My daughter goes in to have her car looked at by herself. And the service advisor says she need to have an alignment done on a car with 20k miles. Ok fine! But then tells her she needs to have brake fluid flushed! Seriously with only 20k miles? 400$ later she’s done! Sounds like to me they just like stealing money from people! Bet they don’t do that to men!! Absolutely disgusting…

Went back to Jeff Wyler Fairfield yesterday to purchase my second vehicle from Eric and his stellar sales team. My last purchase and the experience of dealing with the folks at Wyler earned them at least the opportunity to sell me my next vehicle. Honesty and integrity goes a long way with me, and I can tell you from first hand experience, if Eric says that he will take care of something, its as good as handled. There were some new faces this time around, a younger sales team. The ones who assisted me yesterday were polite, professional, and courteous. They were eager to assist with any questions I had without being pushy. The whole buying experience was painless, the staff were tremendous. When it comes time to make another purchase, if I am still in the area, I will likely try them first again.

I walked into the dealership with low expectations. I talked to sales rep Scott (super cool guy) and We test drove some really nice cars. We came back in and he ran the numbers. Scott and the sales manager Eric (another super cool guy) were able to work it to where my payments are exactly where I want them to be. So... I drove in with a 2007 Toyota and drive out in a 2021 Nissan. Best car buying experience of my life.

Horrible customer service, . Went in off of an ad “ double your down payment, pay more than book value for your trade in “ neither were true.Test drove a silver 2021 Nissan Rogue, wife liked it … but while we were going over numbers ( payment,down payment) they sold it to another customer that had looked at it earlier. They continued to work on the deal but for a blue one that we neither drove nor looked at without saying anything about the switch.After 4 hours we ended up buying the blue one at full sticker price, down payment not doubled, offered $3000 less than book value for the trade ( we sold the trade to another dealership for $500 over book value)If sales are this bad we will be using another dealership for any service needs

I came to Jeff Wyler Fairfield after a bad experience at another local dealership. I was totally turned off from the car buying process as a whole and was very hesitant to put my trust in another dealership. We reached out to Eric and asked for pricing details on a certain vehicle and an explanation of fees, etc. so we could know exactly what we were looking at in terms of a final price. He was up front about every single fee, no matter how small, and I firmly believe gave us the best possible price on the car. He promptly scheduled an appointment for me the next day and I met with Roy.Roy took me for a test drive in the vehicle, explained every aspect of the car, and took me through various environments (railroad tracks, freeway, congested areas) so I could get a good understanding of the way it drove. After returning, we debriefed and I determined this was a purchase I was ready to make. Roy took his time working through everything with me and even had to put in extra work by calling my insurance since my card had expired. He introduced me to the service department employees as well, for when I need to utilize their services. He also took at least 20 minutes explaining all the features of my new vehicle (even after everything was paid and signed!).Eric also checked in on me periodically to ensure the process was going well, which shows how much they really care. And to top it all off, they helped by delivering my old vehicle to my house within 20 minutes, so I could drive my new vehicle off the lot. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience and I am certain we will work with them again!

Was met by a very nice gentleman (can’t remember his name) we discussed prices and other stuff regarding my trade in but when i realized it didn’t have 3 rows i expressed my feeling about not wanting the vehicle any longer that was when i was met with the most disrespectful manager ever questioning why i want this car, telling me I’m only 19 and that there’s no reason for me to have that type of car and being very disrespectful question why my fiancé won’t co sign being up in our personal business so unprofessional idc if they gave me the best deal In the world i will not be coming back as she was very rude.i said whatever i could so i could just leave they pressured u to talk to them even when they new i wanted to leave, tried to leave multiple times. The boss also said she would stop helping us if we left and went somewhere else even tho I’m trying to find the best option. You don’t talk to customers that way ever and i hope no one goes to this Jeff Wyler Nissan. As they treat younger people with such disrespect because they think we don’t know what we are doing very upset and unhappy with how they treat and talk to customers

I live over 5 hours away. Ive been buying cars for 40 years and Ive never had a better experience when buying a car than I did here. They beat my next best offer by far. A dealer local to me was telling me that I was in for a shock when Id get up there because theres no way they could sell it to me for that price. He was right. It did change. The final out the door number was actually $200 LESS than I was quoted. I cant say enough about Eric McClure who I made the deal with, as well as Al and Ciara. They were all such a joy to work with. True professionals.

I bought a Certified car (only 25k miles) from here a year ago. Soon after getting the car, my tire blew and a mechanic uncovered damage to the vehicle’s control arms that was never fixed by the dealer. Now, I’m having even more mechanical and electrical issues with this CERTIFIED vehicle. I can NEVER get someone to answer the phone to answer my questions. This review is my last attempt to get someone’s attention because I’m at the point where I may be trading in this vehicle due to the trouble it’s given me. This has been an absolute nightmare.
Purchased Wyler Care pre Covid. Finally need to use it, but it expired in November and apparently as a company, they’re ok with customers paying for services that they can’t use due to a pandemic and refused to extend the date. I will never purchase another vehicle from any Wyler dealership and will continue to share this experience with friends and family. Just bad business for a product that they up sold us on.Update- Ben at colerain honored it, so increased to 3 stars

The dealership is not honoring their word. When buying my new 2020 Versa, i also paid for remote starter. At the time of the sale (Dec 19) the kit was unavailable. I waited 10 months (still unavailable). I have in writing, if the remote starter is not installed, Nissan will honor $500 and reimburse us for that amount. At this moment, the manager is saying that was not the deal, they gave us the remote starter free when we purchased the vehicle??? They do offered to install after market part, that i refused. Our deal was either original part or money back. I would not consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again. If they are not honoring $500, i will not spend my money further with the company that has shady policies. And our family has used only Nissans for the past 13 years. We have 3 Nissans vehicles at home. This case gave me a sour taste of their customer service.

Jeff Wyler Nissan Fairfield is very unprofessional! I jus bought a Nissan Altima 2020. Soon as I pulled off the lot I heard a clattering noise. I turned back around and had the service department check it out. They claimed the clattering noise was unknown. There was nothing they could do supposedly. When I returnedhome I called the Nissan Corporate office. I was informed to return back to the dealership and the issue would be resolved. The next day I went back to the dealership and the clattering noise had stopped. 2 weeks later the clattering noise returned. When I arrived, the person at the service desk yelled at me, in front of everyone! He proceeded to say that it is my fault whatever’s going on with the vehicle and told me to figure it out and sent me home! I was embarrassed and confused. The car is brand new! As of right now I’m seeking legal assistance. I advise any and everyone to stay away from this dealership. You will regret you ever step foot in their establishment!!!!
