will be serviced from another dealership.

Was dealing with them for a ford mustang convertible. After giving a written offer on email and making me travel 100miles one side. They refused and said that was not the offer on convertible. Said some other person wrote that price on his name and he didnt knew. When on successive emails he was talking about same. Such a cheaters and liars. Definitely no one should go to buy vehicles from them. They will just waste your time and they dont care. Travelled 2hours to come back without a car. Atleast be genuine in the starting and say the truth . Why wasting customers precious time

I never use dealerships (always thought they were over priced. WOW was I wrong ) my previous mechanic quoted me $550. FF ford did the same job and more for $399. Im sold they will be my ONLY repair shop from now on . Kudos to all the guys in the fleet services dept. (Espically Chip)
Its ok if you like high pressure sales the always try to up sale you I bought a Honda Pilot a few years ago and the had to be forced to honor their warranty. They only paid for half of the repair to the transmission they wanted to install a used transmission with no extra warranty. Never do business with them.

Went there 3 times to look at the new Lincolns could not find help anywhere. I know youre thinking what? A car lot with nobody climbing all over you? Yes this did happen. We went there 3 times and even asked the secretary in the front to find someone. Waited almost a half hour then left. Im buying my navigator on line.

Enter for 2 different reasons:first time to look at an Expedition and the second to get my MKZ recall taken care of. They were really super both times. Expedition didnt quite match what I wanted but very helpful and polite throughout. Great experience and on recall;team was great. Called me, ordered part, arranged for rental. Said it would be one day and the car was ready with a car to let me know by 820 the next morning. Got the rental exchanged and Jason and team in service had my car washed and out to me in record time. Both experiences were outstanding;unlike some Ive had in past with other deslerships. Excellent service and wonderful people . Whole experience with this dealership was outstanding.
Ridiculous 2 1/2 hour wait for my oil change and tire rotation. Ford of Fairfield needs to bring that down to 1/2 hour or less, and they need to allow customers be able to make reservations for simple oil changes and forget the first come, first served crap. There are just too many people coming in randomly for this method to work. Going elsewhere to get my oil changed in the future.
